I’ve always loved natural beauty and perhaps that’s where my love of travel has come from - experiencing new places, new landscapes, and new cultures.

“As well as being passionate about travel, I’ve also always been passionate about being ‘different’ - resisting the 9-5, encouraging people to look for a different solution, and so looking back it seems obvious that this business is such a perfect match for me!

“I’m a very authentic person; I believe in being me, and I think that’s had a huge part to play in my success so far in this business. A huge part of building a team is building relationships and the easiest way to do that is by being yourself. People are not attracted by buzzwords and generic recruitment tactics; they are attracted by a story that resonates with them, and so that is what I present.

“I guess I have reached this position quite quickly; it was only eight months ago since I decided it was time to put my head down and treat it like a business, and since then I have spent every spare second on it…of course you can achieve success at your own pace, but my pace is all in! Her interests are spending time with her family, her husband of 15 years and two kids, her business, and of course traveling! She says, “I went to Las Vegas for the first time back in January for the Directors Dinner with my sponsor, Latashia Alexander, and absolutely loved it!! My travel business has afforded my husband and I to take over 21 trips in 2018 and we are far from finished!!

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES BRIGITTE HARDING TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Brigitte Harding to the 20/20 Club! Brigitte tells us that she grew up and went to college in Connecticut, and she and her husband moved to North Carolina about six years ago after getting married, in search of some warmer weather and a more laid back lifestyle. Their daughter was born almost five years ago and they love living in the mountains and visiting the beaches!

Brigitte relates, “My interests are travel, of course! I also enjoy reading, beach time, Harry Potter, Disney, Zumba, and time with my family, including my four-year old daughter Cora, husband Jeremy, dog Moose and two cats named Bertie Bott and Noodle!

“I've been lucky to travel to some wonderful locations, but my travel bucket list is so long! My favorite Caribbean island so far is probably St. Lucia. We did a whirlwind eight-hour tour on our last cruise stop there and it was amazing!  We loved the mud baths!

“We travel up and down the East Coast a lot to see family and I'd love to make it to the West Coast soon!  I love cruising because it provides the opportunity to see so many places in one trip! On my cruise to-do list is Hawaii, the Mediterranean, Alaska and the Norwegian Fjords. One of my favorite trips ever was a self driving tour around Ireland where my mom and I rented a car and stayed in B&Bs across the country. We really got to take our time and see exactly what we wanted to and also meet so many kind people! Disney is my happy place and we have annual passes and meet family there a couple times a year! In addition to Disney this year, we'll go to Scotland, Alaska, and back to Orlando for Convention in September - where I'm sure we'll tack on a few Disney days at the end!

“My best advice is to be genuine. I target recruit and I put it out there to people who I think it would genuinely help. If someone is talking about not liking their job or wishing they had more money coming in, I share in a comment how the travel business has helped me. I don't push it on them or "sell" it to them. If they are in the right frame of mind to join or want to participate or learn more, they'll ask for info. If they don't, then it's not right for them, and that's ok! I love the book GoPro by Eric Worre. It really helped me become more efficient in speaking with others and also to emotionally detach myself from the outcome of a conversation. I was taking it very personally when people didn't want to join in, because I was having so much fun! Another thing I do is I have people send me a message for more info. I learned early on that I was wasting my energy by sending messages out to people. Most of the time, it gets stuck in their "other" folder, so they never see it. If someone has the motivation it takes to work this business, having to send you a pm won't hold them back!

“A fun fact: Something people might not guess about me is that I was the most homesick person in the world as a kid! I never could have predicted being so passionate about travel when as a child, I wouldn't go to sleepovers, Girl Scout camp, or vacations without my parents!  You just never know!”

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL and raised in Birmingham, AL. I have one handsome son, daughter-in-law, and three beautiful granddaughters. The hobbies I love are travel, reading, and listening to jazz.

My past business highlights within PlanNet Marketing, which I am extremely grateful for, include being awarded PlanNet Marketing's 2018 Top New Player Award, along with being among the recipients of the Fireball and Top Seller Awards. My greatest highlight is sharing every experience with my core leaders and team.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Being a part of PlanNet Marketing has given me the opportunity to stretch and grow as a leader and has given me the support and tools needed to coach, train, and develop my leaders.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives and motivates me is my desire to create a lifestyle of wealth and freedom for my family, while teaching other entrepreneurs the strategies to do the same. My heart’s desire is that we as entrepreneurs have more than enough to provide for our families so that we can give an abundance to those who are less fortunate without limits.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My pastors Dr. Michael D. and Kennetha Moore are my role models. Their examples as people of integrity, character, love for people, spiritual wisdom, and resiliency have contributed to my growth as a person, both spiritually and personally.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Passionate, Giver, Driven

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
One of my favorite quotes is by Denzel Washington, when he said, "In between goals and achievement is discipline and consistency." My word of advice to leaders is that if you desire to win in business and life you must go beyond just setting goals and writing a plan of action. YOU MUST possess daily discipline and take consistent action. You must track your success: Plan, Do, and then Review.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now my family and I will be debt and financially free as a result of PlanNet Marketing. I will own a 1,000 unit apartment complex. I will be a philanthropist who gives greatly and creates opportunities for the homeless, young entrepreneurs, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Income Claims – WHAT Are They?!

