MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TUESDAY FREDRICKS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tuesday Fredricks to the 20/20 Club! Tuesday lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband of 25 years, Marco, and two sons, Marco III and Malachi. She says, “Of course, I enjoy traveling, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I’ve been to Spain, West Africa, Aruba, Jamaica, Honduras, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. And I am looking forward to traveling all over the world.

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing because I don’t believe in reinventing the wheel. I follow the leadership that has paved the way to stardom. Specifically, my One-Star Director Venita Stewart-Wilson, Two-Star Director Pethral Daniels, and Three-Star Director Nina Vital have all led the way with a blueprint to follow with proven success. I plan each day by following a set schedule to work towards optimizing every opportunity. I read to succeed and lead, and I’m always prospecting and piquing interest to share this amazing opportunity with others.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER RHONDA GAINES-MILLER!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Rhonda Gaines-Miller to the 20/20 Club! Rhonda says she is “a native of sunny Miami, Florida. I value being a mother, wife, educator and explorer of new places and fine cuisine (specifically anywhere serving great seafood). I’m a lover of my husband and children, reality television shows (all Housewives on Bravo), CNN, a good fictional book, ensuring that my students are afforded the best education, and booking travel that allows my family and travel buddies the most enjoyable wanderlust experiences. I’ve traveled to the highest hills in Jamaica down to the lowest pit of the desert in Las Vegas. Travel is my life!

I always say that you don’t have to sell travel because travel sells itself. So, I began by simply texting my friends and family, letting them know that I am in the travel business! From there, I set up an Instagram/Facebook page. I invited as many people as I could to like, share and follow my page. I then created a catchy phrase day ‘Where to Wednesday,’ where I advertise different travel destinations to grab my viewers’ attention. I stayed consistent with this method for about a month and then boom, one person inquired about being an agent. I posted a congratulatory picture/flyer on my social media outlets welcoming this agent to my network. I made it big and flashy; besides, this is a big deal! And, voila! The next week, another person inquired and joined, then another, then another, and now I have 20 business partners in under four months of joining PlanNet Marketing. Now I believe in God, therefore I manifested this before I joined. I wrote the vision and made it my plan! Success is inevitable and failure is not an option! I’m a go-getter and I intend to expose more of my friends and family to the wonderful world of being a travel business owner.

I can eat seafood every single day of the week!
I put things in my shopping cart online just to erase them.
In my 4th grade yearbook, I wrote in my bio that I would be a teacher.
I can go on vacation and sleep the entire time. Sleeping is one of my hobbies!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ADAM ILLSLEY!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Adam Illsley to the 20/20 Club! Adam is originally from Birmingham, England, and currently lives just outside of Aberystwyth, Wales. “My background is in musical theatre. I trained professionally in all aspects of singing, acting and dancing. I have been very fortunate to travel the world doing a job that I love. Currently, because of my love of travel and my career, I have seen 64 countries, which is 25% of the world.

“In March 2020, I was performing on Regent Cruises down in New Zealand and Australia. Cruising allows me to fulfill my love of travel, but my other interests include scuba diving, hiking, and experiencing the culture that we are so fortunate to have within the world. I am always asked what my favourite places to go to are. For someone who loves the world we live in, I find it hard to answer. I have seen the glaciers of Alaska and the mountains of Kilimanjaro, and the memorial sites of Hiroshima and Pearl Harbour. I have experienced the beauty that Bora Bora, Tahiti and Hawaii offer, and also the humbling differences between the developed world and that of Kenya and Tanzania. I have roamed through the canals of Venice and marched through the streets of Rome, taking in the Vatican and sailing through the Strait of Gibraltar. However, the beauty, culture and landscape of South Africa still avoids me.

Like anything in life, success comes to those who are willing to do what the unwilling are not. Products will tell, but the stories are what really sell. We are not in the game of convincing; however, we are more like Willy Wonka. We hold a ticket, a golden ticket. This ticket has the blueprint that we all follow. The only variable is what we as individuals choose to do with the ticket.

“Through the actions of consistent activity, combined with a drive and desire for something you have never had, yet a willingness to do what you have never done before, comes change. The great definition of insanity is that if we keep doing what we have always done, we will continue to get what we have always received. The cycle of change doesn’t change, unless you respond differently to the outcomes you are getting.

“That's why 90% of the world works for the 10% of the people who hold 90% of the world's wealth. What's working for me? Honesty. Highlighting how this is helping me travel and build an infrastructure that once built, allows me to create an asset that is owned by ME – not the bank, not the finance company…but me. Once someone can see how it could affect change in their situation and be whatever you want it to be, people will consider the option. Show people that a side hustle, an online business can work around them and for them, and not them working around it.

Remember, people might need seven exposures to a product or an opportunity to see that it is a positive option for them. The late, great Zig Ziglar is quoted many times for saying, ‘You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.’ After you reach Gold Builder, help ten other people build to Gold and you have your One-Star. You have that residual income that is willable. That income doesn’t change your life, but it allows choices; choices that bring space, time, ease, less stress, more of whatever that means to you.

“So what's my tip? DON’T QUIT…you could be quitting three feet from Gold. As one of my favourites, Les Brown, says, ‘Life has no limitations, except the ones you make’ and ‘You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.‘ Just do yourself a favour, guys: write that dream down. It then becomes a goal!!!

“A fun fact about me is that I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to help raise awareness of neurological diseases in Kenya whilst building a school in Burkina Faso. We raised over £20,000. I believe that if you can change one person’s life, you change and impact an entire generation.”


MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS BRENDA TRACY & ALEX MCCULLOUGH!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Brenda Tracy and Alex McCullough to the 20/20 Club! Brenda tells us, We reside in San Antonio, Texas. When possible, we enjoy spending time with our adult children, centered around a wonderful meal and a board game, ending with a movie night! 

“Our interest is honing in on playing golf and finding courses around the U.S. and abroad. We had the privilege of traveling to Dubai, Curaçao, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic, just to name a few. We recognize our success as a holistic approach through listening to our mentors and executing what they encourage us to do. In addition, we believe our goals of staying genuine and available to our business partners is key. 

“A fun fact about me is that I don’t play golf (although I do have clubs), but I gladly dress the part so I may join Alex! LOL”

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Angel Robinson to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “My name is Angel Nicole Robinson and I am a native of Fort Lauderdale, but currently reside in Miami, Florida. I love spending quality time with my family and I am interested in mentoring others. My travel experiences are both domestic and international. I truly enjoy traveling alongside my family (my husband, Nate, and my 13-year-old daughter, Keziah).
