PlanNet Marketing congratulates Simone Mosley for achieving One-Star Director! Simone tells us, “I am from Union Springs, Alabama, and I currently live in Mobile, Alabama with my husband and three children. I am also a full time mathematics Instructor. My interests include traveling (of course), anything tech related, collecting books, watching Impossible Engineering and helping people (dominant yellow personality).
“My travel experiences include many places within the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. My favorite place that I have traveled to was definitely Punta Cana. It was a great trip and we were treated like rock stars. My favorite memory is seeing my daughter get her first passport stamp before the age of one.
“To achieve success at PlanNet Marketing, you have to stay plugged in and be consistent. You really have to be about your business. You cannot treat this business as a hobby if you truly desire to win. Stay close to your success coach and trust that they have your best interest at heart. After leaving convention, I asked my coach, Director Amanda Owens, what I should do. She said, ‘you know what to do, now execute.’ My team and I went to work and got it done!
“DO NOT GIVE UP!! I think about people who are selling things in the middle of the mall. No matter how many people walk past them or say no, they keep going until they make their sale. So use that same energy and GO FOR THE NO’S. Help others understand that we are building a legacy business that will take care of our future generations. We are truly learning how to build generational wealth. Also, do not treat your people as numbers. Coach, train and develop your people. Make sure you are truly leading from the front. When they see you succeed, they know it is possible for them to do the same.
“My fun fact is that I never wanted to be a teacher. My dream job was to work for Microsoft or the CIA. I actually turned down my current job when it was first offered to me. I am glad to be an educator, helping students overcome their fear of math.”
