1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I currently reside in Raleigh, North Carolina by way of Baltimore, Maryland. My hobbies are travel and shopping. I am a proud mother to an amazing eleven-year-old son, Jaiden, and am a wife. I have a background with the Department of Corrections. I have been an entrepreneur for 15 months now. I am a 20/20 Club Member as well as a One-Star Director.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet Marketing, my personal growth has been through the roof. I have truly adopted the winning culture that surrounds me. I have more posture, as Mr. Bradley would say. I have expanded my mind which has allowed me to expand my pockets.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My drive and motivation has always been my son. I became pregnant at seventeen years old, and as a teen mom, I was determined for my son to have all his heart desired. I love my parents and am grateful for everything they have done. Growing up in our household, my siblings and I were raised on survival and not love. Due to this, it fueled the go-getter mentality I had inside. By any means necessary I would make sure my son and I would survive. The difference is I was determined to do it in a more loving and nurturing way for him. He is the reason I will not stop and I do not accept "NO," and why I do not allow other people's perception of what my fate should be to deter me.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is myself (the person I see in the mirror). Life growing up was tough, then I became a young mom myself but never once have I allowed it to embitter me. I have never used my upbringing as an excuse; I simply allow it to fuel me so I go out and get it. I'm an action taker, I'm determined and I cannot be stopped. I have a heart of gold and I know that my blessings will always come tenfold.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Ambitious, Selfless.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
If I had to give some sound advice it would be: You control your success or the lack there of. With that said, make the determination today that you will be successful and you will go after everything you deserve. Make the commitment in your mind that you will not stop until you do and you will not make any excuses along the way.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my life looks amazing. I will have a sixteen-year-old son who has touched the world with many of his own amazing ideas and inventions. I will be a millionaire. I will have several Directors in my organization. I will still be helping as many families as I can into the opportunity. I will have purchased lots of land and set my family up for success.

CONGRATULATIONS TO APRIL SMITH FOR ACHIEVING 40/40 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome April Smith to the 40/40 Club! April tells us, “First I want to say I'm so thankful for this platform and my team. This is such an amazing achievement; there were days and nights where I started to doubt myself but I knew I was on a mission and I had more families to help. I hit D.I.T. a week before hitting 40/40. My team is amazing and reminded me that I am a blessing to them all and that put the fire back in me.

“My next goal is Directorship and to help my team grow and blossom and reach financial freedom. I am thankful to Mr Bradley for paving the way and allowing us to reach and secure a future for our families. I will always be grateful.

“Again, I just want to say thank you to the PlanNet Marketing family. I thank you for your leadership. I thank my team for allowing me to guide them and for them being coachable and this journey has just begun. I'm so happy to be a part of this family.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER GINA ADAMS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Gina Adams to the 20/20 Club! Gina was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and now resides in Glen Burnie, MD, a suburb of Baltimore. She tells us, “I love learning new things and I love helping people! When I make time for myself, I enjoy binging on television series I haven’t seen.

“My first trip was to Cleveland, Ohio to go to the Rock & Roll Museum, and I flew alone. After that initial shock, I found myself as a federal agent hopping on planes and trains traveling anywhere I was needed. It was then I realized just how much I enjoyed traveling, particularly learning some form of history from each of my destinations. I now make it a point to travel at least three to four times per year, even if it’s in my own state.

“My success at PlanNet Marketing comes from being transparent and making a connection with individuals. I once heard that stories sell, so I share something about myself that people can relate to. Some of us have been unemployed, and so have I. I know the feeling of not wanting to get up and feeling like a failure because I always got the job – until I didn’t. You begin to question your confidence and wonder what you are lacking that kept you from getting the job. So when I find myself having that type of discussion, I make a connection because they know where I am coming from. Now their interest is piqued to know how I overcame that obstacle. The decision to give up getting nails done bi-weekly to once a month allowed $60 for my monthly dues. It was a sacrifice, but I did it. The point is if you want something bad enough, you will find a way. The reward to myself is building a relationship with prospects and business partners and watching them have success.

“My tip is don’t impress me with material items until you can show me how you achieved them. Listen for the need, so your prospect will have the same want as you – this is the key to a successful business relationship. Never leave anyone behind; give them exactly what is needed for success. I treat my business partners like a dating relationship by being consistent and checking in frequently.

