PlanNet Marketing congratulates Alexis Baldwin for achieving One-Star Director and 40/40 Club! She tells us, “Hi, I'm Alexis, also known as ‘Lex BP.’ Born in the small town of Waco, Texas but raised in the big city of Dallas, Texas, I've always been a small city girl with big dreams! I am currently residing in Houston, Texas where I plan to build my legacy. I always knew I was destined for greatness.
“I've always had a passion for travel since I was a small girl. I remember long car rides from Dallas to Florida every summer. Now I look back at my parents, like ‘Why were we not on a plane!!!???’ I will definitely have to meet you there!! HA!
“My background is in the medical field ranging from clinical to administrative work, so my passion has always been helping people and making someone smile. But with that gift, I knew my calling was greater! When I started this business on a part-time basis, I worked my way up to the top of the builders program within 30 days! Mainly because I knew my time as an employee was limited, I feared being laid off from my job due to my chronic lupus that I constantly battle day to day, and I was right. I was laid off two months later; my business saved me!! I mention this to say take your ‘side hustle’ seriously, but it may also just be that insurance policy that saves you.
“My advice to everyone would be slow and steady DOES NOT win the race! GO HARD! GO 10X!!!! Follow your leader while also being a servant, and stay connected and close. Be proud of what you do not only as a network marketer, but as a PLANNET MARKETING REP!”
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Hello everyone! I was born and raised in Bessemer, Alabama. My passion is coaching football and traveling with my family and friends.Honestly, this is the very first business I have been in and I love every minute of it!! Before my wife, Two-Star Director, Latrice Jones, joined PlanNet Marketing, I was not interested in starting a business at all; then I saw how happy this business made her. She taught me more about the legacy that Mr. Bradley has in place and after I learned about the PlanNet Pledge, I was SOLD!!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since being involved with the team and listening in on the Wednesday night trainings, my mindset has changed a lot! I'm more positive and I think more like an entrepreneur, when I used to have only a corporate 9-to-5 mindset.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My wife and kids drive and motivate me. No matter how things look or how stressed I may get, I know I have to keep pushing for them. My goal is to be able to leave my full time job really soon, and I know that PlanNet Marketing is the vehicle that will help get me there!!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Over the years, I have watched my wife and the other Directors crush this business. The dedication and the fun that I see them having together as a team has truly inspired me to push even more in my business. Therefore, I must say that my role model is definitely my wife, Latrice Jones.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Funny, hardworking and outgoing.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never give up or give in! If you give up...you are only giving up on yourself and your family. If you are a PlanNet Rep...RRUUNNNNN towards the finish line! Plant your seeds, water your seeds, nurture your seeds, and soon enough, it will be harvest time!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I will definitely be retired from my job as a six to seven figure income earner and a Six-Star Director with PlanNet Marketing!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sadie Brunskill to the 20/20 Club! Sadie says, “I live in a little city called Carlisle in Cumbria, UK! Not much goes on here, lots of fields and farm animals around the local area, which just sparks my need to travel the world! You'll usually find me playing netball when I can, and being a mental health and self-love advocate over on my Instagram. My favourite holiday destination will always be Dubai and I cannot wait to see more of the world in the not-so-distant future!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome One-Star Director Twinette Brown to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “My name is Twinette Ravenell Brown, also known as Twin. I’m originally from Summerville, South Carolina, and am presently residing in Cordova, Tennessee with my husband and children. I am the mother/bonus mom of five children (three birth children: Jase (13), Alyse (7), & McKenzie (3), and two by marriage, Tierra (22) and Jordan (17).
“A few of my interests include praising God as I know he is the source of my strength, going to the beach and putting my toes in the sand, watching my children engage in the activity of their choice, watching my college football team play on Saturdays (South Carolina Gamecocks – Forever To Thee), helping people, and traveling. I’ve traveled to or through 45 of the 50 states. A few of my favorite trips were to Belize, St. Thomas, and a Disney cruise with my children for my daughter's fifth birthday!
“I'm now achieving success through personal and professional development. I no longer treat my business like a hobby. I'm implementing the 12 pillars as a habit and lifestyle change, versus something "good" to say I have. In order to achieve success, you must first identify what you want in this business and let nothing stop you from achieving your goals.
“My story is not one of quick success. So what I advise my team is that if you want something bad enough, you will put in the work to achieve it. If you treat this business as if it doesn't belong to you, it won't. So run faster, smarter, and know the results will come as you are consistent with your process and follow the system. The PS3 works if you use it.
“A fun fact about me is that I once tried out for my high school football team until my mother found out and made me quit before the cuts were made. I also played powder puff in high school.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Charlotte Day to the 20/20 Club! Charlotte says, “I’m 24 and I live in Hertfordshire in the UK.
“I love to spend time with my family, walking my dog and seeing my friends. I think my friends would probably describe me as ‘the funny one’ of the group and I enjoy nothing more than living up to that role!
