Wandra Hammond is a native Memphian who moved to Georgia in 1986. The new 20/20 Club member is a single parent and made the decision years ago to make sure that her children had everything that they needed to succeed in life. She relates, “My parents, who are deceased, provided me with the necessary tools and the knowledge to tackle anything that life would bring my way. My mother was an educator and a pianist who enjoyed playing for her church back home in Memphis. My father was the minister of two prominent churches in Memphis and was a devout servant. Faith first and decorum, which I believe in, is extremely important and goes a long way when navigating life.” 

Wandra continues, “During my corporate career I have worked many places, such as ICG Railroad, which was taken over by Norfolk Southern, IRS, Amtrak and FedEx, each place adding on to my particular set of skills. I later retired in 2014 from FedEx after 30 years of dedicated service with integrity. I am very active in my church, serving as one of the captains of the Courtesy Guild and church choir. One unknown fact about me is that I am licensed in broadcasting. Being very active in neighborhood activities and my civic duties gives me a sense of purpose.

“My decision made a long time ago was to have a plan B while my plan A was still working, but wanted it to be something that I have a passion for and could pass on to my children and grandchildren. That something turned out to be the WORLD. I began traveling and have not looked back. Since retiring, I have visited Japan, London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Mexico and all over the Caribbean as well as many states, taking my  children with me. My interests include jazz, Scrabble, good food, cooking, and of course TRAVEL and adventure! My dream vacation is a river cruise to Paris and Normandy, going down the Seine River aboard AMA Waterways  and a Mediterranean cruise on Regent Seven Seas…and I plan to make that a reality in the year 2018!

Fall has finally arrived in the Midwest! We’ve still been seeing 80+ degree weather this past week, but today it’s downright cool. I’m in blue jeans and a long-sleeved shirt, sipping my pumpkin spice latte after dropping my daughter off at preschool. And I’m not the only one who noticed it’s finally cooling off either. The squirrels are EVERYWHERE this morning. The nip in the air must have triggered a warning in their tiny lil’ brains that winter is not far away. They’re out scampering across yards, climbing trees, and even darting out in the road. I’m sure they’re busy working to stockpile nuts for the cold months ahead.
 
Don’t let the cool weather and the upcoming holidays distract you from your business! Now is the time to start stockpiling your nuts for winter, folks. While PlanNet Marketing is open all year long, a nice stockpile of ITA sales will surely allow you more financial freedom this holiday season.

We’re nearing the two-year anniversary of PlanNet Marketing, and our goal for that date, October 26th is 20,000 ITAs active in the InteleTravel business. WHAT A GOAL!!!

A:  Log into your PlanNet Marketing main site and go to the Virtual Office. Go to My Business, then Make a Purchase. Purchase the Mobile App and then return to your Virtual Office Dashboard to activate the subscription. Go on your mobile device and download the app from the app store (the links to the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store will be emailed to you after your purchase).

“I am from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, born and raised. My family roots are from a place called Stateline, Mississippi – located in Greene County (the poorest county in the poorest state in the U.S.) I live in Bethany, Oklahoma, a suburb of OKC, and have worked for the Oklahoma City Fire Department for over 28 years. By day I put out physical fires and save physical lives – but at night I put out the Financial Fires and I save Financial Futures through the fabulous Project.

“I’ve been married for over 20 years to my lovely wife, Flecelia (Lisa) Leverett, and we have two wonderful children: a 27-year-old son, Justin, who is serving active duty in the Air Force in London, and one daughter, Ebony, who is 23 years old and lives here in Oklahoma City as well.

“I have two granddaughters: Athena, who is 6 years old, and Caliah, who is 3 years old. They are MY WHY!! - to spend quality time watching and assisting in their upbringing. I enjoy cooking. While a part of this joy comes from a delicious home cooked meal, there is a larger part that comes from knowing I created that delicious meal. When I watch others enjoy it too? Icing on the proverbial cake, folks.
 
French toast, lasagna, chicken and dumplings – oh man, I’m getting hungry just thinking about making all my favorite dishes.
 
Here’s what’s interesting. When I say “lasagna,” you don’t need me to say, “layers and layers of meaty red sauce with crumbles of beef and Italian sausage, chopped veggies and gobs of Italian cheese – mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan.” We all basically KNOW what a lasagna is, right? Some people like theirs with spinach instead of meat, some people even prefer some white sauce mixed in, but it’s all lasagna.

When you’re presenting the PlanNet Marketing Compensation Plan, you don’t have to explain every detail for people – you don’t need to say, “I made $250 when I sold five ITAs in my second week,” and you shouldn’t!! All you have to say is, “Every time you sell an ITA, you get paid $50. Every time. No exceptions, no limits.” Five ITA sales will always earn $250 in weekly commissions, nine ITA sales will earn $450, and so on and so forth - they can do the math. Just like the lasagna, people can see the potential in all those layers. They don’t need your specific recipe to make lasagna happen for them. Right?
 
PlanNet Marketing discourages the use of personal earnings statements and suggested earnings potential, such as “I made X dollars in commissions from ITA sales” or even the more vague statements like, “I was able to pay off my debt and buy my dream house.” We are truly humbled that so many of you are experiencing these types of freedoms in your lives, but we must be careful how we talk about them to prospects. Not every Rep will have the same story, not every Rep will work as hard as you work, not every Rep will earn what you earn.
 
Statements that use your past earnings or your lifestyle claims as an enticement to get new Reps to enroll or new ITAs sold are against Policies and Procedures. Don’t do it! You don’t NEED TO! We have an incredible product and a fantastic compensation plan. They can stand on their own. Just present the product we have and talk about the compensation plan that’s in place – don’t try to use yourself or your team as an example. It’s tempting, I know it is, because you feel like you just made a killer lasagna and you want EVERYONE to know how to make their own. Give them a piece – just don’t start handing out that recipe until after they enroll.
