THE PLANNET SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: JEHANE THOMAS

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Essex but moved to Doncaster when I was ten years old. I like to say I have two homes as I travel up and down the country every couple of months. My hobby is spending time with my one-year-old little boy. I replaced my full-time income within five months, so when my maternity leave ended, I didn’t go back to work! This is now my full-time job, so before the pandemic happened, Isaac and I spent our days at the soft play centre or meeting our business partners.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My life has completely changed since joining PlanNet. I was a nervous public speaker and didn’t really have many friends around me. Now, I host training calls to hundreds of my team members and feel so confident in myself. I am so passionate about what I do and that overcomes my nerves!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My little boy is the reason I do everything. When I feel down in the dumps, I look at him and he motivates me again. He literally is the reason I am where I am today. I work hard to ensure I can give him the best possible life I can.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would like to think I was a role model not just in business but for my little boy, too. I am a very honest and open person when it comes to my journey since starting my business 13 months ago. I started when I was a struggling new mum on maternity leave. I could have used the lack of sleep, the lack of money or the lack of time as an excuse, but instead I used it as my motivation. I always lead by the front so whatever I coach my team to do, I’ll be doing myself. I want people to see that if you really do NEED something to work, you’ll never give up, no matter how tough things get. If you have a dream, you can’t stop working until you have achieved it! I achieved my goal when I hit directorship which allowed me to leave my job and work from home full-time around my Isaac. Now, I want to help as many people in my organisation achieve the same life I have achieved.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Coachable, and Consistent.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Listen to positive music when you feel down. When I need a ‘pick me up’ I listen to Yolanda Adams – “I Believe,” and it reminds me to believe in myself and believe in my goals. Even if they make other people laugh because they’re too big, no goal is ever too big if you surround yourself with like-minded people!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
COMPLETE TIME and FINANCIAL FREEDOM – with a nice Rolex on my arm!

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TWO NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!

2020-logo-text.jpg

Each week we will list the new 20/20 Club Members as soon as their pictures are received so that their recognition will be timely. The personal 20/20 Club features will continue; currently there are many 20/20 Club Members who have sent in their bios, but due to the growing number, have not yet been featured in the blog. Watch for your bio in future editions of PlanNetNow!

Recognition is very important and we hope this new format shows how much we value our 20/20 Club Members! Congratulations to everyone who has achieved this very important level in your PlanNet business!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KRYSTAL BROWN!

Krystal-Brown-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Krystal Brown to the 20/20 Club! Krystal tells us she is a single mother to 11-year-old and three-year-old girls. “So we spend a lot of time together scrapbooking, trying new recipes, and reading. I’m also a full-time grad student, completing my last semester, which takes up a lot of my time.

“I LOVE the ocean! Any time I can be on a beach listening to the waves is my favorite. I’ve been to most of the states. Internationally, Jamaica is my happy place. I’ve also been to Mexico, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, Grand Cayman, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and I’m sure I’m missing a few.

“As for achieving success, I’m sure you hear it all the time, but consistency is extremely important. The moment you sit back, so does your business. You have to keep going non-stop without letting anything distract you. On December 31, 2019 I set a goal to achieve 20/20 by the end of February, no excuses, and I achieved it before the date I set. My tip for everyone is to set goals for yourself with a set date. Then write down everything you need to do in order to achieve that goal. Having it in front of you at all times will push you to get it done!

“A fun fact: As much as I LOVE the ocean, I can’t swim. Don’t tell anyone I told you that!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER YOLANDA AND CHRISTOPHER PITTMAN!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Yolanda and Christopher Pittman to the 20/20 Club! Yolanda & Christopher Pittman were born in Quincy and Marianna, Florida and currently reside in Fort Mitchell, Alabama.  They love traveling and spending time with their family and friends. Yolanda says, “We have always traveled, but since being in this business, we have traveled to more desirable locations such as Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Washington DC, New Orleans, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dubai, Jamaica and so many more. One of my favorite travel experiences so far was visiting the home of the late Bob Marley in Nine Mile, Jamaica.

“I credit my success in PlanNet Marketing to being coachable, listening to my leadership, staying consistent, and taking care of my business partners that I bring into the business. The main tip I would give is always sell both businesses in the beginning if you want to see significant growth in your team. We stay plugged in by taking advantage of the many tools offered by the business, such as attending meetings, participating in weekly phone conferences and attending conventions and other events when possible. One of the most important life-changing decisions that we’ve made was joining the best place on the PlanNet!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER AMANDA WALLACE!