“I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Masters in Justice & Security Administration and Masters in Psychology and as of April 25, I will be in the JD law program at George Mason University, which has a 12% acceptance rate. In 2015, I received a Meritorious Civilian Award and Medal for dedication and commitment during the 2015 riots in Baltimore. For this instance, I ensured that National Guardsmen who were injured received immediate treatment and care while I completed all paperwork and made sure all that were activated were paid in a timely fashion.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ARQUETTA BOWMAN!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Arquetta Bowman to the 20/20 Club! Arquetta is from Birmingham, AL where she currently resides. She tells us, “My interests are helping others build a legacy for their families. I am currently a Girl Scouts leader for over eight years. I love traveling, reading books, listening to music (especially jazz), and obtaining financial freedom. I have traveled to Cancun, Jamaica, Miami, Las Vegas, California, and Bahamas... just to name a few.

“Since starting my business and having no experience in network marketing, I had to find a balance. I had to make it my business to remain coachable. The key to success is staying consistent and taking action at all times. Even when the business becomes challenging, I look for opportunities to refocus and continue to push forward. I think about my WHY, the reason I started the business. Staying connected with goal-oriented people helps me set targets and objectives that will help my business succeed.

“I have learned that in order to achieve success I had to step out of my comfort zone, keep an open mind and remain coachable. The process is there, you just have to WORK IT! I am constantly learning new ways to promote and market my business.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER THWANA JOHNSON!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Thwana Johnson to the 20/20 Club! Thwana tells us, I hail from the Big Apple, where I was born and raised in New York City, New York – Harlem, to be exact! I reside in Lorton, VA with my sons while my husband is currently serving as a Brigade Commander in the Middle East for the next two years.

“For as long as I can remember, I’ve been bit by the travel bug and my love for travel is only temporarily satisfied through more enriching travel experiences! As if it were yesterday, I can remember as a young girl taking a chartered bus trip to Disney World one summer, chartered bus trips to Virginia Beach at the end of every summer, and chartered bus trips to Pennsylvania Dutch Country right before Thanksgiving every fall. In high school, I was even able to take my first trip abroad to Spain, and being on active duty for more than 20 years before retiring, afforded my family and I continued life enrichment by being assigned and having the ability to travel throughout the continental United States, Europe, and Asia!

“Like many others, it was my love of travel that caused me to be a number one and say ‘Sign me up,’ before even hearing the entire presentation! Unfortunately, this was a blessing and a curse. I joined PlanNet Marketing on February 18, 2020, but did not see the business for the opportunity it was until my One-Star Director, Dr. Shenila Hill Rodriguez, took a personal interest in empowering me to be set free from the federal government by using this platform to create long-term sustainable income and create generational wealth from anywhere! ‘WOW!!’ – was what I said after she broke down the compensation plan on December 8, 2020, and I hit the ground running full speed ahead and haven’t stopped since!

“Within eight days I became a Gold Builder and within a total of 45 days I became a member of the 20/20 Club! My advice to others is simple: listen to the advice of those who serve as evidence of this proven lucrative system and do not waste time being distracted by shiny objectives like your love of travel, the woes of life, and the opinions of others. When it seems hard, dig in, stay the course, and master the mundane because it’s in these moments of life-changing grit that the grace of God covers you and elevates you above all you could ever imagine or ask!

“Interesting fact: I’m an introvert who completely detests being out front or in the spotlight! I draw my strength and energy from within, yet God continues to place me in positions to transfer that energy and strength to others.  I am PlanNet Proud to continue my passion and purpose with this economic empowerment movement!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LIZ KLEMENS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Liz Klemens to the 20/20 Club! Liz lives in London, England. She tells us, “A lot of my life revolves around my three children, but luckily they have inherited our love of travel, so as a family we love nothing more than going on holiday. Outside of that I love music, swimming and going to the theatre. I have also recently written some children’s books that I am hoping to publish.

“My favourite travel experiences have been to South America and the Galápagos Islands, Alaska, Egypt and Australia. We love to mix luxury holidays with adventure and those trips were a perfect balance of that. Treetop walking, cave exploring and swimming with sharks are definite highlights!

“I feel that my reason for success so far with building my business has been my ability to make a connection with people; finding a common ground with people has worked really well.

