GREAT WORK, TEAM!
LET'S ALL SHOOT FOR THE STARS!

CONGRATULATIONS TO KIDRA FULLER FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Kidra Fuller for achieving One-Star Director! Kidra tells us, “I was born in Ft Hood, TX…an Army brat. I currently live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. My son, who attends New Mexico State University, lives here as well. I love ALL things coffee and travel!

“My most emotional and growth trip would be to Kenya. It was a mission trip. I became more grateful for all that I have and loved being able to be in service to others. I also love road trips. They are always a great way for me to clear my mind and refocus.

“I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by staying close to the fire! This really is a team business. Get on the calls, go to the events, and be a team player. I have the BEST business partners EVER!!!! They aren’t just my team, they are my tribe, my family.

“The way I achieved success so quickly is that honestly, I just wanted to help others. I wanted others to succeed and see the vision along with me. There were times I became emotional, distracted, and discouraged. I had to realize I was allowed to have those feelings, but to not stay there. Get up!!! Shake it off!!! Call a mentor/coach when you need to.”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR REGINA FLEMING!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Regina Fleming for achieving One-Star Director! Regina is from the small town of Union, SC and currently resides in Nashville, TN. “I am a mom of four with one granddaughter who is six years old. I love to spend time with family and friends, I love cooking and traveling the world.

“Prior to starting this business, I took my first trip out of the country to Jamaica. It was so amazing! I felt like I belonged there; just the culture, the people, and the land spoke to me. Since starting this opportunity, I have been traveling city to city and state to state. New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles and Chicago were a few cities I’ve never been to, but because our market share has grown there, I was able to experience those places plus a few more. For leisure and business. I get to live my best life and help people which is by far a dream come true. My team is truly AMAZING and I love the growth.

“My success in PlanNet Marketing is simple. I am following the blueprint that has been laid out by Mr. Bradley. I also follow my leaders very closely. I do everything my coaches and mentors ask of me and I never say NO. I show up for my own success by attending all events that I am qualified to attend. I am on all calls launching four to seven times a week and I am launching my team every weekend, every hour on the hour. I just make sure I stay close to my leaders and follow the right people. If I can do this, anyone can.

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR SHELLI MERCER!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Shelli Mercer for achieving One-Star Director! Shelli was born and raised in Cambridge, MA, and now lives in Brockton, MA. “I’m a retired Verizon outside technician, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a pastry chef. I love baking, traveling, reading, singing, action and comedy movies, amusement parks and time spent with family and friends.

“I have traveled to most of the Caribbean islands by cruise and land-based vacations. I have been able to travel to about half of the US but my goal is to visit all 50 states by the end of 2022. I also plan to travel internationally next year, visiting Greece, South Africa, Italy, Morocco, and Paris. I have a group trip to Dubai this September and I’m super excited!

“I had to learn to be consistent, persistent, and intentional about everything I do in my business, which has helped it to grow steadily. Building strong relationships with my directs and my downline has also helped to create a bond and cohesiveness that helps push us forward. The support here in PlanNet Marketing has been absolutely phenomenal. Stay plugged in to all meetings and trainings, get out of your own way and follow the right cats!! That’s exactly what I’ve been doing all while mentoring and coaching my team to do the same thing.

“Duplication is key to building a strong team! If your team is not duplicating, that means you're doing all the work! Work smarter, not harder! Success will come from watching, learning, and implementing what you’ve learned! If you’re not doing what’s been taught, how do you know it’ll work for you? You can’t follow a parked car. Be the evidence for your team and keep moving so they will follow you! NEVER GIVE UP!!! Keep working, keep pushing, get out of your comfort zone because trust me, the work will not forget you!

“A fun fact about me is that at 53, I went back to college full-time with 18-year-olds (fresh out of high school) while also working full-time. I was able to graduate Magna Cum Laude and received my Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. With this degree, I was able to open an online bakery that I ran for six years! This business has allowed me the ability to retire my bakery in September and make it a hobby!

