MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER EMILY FOX!

Emily-Fox-2020-article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Emily Fox to the 20/20 Club! Emily is from Hertfordshire, UK. She tells us, “I obviously have a huge passion for travel!! But I also have an addiction to buying swimwear, which actually goes hand in hand with my holiday obsession. I also love socialising and having a cocktail or two with my friends (preferably whilst sitting in the sun)! I went travelling when I was 21; I lived in Sydney, Australia for a one year and then spent another year travelling around. During this time, I visited other areas of Australia and then Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. It was honestly the best experience of my life and I would urge anyone who is considering it to book their ticket tomorrow...that is exactly what I did! I woke up one morning and thought about going, the next day my one way flight to Australia was booked. I am a true believer of ‘going for it.’

“I am achieving my success by not giving up, being patient, and being myself. When I talk to people about the business, I try to build relationships with them so they feel at ease and have trust in not only me but the business model. My top tip is to be a self-motivator, because no one else is going to push you.

“DO NOT GIVE UP! You can really achieve anything when you put your mind and time to it. Find the balance between working and having fun. And don't put too much pressure on yourself.

“A fun fact:  I did a skydive over the Whitsunday Islands in Australia; it was properly the scariest moment of my life but the best – get it ticked off your bucket list, guys!!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS JAY AND CRYSTAL LEWIS!

Jay-Crystal-Lewis-2020-article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jay and Crystal Lewis to the 20/20 Club! The Lewises have been married 12 years and are lifelong Mississippians. They reside in the city of Madison with their children: Shelby, Jaxon, and Paityn. They enjoy traveling and seeing new things with family, attending concerts, sporting events, and experiencing different cuisines. Both Jay and Crystal are active in their volunteer endeavors and lend their time to organizations with missions to better the community. Crystal is an active member of the Junior League of Jackson and Jay is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

They spend much of their time traveling, attending Dallas Cowboys games, and showing their children different parts of the world. So far, they have visited 16 states, skied in Whistler, Canada, experienced local cuisine in Progreso, Mexico, sunbathed on the beaches of Cancun, Mexico and swam in the Atlantic while in the Dominican Republic.

The Lewises attribute their success in PlanNet Marketing to being coachable and staying plugged in to trainings and meetings. More importantly, being attentive and consistent has been the key to their growth.

They tell us, “Moreover, we truly have a why that is so much bigger than our why not. Our children are the motivating factor behind what we do and for us, quitting is not an option. We have our sights set on so many other goals within this opportunity. We realized early on the importance of having a successful mentor because success leaves clues behind. Who would not want to have that type of model? We know firsthand the blessings that come with this opportunity because we are experiencing them, and they continue to manifest within our household. We would advise other families to stay the course, be coachable, and to bless someone with this opportunity by sharing it with them, just as someone else has shared it with you.”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Keep it Social and Transparent

We allow our Reps to use many social media platforms – such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other blogs and forums within these sites and others. Each of these sites offers the Rep and prospect the ability to see who the other person is – it’s social networking. Network marketing is our business, so it’s a perfect match! I love interacting with friends, family, and PlanNet Marketing folks via my Facebook account. Everyone knows who I am, and I can see who they are – it’s transparent.

Please do not use job posting websites or forums. We do not allow our Reps to use sites that exist exclusively for posting jobs, such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Reed, or Craigslist. These websites are not “social” media platforms and do not allow for a social or networking environment. They only allow for blind ads to be placed that can be misleading, deceptive, impersonal, not social, and not networking. It’s too easy for misunderstandings and mishaps to happen via these platforms. In addition, even the approved social media websites have forums or sections dedicated solely to job postings – please do not use the job posting areas of Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other website. PlanNet Marketing does not allow the use of “job” postings to promote your business – we aren't offering a "job," and that's a good thing because we offer so much more!

Not only do we want to be the Best Place on the PlanNet, we want to be the place best known for our integrity and transparency – no need to hide behind a blind ad – we offer an amazing product that anyone would want to purchase and an opportunity that can change lives.

So keep tweeting and instagramming and messaging and getting the word out about your business – but do it the right way, through approved social media sites!

Please feel free to contact me at compliance@plannetmarketing.com with any questions about this or other compliance matters. I’ll get back to you super fast!