“A fun fact about me is that I have a diploma in body language – I find people absolutely fascinating and in an alternate life, I think I would have chosen to be a criminal psychologist!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER SEQUILLA ROBB!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sequilla Robb to the 20/20 Club! Sequilla is from Summerville, South Carolina and currently lives in Laurel, Maryland. She tells us, “I was born in Germany. During college, I studied international business in London and Paris for six months. I also lived in Liverno, Italy for two years. I am mostly interested in making money and providing a financially secure future for my family.

“I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing because I have the guidance, support and motivation of my coach, One-Star Director Twinette Ravenell Brown. I wake up every day with the goal to manifest my business to success.

“A fun fact about me is that I get nervous every time I do a three-way call.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KENDRA THEAKER!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kendra Theaker to the 20/20 Club! Kendra is from Wales, UK and currently lives in Cardiff. She says, “My interests of course are to travel the world; to see and experience new things, socialising at restaurants and bars and also looking after myself physically and mentally.

“I have been very fortunate to travel a lot of the world with my family growing up and also to a lot of Europe with my partner in recent years. My future plan is to eventually tick off as many countries as possible.

“I’m achieving success at PlanNet Marketing because I made a promise to my future self that I would show up every single day, even on the days I feel I don’t want to. I told myself I was going to help as many people as possible, and my why is so strong that I push through any obstacles that come in my way. Staying consistent has been a huge factor to drive the momentum behind the way I’ve achieved success. I use all the materials provided to me and duplicate exactly what every successful leader has been doing/teaching.

“A fun fact about me is that I once bungee jumped off a crane over a lake at a festival but it’s not something I would tell someone to do.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

As a PlanNet Marketing Rep, your main objective is to sell our exclusive product – the InteleTravel at-home Independent Travel Agency business, or ITA. You can also build a team of other Reps who will sell ITAs.

In our online world, many Reps are leveraging social media, funnels and other electronic media to get the word out about their business and sell the product. So let’s talk about the BEST ways to market your business online.

1)  Talk about Earning Money! That’s right, show me the money people. When you are selling ITAs, the very FIRST thing you should always mention is the income opportunity for the Agent – how a person can sell travel to earn travel commissions when they become an ITA. That can sound something like, “When you become an InteleTravel Agent, you can sell travel to anyone – friends, family, even yourself. You’ll earn a commission based on the travel you sell.” Don't talk about saving money by booking your own travel, just let the Agent know how they can EARN income.

2)  No Agent Rates or Perks. There are definitely some benefits to being a Travel Agent, often Agents do receive special rates or extras because travel vendors want Agents to come see what they have to offer and then recommend it to their customers. HOWEVER, these are not selling features! Reps should NEVER post Agent Rates or Agent Perks when trying to sell ITAs. Stick to how Agents will earn an income – that’s the way to sell.

3)  Keep Reps and Agents Separate. There are a growing number of individuals who are BOTH PlanNet Reps and InteleTravel Agents. The PlanNet Marketing Rep is selling ITAs and enrolling other Reps to earn residual income and supplement their lifestyle. The InteleTravel at-home Travel Agent is booking travel and earning commissions on those bookings. We are partners in business, but we are NOT one business. We are two separate businesses with independent and separate management, operating in two different industries. Together, we are hugely successful. It’s important for our Reps and Agents to understand this separation and clearly state who they are representing in their social media or online posting – all posts should clearly be from a PlanNet Rep or an InteleTravel Agent – but never both in the same post (as it is noncompliant and very confusing for others). Please don't say, "I'm a Travel Agent and I can show you how to be one, too!"

4)   Keep It Simple. You don’t have to provide every single piece of information or 15 examples of great rates to sell the ITA. In fact, keeping things simple will most likely attract more people to your posts/pages/stories. There are videos available in your Virtual Office as well as our corporate PowerPoint Presentation to share all of that information once someone is interested. When it comes to piquing interest – talk about Earning Money from home in the fabulous travel industry! That sounds pretty great to me, others will think so too!

At PlanNet Marketing, we work very hard to provide our Reps with the tools and information they need to be successful. In our world, information is literally at our fingertips and our online audience is huge! Please remember that every word and image you post and every syllable you speak, they all reflect back on the company you represent – PlanNet Marketing.

If you don’t know the answer – please ask us. Our Support Team is available by phone and email, as well as Support Ticket. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to assist. As always, if you have any questions about this or any Policy, please email Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.

-- PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).
