1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and brought up in Herefordshire in the UK but moved around a lot with my previous job as a radio presenter. I now live in Sheffield with my little girl, Lilly, who is five, and I do this business full-time. I've been a radio presenter since leaving school and started running this business alongside it to start with. I used to get up at 4.30 am every morning to do a breakfast radio show but thanks to PlanNet, I now get to take my daughter to school instead.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Oh my goodness...I've grown and developed so, so much! I've had to learn so many things like patience (I'm so impatient!) and also to not care what people think. I used to be really bothered about that but the minute you let that go, you are unstoppable! Also I was never the most organised but this business has taught me to be organised and use my time wisely.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My daughter definitely drives me and also a need to do well and succeed. I became a single parent just as I joined PlanNet Marketing, and so I turned all my attention to working on my business. I had some dark times, but I put all of that energy and focus into working in the evenings, and I'm forever grateful I did.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I am so inspired by all the amazing women I work alongside in this business. Marcella Burge, Lucy Welch, and Catherine Netter are all right up there. What they've created and achieved in such a small amount of time is incredible and I'm humbled to have such amazing mentors in my life. Their work ethic drives me daily.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Loyal and Open.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Sometimes in life you have to go through a really dark period before you get to the best one. That can involve change, having nothing and taking risks, but that is what life is all about! You've got to embrace what life throws at you and keep going!!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I hope to be working from a beach with my little girl and a hunky man!!!!