THE PLANNET MARKETING LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: BECKY HAYES

Becky-Hayes-Spotlight-Sept11.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and brought up in Herefordshire in the UK but moved around a lot with my previous job as a radio presenter. I now live in Sheffield with my little girl, Lilly, who is five, and I do this business full-time. I've been a radio presenter since leaving school and started running this business alongside it to start with. I used to get up at 4.30 am every morning to do a breakfast radio show but thanks to PlanNet, I now get to take my daughter to school instead.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Oh my goodness...I've grown and developed so, so much! I've had to learn so many things like patience (I'm so impatient!) and also to not care what people think. I used to be really bothered about that but the minute you let that go, you are unstoppable! Also I was never the most organised but this business has taught me to be organised and use my time wisely.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My daughter definitely drives me and also a need to do well and succeed. I became a single parent just as I joined PlanNet Marketing, and so I turned all my attention to working on my business. I had some dark times, but I put all of that energy and focus into working in the evenings, and I'm forever grateful I did.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I am so inspired by all the amazing women I work alongside in this business. Marcella Burge, Lucy Welch, and Catherine Netter are all right up there. What they've created and achieved in such a small amount of time is incredible and I'm humbled to have such amazing mentors in my life. Their work ethic drives me daily.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Loyal and Open.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Sometimes in life you have to go through a really dark period before you get to the best one. That can involve change, having nothing and taking risks, but that is what life is all about! You've got to embrace what life throws at you and keep going!!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I hope to be working from a beach with my little girl and a hunky man!!!!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARISSA DANIELS!

Marissa-Daniels-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Marissa Daniels to the 20/20 Club! Marissa is originally from Atlanta, GA but currently lives in Charleston, SC. Her interests are traveling, giving back to her community, her sorority (OO-OOP!), singing, and enjoying life!

Marissa tells us, “Ever since I joined this amazing industry, my travel experiences have tripled! I went to Punta Cana twice last year and went on three cruises. This year, I'll go on another three cruises (I love cruising), visit Jamaica for the first time, and go to Mexico. (Editor’s note: this was written before COVID19 travel restrictions.) As a child, we didn't travel too often, besides going to Florida. I feel like now is the time to do what I want, while I'm young!

Marissa says about her success, “I don't do anything special, besides staying consistent. I post at least five times a week, whether on my Instagram story or on my actual Instagram feed. In all honesty though, I post creative content that attracts millennials. They see me doing it and having fun with it, so they want to join.

“I believe that once I posted that, as a Travel Agent, I hit $100,000 in travel sales for this year, people's eyes started opening and really questioning if they can be a travel agent too. After that, my followers wanted to become ITAs because they trusted me to lead them to success. Additionally, you have to believe that you can do it. It sounds cliché, but we can be our own enemy, and we start to get into our heads. Remain focused, keep your foot on the pedal, and keep going. I have 20 amazing agents I'm working with, but this is just the beginning.

“A fun fact: I'm the 44th grandchild in my family, my brother is the 45th!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER CAMERON GOWDY!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Cameron Gowdy to the 20/20 Club! Cameron is originally from Decatur, IL and now lives in Des Moines, Iowa. Her interests are travel, writing poetry, spending time with family, kickboxing, and cooking.

Cameron says of her travel experiences, “I decided to stop existing and start living when I went on my first trip out of the country four years ago on a girls’ trip to the Dominican Republic. We still go every May and we go to a different location each year (Cancun, Jamaica and Los Cabos). I love how friendships were formed, and not to mention, we all live in different parts of the world.  Since then I have made travel a part of my life as it’s a must and a big part of my self-care.

“I have achieved success by being consistent in sharing my love for travel and being a travel advisor no matter where I go and in my posts on Facebook. The key is recognizing that no doesn’t mean no, not ever…it just means no, not now or next opportunity. Ask questions, stay engaged and follow up, follow up, follow up!”

“A fun fact about myself: I am a kickboxing instructor!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TIFFANY MOORE!

Tiffany-Moore-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tiffany Moore to the 20/20 Club! Tiffany is from Chicago, IL and tells us she is interested in showing people how to travel more for less and come home to a check after their own travels. She says, “I have been to several countries including Nassau, Bahamas, Los Cabos, Punta Cana, and soon, Jamaica. I've been to several different states in the US.

“I am experiencing success within PlanNet Marketing by sharing the opportunity with my social media friends. During my 15 months with the company, I have been successful by remaining consistent and sharing the opportunity to cash in on this nine trillion dollar industry.

“I'm also always looking for ways to improve and help others save and invest in this great opportunity to travel more for less while turning travel into a paycheck. This business is a blessing to so many families and is changing lives all around the world! I'm just happy to be able to share the opportunity to others and get paid for it at the same time. I've met some amazing new business partners and customers since starting my own business. The rewards have been amazing!! I look forward to ranking up to Director in the future.”