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: VENITA STEWART-WILSON

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I am currently a One-Star Director and a member of the 40/40 Club. My husband, Christopher, and I just celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary and we are proud empty nesters of five adult children: Brittany, Rashard, Chris II, Isaiah and J'Nai, our caboose, graduating college in May of 2021. My hobbies are family, fitness, photography and travel! I have been a top performer in information technology for over 25 years and I have worked with various Fortune 500 organizations like Sony, Turner Broadcasting and American Express, just to name a few. My husband and I own a photography business established in 2012, C & V Photography; we have strategically reduced our time spent on that business so we can devote more time to building our PlanNet Marketing residual income.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
The self-development in PlanNet Marketing has been PHENOMENAL. My sponsor and coach, Director Pethral Daniels, in conjunction with Director Nina Vital, showed me how I would be able to transfer my years of experience from corporate to this opportunity. What I did not expect is developing in such a way that I would immediately be able to transfer skills learned here into other areas in my life. One, specifically, is the magic of intentional time blocking. This has helped me be a better business owner and professional due to the intentional focus, but also a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, etc. When managing multiple responsibilities, intentional time blocking ensures the focus remains on the objective within that time block. Business hours are just that, business hours; determining what specifically will be accomplished within those hours clearly defines objectives and the ability to track progress toward those objectives. Moreover, family time is family time, but what will be accomplished within that time block? Date night, family outing, study time, what? Simple, right? Absolutely!! But the truth of the matter is, time management is more effective when it is intentional and prevents even the slightest distractions from pulling you away from what is specifically intended.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Freedom! The freedom to be able to do what I want, when I want and how I want for myself and my family. Generating the resources needed to do so will ensure that I am able to leave a legacy for my family and my community.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Without a shadow of doubt, my role models are my parents. My mother, Veronica Blanco, is my role model for being brave enough to choose herself despite societal norms that would suggest that she choose differently. Her example is why I am confident, fearless and unapologetic about challenging the status quo in the interest of myself and my family. She is literally the wind beneath my wings. My father, Attorney Delano Stewart, is my role model for being an all around trailblazer. He had the first integrated law practice in the state of Florida, his practice had the first African American female attorney in our county and his firm also produced the first African American county court judge. These few examples are evidence of him being an innovator but also evidence of what he deems a personal responsibility: uplift and support others while in pursuit of personal excellence. His example is why I embody one of the key principles of PlanNet Marketing: help and support enough people to achieve their goals, and in the process you will inevitably achieve your goals as well.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Tenacious, Passionate, and Optimistic.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Plan your work and work your plan!! Planning and tracking your progress along the way ensures that you are prepared and positioned to make adjustments as necessary to meet your end goal.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Celebrating being a corporate dropout while proudly wearing a PlanNet Marketing Presidential ring, retiring my husband, clearing all unsecured debt and being free to show others how to do the same.

CONGRATULATIONS TO LEONIE ALESHE FOR ACHIEVING 40/40 CLUB!

CONGRATULATIONS TO TIFFANY PIERCE FOR ACHIEVING 40/40 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Tiffany Pierce to the 40/40 Club! This, by far, is a manifestation come true!!!  Life-changing one day at a time.  I would be remiss if I didn’t say thank you to my sponsor, Director Shay Simon, who I said “NO” to the opportunity four times to, and more importantly to my team who has trusted me enough to join me on this adventure and run with me.

“Earning 40/40, although monumental, is just a milestone for me. This is where it gets serious – it’s no longer just about me, it’s about helping others change their lives and sometimes see in them what they don’t see in themselves. The true indication of a great leader is not  their accolades, but the number of leaders they produce.

My next goals are Director in Training, Directorship, of course, and birthing duplication!!  #825”

CONGRATULATIONS TO REBECCA SMITH FOR ACHIEVING 40/40 CLUB!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER SHAMEDRA ALSTON!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Shamedra Alston to the 20/20 Club! Shamedra is from Petersburg Virginia, and says, “I love traveling with my husband, cooking and spending time with my family. I’ve traveled to Bermuda, Cancun, Bahamas and about seven states; of course, I have a lot more to see.

“I achieved 20/20 in just two and a half months! I believe I’m reaching my goals faster because I’m staying close, showing up, listening and applying pressure! Follow the blueprint, stay committed and coachable. Fun facts about me are that I’m a mother of four, I own a daycare center and my first granddaughter is on the way.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MICHELLE BAKER!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Michelle Baker to the 20/20 Club! Michelle lives in Hampshire, UK. She tells us, “I am a wife and mum of two. My interests include reading, dancing, travelling and spending time with my family. I have travelled to many places, including Canada (where my dad lives), Mexico, Egypt, Spain and France. I already have Texas, New York and a European cruise booked for the next 12 months.

“I think to succeed in this business you need to have a challenging daily method of operation. Every day I will make this my minimum and try to double it. It helps me stay consistent and makes me push even harder. Also be coachable, as this business will change your life.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER HILARY BROOKS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Hilary Brooks to the 20/20 Club! Hilary is from Bellevue, Louisiana, and currently lives in Carencro, LA. She tells us, “I’m a warehouse clerk for new construction in Cameron, LA for a company called Keweit.

