PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Amanda Wallace to the 20/20 Club! Amanda was born in Queens, New York and currently resides in Durham, North Carolina. Amanda says, “I am a social worker so I enjoy helping people even when I am off. Of course traveling has become my first love and my biggest hobby. Since starting my business, I have gotten my passport and the world has become my playground. Cruising has always been my passion. There is just something about sailing away that just puts you at peace. All-inclusive resorts have been my go-to lately.  I went to the Dominican Republic and Cancun with my team and had a great time touring different resorts.

“I feel being a product of the product is your biggest selling point and what drew me to the business. I am always posting about travel or planning my next trip. All my life, people have known me as a social worker, and people come to me when they have a question about social work. I had to show people the “different” me so when they think of travel, they automatically think of me. Now they know me as the traveling social worker and are always asking where I’m going next. Use social media to your advantage and don’t be a secret agent. Go on your social media from time to time and look at it as a potential customer or potential business partner. Would you partner or do business with you? Can people tell what you do?

“I always say that travel is the business, but freeing families is the mission. You have to understand the power of what you have and that a simple conversation can completely change someone’s life. If the person does not see the vision at that time, go take a trip and tag them in a post saying you wish they were there with you! They will start to see a bit more clearly. Follow your leadership. They are there to help. My upline and sideline business partners are a great support and are always there to give me that push when I need it.

“It’s travel...if you’re not having fun, you’re doing something wrong!”
