New One-Star Director Dexter Grier tells us he is the father of two from Columbus, GA and the grandfather of one very active three-year-old grandson. “My mission is to help as many people as possible to financial betterment as well as the joy that comes from travel. I believe that travel is the greatest educator of the human race. It teaches culture, respect and exposure to the way others live, their languages, customs, food and lifestyle. My favorite travel experiences have been Aruba, Maui, and the Bahamas. St.Tropez is my most desired locale I wish to experience, and because of this wonderful opportunity I know I will have that experience."

New One-Star Director and 40/40 Club Member Judy Cantu is from the small town of Santa Rosa in South Texas, with a population of fewer than 5,000. She has lived in San Antonio, Texas for the past 18 years with her two daughters. Three years ago, she became a grandmother of a beautiful little girl, whom she says is her why, her breath of fresh air, her reason to push. She also shares her world with her incredible partner who helps her stay on track and keeps the smile on her face. They love to bring the family together to watch good old movies; simply spending time together doing anything is everything to them. She spends much of her time at the gym in an attempt to learn more about the gym and its function and how the machines help…in hopes to open a gym one day herself!
Judy tells us, “In September of 2016, I got to use my one-week-old passport to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was an all-inclusive hotel filled with excursions like a yacht ride, tube banana boat ride, horseback riding, disco dancing and gambling. It was a perfect first-time vacation out of the country.
“When I started here at PlanNet Marketing over 7 months ago, I really had no idea what would happen. I simply followed my mentors and believed in them and their success. Our team basically learned the system together. As a team, we attempted to always ‘stay out of traffic.’ It has been imperative to us to follow the system that has already been put together for us. If I could help anyone with any kind of tip, I would definitely tell them to keep their focus, listen to your mentor and most definitely get yourself a mentor/coach fast! You have to learn accountability early on. In the Latino community, the success that we have had stems from our own background. Gaining the trust of our Latino partners is part of why we have grown so fast.
“It’s been over two years now that I was involved in a fitness program that helped me lose over 80 lbs. Truth of the matter is…it helped me jumpstart the major changes that have begun in my life. It was just the beginning of many life-altering changes coming my way!”

New One-Star Directors Efrain Charles and Liz Estrada, both entrepreneurs, found each other in San Antonio, TX. They share, “Since then, we have been an inseparable, powerful couple, working together as a team to build our empire.” Efrain Charles was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, retired from the corporate world in 1998, and ventured into the entrepreneurial world. Liz Estrada was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX, and left her hometown in 1998 to pursue a new lifestyle and a new career for her and her children. Efrain worked tirelessly miles away from home, causing him to be away from his loved ones. He was in search of something different. Liz, a 22-year paralegal with 18 years working as a tax professional, was always working hard, making someone else rich.
She says, “I decided to work for myself. We both came to the reality that we had to do something different to make time for our families and for each other, so we decided to look into other opportunities. We found a place where we were able to make more money, spend more time with family, and travel. We are so grateful that we were introduced to this amazing company called PlanNet Marketing. We are excited to help many families win and will continue to expand our reach within the Latino and other emerging markets.

New One-Star Director Kyra Harris is originally from New Orleans, LA and relocated to Houston, TX in 2010 for a change of scenery and to start a new chapter in her life. She is a licensed cosmetologist and works for a beauty brand company as an international sales coordinator. She relates, “I love anything where it involves me expressing my personality. A few of my interests/hobbies are going to the movies, styling hair, shopping, attending cultural events, networking, and dancing. I love to travel and have been to many US states and Caribbean islands/South American countries. My future plans for 2018 are to visit South Africa and the UK (including outlying European countries).
“A fun fact about myself is that I wanted to be a singer. When I was younger I sung for many events: Mardi Gras balls, cotillions, Christmas plays, many solos for my school masses, etc. I was even offered a contract after performing on stage at a local community event.
“I am achieving success within PlanNet Marketing by remaining COACHABLE! When I ask my coach to critique me, I genuinely want to be critiqued accordingly. We learn by what our mentors tell us needs to be polished, and I am the individual who takes all advice and executes it. When the clock struck 12:30 AM on August 5, I was down to my last signup. I didn't think it was going to happen and got semi-discouraged. I looked up and said ‘Come on, God’ and before I could close my mouth my phone went DING. I'm just glad to know that it was all in God's favor and timing. That night will forever be memorable!
“My advice: "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE PS3 SYSTEM." This system has helped me out tremendously, especially if I am meeting individuals online. It allows me to build a personal relationship and also allows them to meet others who have success within the business. The way I achieved success is to ALWAYS stay plugged in - Monday motivation calls, team calls, Sunday calls, orientation calls, local meeting events, etc. There are so many outlets to plug into that you can utilize!

