Hello, my name is Tyler Minton. I was born and raised in Rockhill, SC. I have one son named Tylan, who I love spending time with. My hobbies are cooking, dancing and enjoying outdoor activities. PlanNet Marketing is my first real business that I have ever had. I've been involved in other projects, but nothing like PlanNet. I am a One-Star Director and a 40/40 Club member!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much since joining PlanNet Marketing. My maturity level has grown and I love it. I really see a new me and my mindset has changed. This company has put me in a position to help as many lives as I can, and that is something I never thought I would be able to do. PlanNet Marketing has made me a strong woman, and I now believe I can truly do anything in this world as long as I put my mind to it and make it happen. My posture has changed, and the way I look at life has changed in a great way.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is my one and only son, Tylan. He is the reason I go so hard; I love him so much. I work my business the way I do because I know it’s all in his favor at the end. Also, the lifestyle that I want to live is what's motivating me. I know I want the freedom to be able to do anything I want in my life without second guessing it.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would consider myself a great role model because I am great leader. I'm always helpful to my team. Anytime they need me, they know I'm always here. I'm very coachable, determined and willing to do whatever I need to do to get things done for my team and others. I learned from my Director Siobhan Boyd, Director Anthony McCarver and Director David Washington. Their leadership is contagious and that's why I'm able to provide great leadership to my team. I would say those three, besides myself, are great role models.

Loyal, Coachable, and Consistent.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
If I had any advice to give, it would be to not give up. You can do anything you want to do in life, just be consistent. Write your goals down and dominate them. Also, if you are in this company and you have not started, stop wasting time!!!!! This company is getting stronger and growing fast. Get in position!!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself at the top. I see myself living the life I always wanted to live. I'm working hard on my goals now because I know in five years I will be ahead. I will accomplish everything that I want.