“I started my travel business back in September 2019 with the hope of seeing more of the world with my fiancé. The last trip we took was to Milan, Italy and I completely fell in love with the Italian culture and country. I’m planning on visiting again and discovering more of Italy as soon as we’re allowed! We also have Mexico on the mind as that was somewhere we had booked previously, but had to cancel in June last year.
“It has definitely been tough being stuck at home for all this time but it has been made so much easier because I have had my business to focus on, and the support of the wonderful community I have around me has been unmatched. I never dreamed for one moment when I started this business that I would get to where I have done so quickly but I am so grateful for it and feel like I partially have 2020 to thank as it has allowed me to fully immerse myself in my business without distractions.
“My top tip to anyone reading would be to follow the processes set out for you and remain consistent. I know everyone says it, but consistency really is key and I cannot stress that enough!
“There have definitely been days where I felt like giving up, not working on my business and watching Netflix all day; however, pushing through those days has not only grown my business but has also helped me grow as a person and a leader for my team. I have learnt a whole lot about myself since September, and I am proud to say I haven’t had a full day ‘off’ of my business since I started. That hard work is definitely paying off!
“A fun fact about me is that I seem to be a huge fan of any TV series set in New York, lol – Friends, Gossip Girl, Sex and the City etc. I have seen them all numerous times and could rewatch them over and over again. Weirdly enough though, I’ve never been to New York!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Gray to the 20/20 Club! Elizabeth tells us, “I am 61 years old and I’m married to Jeff, I’m a mother to two adult daughters, Lisa and Clair, and I have four beautiful grandchildren. Lisa’s are Kira (13), Ryan (10) and Aidan (8). Clair has Mapenzi who is two years old. I’m originally from Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK but I now live in Lancashire, UK.
“I’ve not really travelled a lot, but my favourite places I have been are Cyprus and Portugal. My wish is to go to Bora Bora. I plan on travelling so much more. I love animals, especially dogs – I have two – and I used to have a horse. I also love elephants; no I don’t have a real one (haha) but I have lots of elephant ornaments and soft toys.
“I love helping people and I am so passionate about my business and how it changes lives massively. My mission is to reach One-Star Director by the end of July and to help as many people as I can to see the true potential in this incredible business.
“The most important tip that I can give anyone is to BELIEVE in yourself and in the process as it does work; stay consistent and plug into everyone that inspires you.
“I would like to thank Mr. Donald Bradley, as I wouldn’t be where I am without him. I would also like to thank my upline director, Tracey Dillon, and also Louise Gatland for all the help, motivation and for believing in me.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome One-Star Director Michele Smith to the 20/20 Club! Michele tells us, “I am originally from Detroit, Michigan, but have resided in Georgia for about 20 years. I enjoy shopping, reading and exploring new interior design concepts. Some of the fun places I have visited are the Bahamas, St. Martin, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Las Vegas and Hawaii just to name a few.
“PlanNet Marketing has afforded me the best opportunity to stretch outside my comfort zone by learning the value of being "co-dependent." Growing in PlanNet Marketing has taught me the importance of pivoting from depending only 100% on my skill set to achieve my goals to willingly accepting the help and support from others to achieve even more than I expected. From this experience, I have strengthened my mindset in several areas of my personal and professional life to not only do great things for me, but to better support others in achieving their goals too.
“As a leader and coach, I share as many tips as I can with my team of champions. I encourage all to remain humble enough to hear your coach, wise enough to execute the play and vulnerable enough to accept help when you need it the most. I share my challenges and successes with my team so they, too, can win.
“A fun fact about me is that I enjoy doing 5K walk/runs, love to ball-room dance, and celebrate life unapologetically.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Shenaka Stapleton to the 20/20 Club! Shenaka is from Olive Branch, Mississippi. She tells us, “I am a mother and a wife and I love being able to help others. I am a huge Alabama fan and Cowboys fan. My husband and I had the opportunity to take our daughter to the Grand Canyon last year and we also had lunch in California, she really enjoyed that.
“In this business, you must stick and stay and Never Give Up!! Stay consistent and I promise you that you will elevate.
“A fun fact about me is that I am dedicated to help my organization achieve their goals and we will all rise together.”
Here at PlanNet Marketing, we advocate a business that is compliant and duplicatable – follow the rules and teach others to do the same. Step one is always to KNOW the rules yourself. Educate yourself first. When you ride in an airplane, the flight attendant always reminds you to put your own oxygen mask on before assisting others. If you can’t breathe, you won’t be able to save anyone else.
Get your oxygen masks out and prepare for anything. Learning the rules will give you the piece of mind that your business is compliant and ready to duplicate.
There really is no substitute for reading the rules for yourself. I truly wish each and every PlanNet Marketing Rep would read the entire Policies and Procedures document – all 23 pages of it! But the reality is, Reps often “agree” to be bound by these important rules without even a glance at the contents of the pages. Nothing can compare to knowing the details, but I’ve created a one-page set of bullet points that gives you a high-level overview of many of these policies (not everything). Start by reading this one pager! Once you get through it, dive into the full document. Not knowing these rules puts you and your business in danger of loss every minute of every day, and that is really scary.