Jackie tells us, “In 19 months, I have achieved my One-Star Director ranking in the Houston market. I have achieved success with PlanNet Marketing by simply utilizing grassroot marketing techniques and continuing the activity over and over again. I believe in giving 200% and always striving to give my clients an experience of a lifetime. One of my passions in life is to help people. “As for my travel experiences, I was invited by the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism to attend a Familiarization trip sponsored by American Airlines to Nassaua/Paradise Island (all-inclusive) for less than $300. I experienced swimming with the dolphins, 5-star dining every evening, visited seven outer islands, and 17 secluded hotels/resorts. And OMG I was a VIP at the Junkanoo Festival and it was to die for!

Welcome to the 20/20 Club, new One-Star Director Shekethia Claiborne! Shekethia is an Army veteran from Natchitoches, LA and currently resides there. She is an income tax preparer by profession with multiple tax offices located in Louisiana and Texas. She says, “My children are my motivation to be successful. I love to laugh, have fun, travel, go to NBA basketball games, try new things, listen to music, read, write, eat crawfish and other foods, spend time with family/friends, and help people. I've traveled to many places and among my favorites so far are Cancun, New York, London, Montego Bay, Toronto and Houston, which is my second home. I frequently travel with my children and my significant other, but I gladly travel alone when they can't go with me. Cruising has become my favorite way to travel.”
She continues, “I've achieved success by keeping close communication with both my upline and downline, constantly sharing the opportunity with others, attending all trainings/events I've been able to attend, and using social media as a tool to pique interest. People love to see you travel; seeing you makes them want to travel too, and therefore, makes them interested in becoming travel agents.
“One of the best pieces of advice I can give is to not be discouraged by all the people who say no to this opportunity. There are so many people just like you and me who want to to embrace the world of travel. Keep going through the numbers until you find those people, no matter how long it takes. They're out there so don't give up!”
MEET ONE-STAR DIRECTOR CINDY BRUGGEMAN!
Meet Cindy Bruggeman, PlanNet’s new One-Star Director! Cindy and her husband Keith live in Saint Henry, OH (population 2,500) and have five children, ages 10 to 25. Her interests are spending time with her family, traveling, roller coasters, and relaxing at the family lake house on Lake Erie in the summer months. She also enjoys listening to Christian music and motivational speakers and going to concerts. Cindy is a volunteer EMT for her local Emergency Squad and her husband is a volunteer firefighter.
Cindy says, “We love the beach! Been to Florida and the Outer Banks of NC several times! Myrtle Beach. Atlantic City. Seattle. Phoenix. Chicago. St. Louis. Las Vegas. Canadian, Michigan and Minnesota fishing trips. We honeymooned in Cancun and took a Disney World trip in 2010. We took our first cruise last year on Carnival: it was a 10-day cruise to Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Turks and Caicos! We fell in love with cruising and already have our next one booked!”
She shares her tips on success: “I am plugging into the leaders, coaches and my mentors every single day in some way, whether it be the daily vitamin call or watching recorded videos. I listen to the Sunday night Power Hour. I take notes every chance and I do PS3 and duplicate the PS3 system. I attend every Opportunity Meeting possible and promote the meetings to my team. We do a weekly team meeting via web to create a sense of family for those who don’t have team members who live close to them.”
She relates how she achieved fast success: “I launched within 48 hours of signing up and we try to duplicate that with every new Rep who joins our organization. It keeps momentum and excitement within the organization. I show the plan live and via webinar.”