Amanda-Wallacel-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Amanda Wallace to the 20/20 Club! Amanda was born in Queens, New York and currently resides in Durham, North Carolina. Amanda says, “I am a social worker so I enjoy helping people even when I am off. Of course traveling has become my first love and my biggest hobby. Since starting my business, I have gotten my passport and the world has become my playground. Cruising has always been my passion. There is just something about sailing away that just puts you at peace. All-inclusive resorts have been my go-to lately.  I went to the Dominican Republic and Cancun with my team and had a great time touring different resorts.

“I feel being a product of the product is your biggest selling point and what drew me to the business. I am always posting about travel or planning my next trip. All my life, people have known me as a social worker, and people come to me when they have a question about social work. I had to show people the “different” me so when they think of travel, they automatically think of me. Now they know me as the traveling social worker and are always asking where I’m going next. Use social media to your advantage and don’t be a secret agent. Go on your social media from time to time and look at it as a potential customer or potential business partner. Would you partner or do business with you? Can people tell what you do?

“I always say that travel is the business, but freeing families is the mission. You have to understand the power of what you have and that a simple conversation can completely change someone’s life. If the person does not see the vision at that time, go take a trip and tag them in a post saying you wish they were there with you! They will start to see a bit more clearly. Follow your leadership. They are there to help. My upline and sideline business partners are a great support and are always there to give me that push when I need it.

“It’s travel...if you’re not having fun, you’re doing something wrong!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER PAMELA WILLIAMS!

Pamela_Williams_2020club2.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Pamela Williams to the 20/20 Club! Pamela is from San Diego, CA and has resided in Pearland, TX for the past five years. Her interests include traveling and cooking; her travel experiences include Mexico and the Caribbean, and Pamela is excited to expand her travels to long-haul destinations!

Pamela says, “Achieving success at PlanNet is staying consistent and believing that residual income is a key component to financial freedom. Being a product of your product is another key.

“If you believe in anything you do, it makes others believers.”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures include a lot of deadlines…30 days for this, four months for that, one year for the other thing. Make sure you’re paying attention to your business and don’t let a little harmless procrastinating cost you.

Here are a few “deadlines” and “timelines” we ask you to follow:

Pay Your Monthly Fee of $19.95
If you aren’t actively paying that $19.95 each month, you could be missing out on commissions! Don’t let money slip through your fingers. Plus, if you don’t pay your monthly fee within 60 days of when it’s due, you will lose your position in the Matrix. Stay active to maximize your return on investment. (P&P Section 2.4)

Tell Us When You Have a Problem
You have 30 days to report an error in commissions, bonuses, downline activity reports, or charges. You must notify PlanNet Marketing in writing within 30 days of the date of the purported error or incident in question. After 30 days, PlanNet Marketing can’t be held responsible for the error. (P&P Section 8.2)

dontprocrastinate_300.jpg

90 Day Refund Policy
I’m not sure WHY anyone would want to cancel and receive a refund, but it does occasionally happen. Please make sure you tell all new Reps when they join PlanNet that in order to get a refund, they must request it within the first 90 days of their enrollment. (P&P Section 8.5)

Following Rules After Cancellation
Let’s say you do decide to cancel your Rep position and move on to other business ventures. Please note that you are required to continue abiding by the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures for six months to a year post-cancellation. Yes! That is correct. For six months after cancelling, you agree not to sell any competing products or services (travel) and for one whole year following cancellation you agree not to directly contact any Rep you did not personally sponsor into PlanNet Marketing. Don’t tell them how much you miss them, don’t offer to babysit their kids and PLEASE do not tell them about any other business or marketing venture you are pursuing. (P&P Section 5.3.1 & 5.3.2)

Becoming a Rep Again
If you ever decide to leave, and then you want to come back – we LOVE that! But please keep in mind that you must reactivate with the same sponsor as before. If you choose not to reactivate with the same sponsor, then you must wait a minimum of four (4) calendar months before reactivating under any sponsor of your choosing. (P&P Section 5.13.B)

Don’t procrastinate with your business – make sure you’re always on time with the guidelines above.

-- Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).

Marcella-Burge-message.jpg

“To my Five-Star TEAM, without you, none of this would be possible. I feel grateful and privileged every day that I get to mentor, coach, and inspire so many incredible people within my TPL organisation to go out and create the life they deserve.

Rolex-Presidential2.jpg

“The greatest gift is that I am being rewarded for helping other people make their dreams and goals a reality. If you’re looking at me, thinking you’d like to achieve the same, I promise you, you need to put your PEOPLE before you, their goals before yours, and be committed to helping as many people as possible make a life-changing income, and then by default you’ll create a life most couldn’t even imagine was possible. Thank you, Mr. Bradley, for creating a business that gives every person an equal opportunity to create the life of their dreams.