“Being an agent has been every bit of amazing! When I joined in 2019, it was so I could be able to travel more. Growing up in a family of hard workers, my parents never really had time to take us on vacation. As I got older, I started to travel more and more.

“I’ve been achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by making sure my team has all the information they need to succeed. I don’t want to just succeed, I want everyone to. In order to succeed, you have to be consistent, and you have to love what you do.

“A fun fact about me, if you want to call it a fun fact, is that I constantly think about traveling 24/7!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LORRELL CEVILLE!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Lorrell Ceville to the 20/20 Club! Lorrell is from Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Port St. Lucie, Florida. She tells us, “I served in the U.S. Army for seven years and was promoted to Sergeant, where I learned great leadership skills! I currently teach elementary education and I enjoy teaching students to be confident leaders and how to focus on their academic goals. My other interests include watching movies, dancing, eating cultural foods and spending time with my family!

“Some of my travel experiences include traveling to Panama, which was an amazing experience. With everything going on, I currently travel to local destinations in the Florida area.

“One of the ways that I have been able to achieve my success is being consistent and persistent and treating my business like a business.I believe it’s important to make sure that I share this opportunity with everyone I meet.  I’m so excited to be able to help others obtain financial freedom and time freedom!

“A PlanNet Marketing tip that I would pass along is to be able to be consistent, persistent, be intentional and track your progress. When setting your goals and executing your tasks, be intentional and the results will follow!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TIA LEWIS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tia Lewis to the 20/20 Club! Tia is from Prince George’s Count, Maryland. She says, “I am a life coach. I love shopping, traveling, and enjoying time with my family. I have traveled to 20 new places since being a travel business owner.

“I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by seeing my team win! I am big on helping my people. My why is breaking generational curses for my niece and nephews!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TONYA MCNEIL!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tonya McNeil to the 20/20 Club! Tonya tells us, “I was born in Raleigh, NC, and moved to Queens, NY at six months old, and moved back to NC at age 11. I was raised in a family community in Apex, NC. I currently live in Holly Springs, NC and am a wife and mother of three, and a grandmother of ten! I love spending time with my family and church family. I love dancing, shopping and guess what – I love to travel!

“Growing up, my travel experiences were flying to and from New York to spend time with my grandparents in the summer, Myrtle Beach and church trips. When I got married, my husband and I went to the Bahamas for our honeymoon. After I had my kids, we would do our summer Myrtle/Virginia Beach trip and our winter trip to the mountains. I was always in charge of doing the church and family reunion cruise together. I love, love, love cruises; I think I have been on ten cruises.

“Since I have started this amazing business, I have been to Dominican Republic and I was hooked. I had booked a Disney Cruise and a trip to Jamaica, but unfortunately they were cancelled. I have future plans to go to Cancun, Mexico, Miami, and of course Texas to the Convention.

“I started this business just to maybe earn a few extra dollars. That is not the case; now I am earning money, saving money and helping other families do the same. I have no problem talking to people about this business because I believe I have found the way. People tell me when I talk about this opportunity they can see and hear the excitement in my voice. I simply tell them what this business has done for me.  It is bigger than travel. For me, it has afforded me personal growth, financial growth, the opportunity to meet people outside of my normal circle and the opportunity to travel.

“If I could offer a tip, it would be to stay coachable, stay plugged in and follow the system. When I first decided to take this opportunity seriously, I would say it does not take all of that, you do not have to go to all those meetings, get on all of those webinars and that I have done this before and I know what to do. I did not grow and my amazing Director, Lanita Jones, kept telling me you have to plug in. She did not harass me every day, I think she believed in me more than I did at that time and she would always say when you are ready we can run. Running is what I am doing now for me and my family.

“I have always been very competitive and if someone challenges me or tells me it is a contest, I am going all in. I set a goal to become 20/20 by my birthday on 3/17 and I did not make it, so I set another goal to produce a Gold Builder and to make 20/20 by 3/31. So when my business partner made Gold I was so excited and my husband asked if I hit one of my goals so I can just go to bed, it was about 11:00. I said no way. I prayed and said ‘Lord send me one more person’ and I kept dialing, still full of excitement. I called the last person at 11:30 and when I finished signing her up, I hit the submit button at 11:58 pm. I know that God is good and at this point I am UNSTOPPABLE!”
