1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Irving, TX and currently live in Paradise, TX. I have two kids, ages two and under, and an awesome husband. My hobbies are boating, reselling, traveling, and sports. I am proud to have achieved Director 1.5, and am a member of the 20/20 Club. My past corporate job was a city government event planner, winning a state award for a special event with older adults.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've gained confidence and feel empowered by helping others achieve their goals.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Kids and money drive me; seeing others win motivates me.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Steve Harvey. He inspires personal growth.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Driven, Caring, Focused.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Listen to your heart and NEVER give up on your business.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years,I will be able to show my children the world beyond my wildest dreams, give more abundantly, and further invest in my family’s future.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Molly Decker to the 20/20 Club!  Molly tells us that she is from a small area outside of Akron, Ohio called New Franklin, OH. She currently lives in New Franklin with her husband and their six children.

“My interests include family time, all things Irish (dancing and music, in particular), learning about new places I’d like to travel to, traveling to new places, and watching whichever sports my kiddos are playing. I have had the opportunity to travel to numerous places within the US, but Hawaii has been my favorite so far! My husband and I are planning to take a ten-year anniversary trip to Hawaii next summer and neither of us can wait! I’ve also added so many places to my ‘travel bucket list’ since I started my Travel Agent adventures!

“My success at PlanNet Marketing can be attributed to a few things. First, our team has been amazing and really has a gift for motivating and teaching us how to be successful in this business. Second, my husband has been so supportive from day one! This has allowed me to spend the time needed to work my business and help build it quickly. Finally, consistency is key! She is a registered nurse at a local hospital in Atlanta. Ciara tells us, “I also have two wonderful children! My interests are spending time with family/friends and traveling across the world. I am a cruiseaholic; I cruise at least three to four times a year.

“This business has helped me step outside of my comfort zone. In the past I was the quiet and observing person in the crowd, but today I am reaching out to people all over the world to share this great opportunity. I am breaking the barriers that I have placed over my life. Today I am a social butterfly and eagerly interested in learning about others.