You may have heard about something called an “Income Claim” and thought you understood it, or maybe you didn’t. I’m here to shed some light on what an Income Claim is, how to handle it, and how important it is to understand this topic – seriously!

An income claim is a statement about a company’s income earning opportunity. There is nothing inherently wrong with a comment about PlanNet Marketing’s Compensation Plan or the earning potential. The claims we must watch out for are the ones that might cloud a person’s judgement. We want our Reps to join PlanNet with a clear head and a full understanding of the effort and time required to make their business a success.

Here are some examples of Non-Compliant Income Claims:

“Come Learn How to Earn 6 Figures”

“Sally Smith just gave herself a $12,000 raise!”

“I replaced my income with my part-time home-based business.”

Each statement makes a claim about income earning potential. The statements might all be TRUE, but the rule of thumb is not whether the statement is true – but is it representing the AVERAGE earnings of a Rep with PlanNet Marketing? In all of these cases, the answer is no.

Making statements about earning potential, or even lifestyle potential (retire early, pay off your debts, buy a dream home) might entice prospects to join PlanNet to achieve the “American Dream” or any dream, without consideration for the level of work and commitment necessary to achieve those results. We want to ensure that anyone joining PlanNet Marketing as a Rep is doing so with an accurate understanding of earnings potential and a game plan for success. Prospects don’t need to be seeing stars, or dollar signs, just to catch the vision.

I previously shared a copy of the PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) with you all. If you are speaking to someone about joining our business – please point them to the IDS at some point BEFORE they enroll as a Rep. You don’t have to comment on it, you don’t have to be able to answer questions about it (I can do that!), you just need to share it.

Five-Star Director and 2018 Baltimore Convention MVP Natalie Graham Is the newest recipient of the gold Rolex watch that is presented to Five-Star Directors. To achieve this prestigious rank, a Five-Star Director must have 4,000 active ITAs in their downline. Natalie joins Five-Star Directors Shedrick White and Orlanda Moore as the third member of this elite club

.Chairman and Founder Donald Bradley, along with Five-Star Director Orlanda Moore, presented the Presidential Rolex watch to Natalie on Tuesday, February 12th at the Atlanta, GA weekly meeting.

Director Moore said this about Natalie’s accomplishments, “It's one thing to help 4,000 families. 1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
​I was born In Dequeen, Arkansas and raised for the most part in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, but spent eight years in both northern and Southern California. Chad was born in Dallas, TX and raised in Linden, TX. We currently live in Ardmore, Oklahoma in our RV. We travel the country because of Chad’s construction job. We have five children and three grandchildren. We are total foodies. We love traveling and trying out different cuisines all over the world. I come from a traditional brick and mortar business background. I owned businesses from the ages of 19-35.

Chad is a former firefighter and paramedic turned construction safety professional.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet Marketing in February, 2017, we have had our eyes opened to a world of possibilities we could have never imagined before. The culture and experiences we have had over the past 20+ months have given us a glimpse of a future we never dared to dream of. When we first joined this business neither of us had ever really been a part of the network marketing industry. Our future was dependent on a weekly paycheck that wasn’t assured. And our family was dependent on a life insurance policy that wouldn’t last past our funeral expenses.

We were both deeply rooted in the broke mentality and as Mr. Bradley said, we were P.O.O.R. (passing over opportunities repeatedly). We didn’t understand that it was possible to live the life of our dreams.

Personal development was not a part of our daily lives. But because of the vision of Mr. Bradley and our leadership team, we have learned that not only is it possible for us to live our best lives, but it is our time to truly live. Our journey is not over and our story is developing, but we know that if we keep following the path we will have no choice but to succeed.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Our drive and focus is not only for ourselves but our entire family and for everyone we come in contact with for generations to come…so they can live the life they dream of without limits, even long after we are both gone. We will leave a legacy for others…starting by both of our early retirements by age 40.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
We have had several role models in our lives.

Brandy: My grandmother has always been my biggest role model. She taught me to love without conditions, to stay true to myself and to what I believe in, and most importantly she taught me that life is all about moments. Every moment in life is precious and we should enjoy every single one. She passed away when I was 19. I have lived every day since doing my best to make her proud of me and the choices I have made.

Chad: I have been blessed throughout my life to be influenced by a great number of outstanding individuals. Some of these have been from personal relationships and some have come from literature. The one person I have always tried to model in life has to be my grandfather on my mom's side of the family. That man was the most humble man I've ever known. He was a natural leader and had a true calling in servitude. He was part of the greatest generation. He could fix anything, either with his hands or with conversation. I base my success in life on his expectations and his core beliefs. My lifelong goal has been to reach the standard he set for me of what a man should be…humble, hardworking, and leading from the front by being in service to others.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Driven, Focused, and United.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
DONT QUIT! No matter what life throws at you, no matter how badly you think your test is too hard, do not quit. With every breakdown there is a breakthrough. Believe in yourself; only then will you achieve your goals. It all starts with YOU.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years we will be truly living our best lives. We will both be retired officially before the age of 40. We are making the investment now that will have us debt free and financially independent. We will have sent two children to college without student loans and preparing for another to graduate, all while helping others find their financial success in this amazing industry. The sky is not the limit for us because of PlanNet Marketing!