“I want anyone reading this to know that this type of success is possible for YOU. It is possible for every one of us, but it does not come without sacrifice. So think carefully about how you want your future to look. I urge you to sacrifice what you want short term, for what’s important to you LONG term. NEVER forget WHY you started and what you’re fighting for; remember quitters never win, and WINNERS never quit. The principles of success in this business are simple: decide on your goal, surround yourself with good people, hustle HARD, be consistent every single day, and BLOCK OUT the haters. I promise there will be some along the way, but that’s all part of the process. All you can do is be truly authentic, do business the right way, lead with love, create loyalty within your organisation, and have FUN whilst you’re doing it.

“This opportunity is more than an income stream, it’s the chance to create a community and memories that will last a lifetime with people you were meant to cross paths with in life. So I want to take this moment to thank my inner core team for standing strong behind me always and trusting me every step of the way. We have been on such a journey together, we have created something so special and the best bit is…we’re just getting started. I promise to continue to commit my time to supporting you in making sure all your dreams come true.

“And finally to Sam, I want to thank you for allowing me to chase my dreams, wiping my tears, reminding me it will all be worth it, and for being my biggest cheerleader. I truly would not be here without you, I know I don’t say it enough…so here it is…I love you always! XXX”

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: ADONNA MACON

Adonna-Macon-Spotlight-July17.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Malvern, AR, home of Scottie Pippen. Raised nearby in Arkadelphia, AR, I lived in California for about 30 years before moving back to my birth state in North Little Rock, AR. I enjoy traveling, of course! I also enjoy fishing, learning new things, dancing, and listening to music of almost any kind. I am a member of the 20/20 Club, a Gold Plus member and a March Madness winner. I have reached the level of One-Star Director in just over two years and am racing toward Two-Star Director! This business allows me to make my mortgage payment on my new home!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Oh yes indeed! A change of attitude and mindset! You can't blame anyone for your lack of success in YOUR business. If you don't develop yourself personally and grow in emotional and business intelligence, don't plan on having success in your business.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I have always been a driven person, thinking that you should always be elevating yourself. I think drive is an innate trait inside me so that always keeps me motivated about whatever I am pursuing. When you reach a goal, don't settle for staying there! The biggest things that motivate me are my family and helping people. Those reasons are why I can never give up and never QUIT!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My late aunt, Ruby Peters, inspired me at four years old to become a nurse! I watched her focus and hard work to finish school to provide a good life for my cousins as a single mom much of the time. She was my nurse when I needed immunizations to start kindergarten. I never forgot that…I am a retired Registered Nurse!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Caring, Driven, Passionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Work on you! The key to success in this business is how well you can personally develop. Show up for everything you can, read, take notes, be coachable, and success will come!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will be debt-free. I will be able to keep my family secure and safe! I see myself at Six-Star, on my way to Seven-Star, earning a seven-figure income. I will have helped many, many families achieve financial freedom. I will own that vacation home in the Caribbean because of the financial security provided by this business.

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES ALICIA CALASCIONE TO THE 40/40 CLUB!

4040club_Calascione.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Alicia Calascione to the 40/40 Club! Alicia shares, “Hitting 40/40 in PlanNet Marketing is the equivalent to ticking off one of the destinations I’ve always wanted to go to on my bucket list. I’ve always been very fortunate and blessed to be able to travel from a young age, surrounded by my family who always told me I could achieve anything I put my mind to and dream big. We went on holidays to Florida, Dubai, Spain, Miami, Cyprus, New York, and Malta, just to name a few. As a family, being well-travelled on these getaways during school summer holidays was my idea of freedom when I was younger!

“But saying ‘Yes!’ to this opportunity was fueled not just by my love for travel, but passion for community and giving back. At the age of 21 and not going to university, I witnessed hands-on what the corporate world looked like for me – having multiple jobs.  Although everyone's walks of life are different, I always knew I wanted more. I knew there must be more than working until I was retired to do the things I wanted to do now, and also give back to my loved ones.

“I craved the freedoms I had in my younger years and as soon as I realised that PlanNet could give me this…no matter how long it took, I was going to get it and then help others do the same.

“There is no way I would have ever gotten to this point in my journey, working full-time as a Two-Star Director with my team, and now a 40/40 Club leader, if it wasn’t for the ongoing, consistent support from my upline and TPL team and resources. Surrounding yourself with people who truly reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel – this kind of energy is infectious. I truly fit in here and found my tribe.

“There are no secrets, there are no fast tracks, everything you need to succeed in this business is right in front of you. My advice to anyone reading this would be to trust the process. Realign yourself with your why and never look back. Accept it won’t be overnight, but know if you continue to work hard enough for anything, eventually you will succeed!“
