PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome MaryEllen Poellnitz to the 20/20 Club! MaryEllen is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she was raised to be a loyal die-hard Steelers’ fan. In 2002, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and made Stone Mountain her new home to cheer for her hometown team from afar. She tells us, “I have been employed as a supervisor at UPS Corporate Headquarters for the past 16 years. I have been happily married for 30 years to my dear husband Ronald Sr., been a mother to three, and Mimi to our grandees.

“What I enjoy most is following politics, traveling the world, teaching Bible studies, watching my favorite TV channel, CNN, and spending time with my family, friends, and new business partners.“My most memorable travel experience was when I went to Philadelphia, PA, as a Georgia Alternate Delegate for the 2016 (DNC) Democratic National Convention. Being in the presence of Barack and Michelle Obama, Trevon Martin’s mother and the rest of The Mothers of the Movement, Jesse Jackson, Donna Brazile, the Clintons, and thousands of Democratic politicians made that trip a priceless moment in time.“Travel and vacation has always been a part of my life, but cruising is my ultimate favorite type of vacation, which is why becoming a part of CLIA was honorable. I’ve been cruising since 1997 and have taken seven cruises since my first sail. My most recent travel experience was in March 2019 when I visited the InteleTravel home office in Delray Beach, FL. I travelled to the Holy Land of Jerusalem in December, where I experienced the most meaningful travel experience of my time…the Biblical Land of Israel (thanks to my FAM Trip business product).

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing because I believe in the company. That alone ignites the fire that comes out of my walk, my talk, and my success. #1 – I believe in my upline of builders and Directors who exemplified the evidence, #2 – duplication has been laid out as the blueprint, and #3 – I believe in myself. All that was left for me to do was to follow and be next in line to receive what they were receiving since I was willing to do what they did. My talk consists of sharing the business. My walk consists of continuously hosting travel parties, and (PBR) Private Business Reviews. I serve at my local Tuesday live meetings as a volunteer usher. I attend weekly meetings, Super Saturdays, blackouts, team huddle meetings, and annual Conventions that I am qualified to attend. I never miss the weekly corporate Sunday night call and I listen to the Discover the Best Place on the PlanNet webinar every week Monday – Thursday routinely. Doing this is what helped me to learn the proper way to present the business when I host travel parties for myself and for my team. My success consists of all these ingredients mixed with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile.

“The way I achieved success so quickly will help others do the same – I strongly believe that people are willing to follow your lead when you are authentic. People follow me because I am relatable, reachable, and real. I am very transparent about who I am, what I am, and why – online as well as offline. What you see is what you get, and I feel it’s respected and humbly received. Social media is like my company car that drives my life’s experiences to the eyesight of others to view, support, engage, like, and follow. Most people then jump in the passenger’s seat and ask to ride with me since I am Moving Forward! My heartfelt Thanks to Directors Ferne Sapp, LaDonna Spratley, and Thomas Lovelace for their impeccable leadership and coaching advice. Last, to my sponsor Tammy Young, who thought enough of me to introduce me to the best place on the PlanNet!

“Fun fact about myself – I use to be a City of Pittsburgh firefighter back in the 90s, which is probably why I laughed when CEO Donald Bradley once called me a “Firestarter.”  #NoPunIntended
