1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. I am a wife and a mom to two girls, one of whom is an all-around softball and basketball player. She keeps us going with tournaments, etc., and I love watching her play and her excitement to win.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I’ll be transparent – when I started this business at the age of 26, you couldn’t tell me anything. I knew it all and I was going to say whatever was on my mind, good or bad. I actually walked out of a job because the boss called me derogatory names. I didn’t take any mess. Over the past two years, I have learned different ways to talk to certain people. I learned to be coachable, listen to plays being called, and actually take action and duplicate it down to my team. I have learned to run with the runners and walk with the walkers and pick those walkers up when they are ready to run. I learned not everyone will want to run when it’s time, and that’s okay (GO WIDE)!! I have learned that not everyone wants to see you win, and that is okay!!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My eight-year-old year old daughter is my inspiration and motivation. She’s been there from day one, cheering me on just like I do at her softball games. I also want my kids to experience places I never got to experience.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Rasheba McGowan. Not just because she is my sponsor, but because she has shown me how to be coachable, or made me come to events, or told me different things...and I would question, why am I doing this? And in the end, it’s what got me to One-Star Director. She has always been there for me, through good and bad times. She has the most uplifting spirit – you just can’t help but respect what she says and know this will work.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Introvert, Analytical, Goal getter

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My main advice is always to not let gossip or non-income-producing talks get in the way of your business. I have had a lot of introverts reach out and ask how I did it. My answer is to stay coachable. I didn’t go live often. I didn’t go hand out business cards, but I stayed consistent in posting on social media. I kept my team plugged into everything I could. I explained to my team how important those first three millionaire seats are. Throughout these two and a half years, I’ve been pregnant and lost that same child four months after birth but I never gave up. Yes, I took time to grieve, but shut down business? No way. This has just fueled my fire and my heart will forever be indebted to PlanNet Marketing for standing with me through this time.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I say I’m following Mr. Orlanda Moore’s footsteps, but in reality, I want to at least be Three-Star and a six-figure earner. I want my kids to say I went to this or that destination for school breaks vs. the beach like we’ve been doing. Mr. Bradley also told me he wants to see us in New York, school shopping, so we’ll make that happen soon!
