CONGRATULATIONS TO JUDY HARRIS-VAN DYKE FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AND 40/40 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Judy Harris-Van Dyke for achieving One-Star Director and 40/40 Club! She tells us, “I was raised in a small town in Indiana named Kokomo. After graduating from nursing school, I moved to Indianapolis, IN. I lived in Atlanta, GA. for 4 years, and moved back to Indianapolis. After living in Indianapolis most of my adult life, I built a home in a small town just north of Indianapolis named Pittsboro, where I live now. I love music, having fun, praying and going to church, family time, and my business!

“I am so grateful for this business opportunity; it has opened up travel for me. I am 66 and have traveled more in the last five years than I have in my entire lifetime. I have experienced the finer things in travel that I never had prior to this business. I have traveled to the Bahamas, Cozumel, Houston, Orlando, Las Vegas, Birmingham, Baltimore, Miami, and Atlanta. It is so awesome because friends and acquaintances see my pictures on FaceBook and always say ‘WOW where are you now?’ Travel and learning are fun.

“My biggest suggestion/tip is "Don't Give Up!" There were times that I wanted to just quit – I would look at other opportunities but that only succeeded at slowing down my progress with PlanNet Marketing, because I always ended up coming back home. PlanNet Marketing is home for me. It is very important to develop good relationships with your team, they will help you. Always help them achieve their goals, and you will achieve yours. I love my team and they love me; they pushed hard to make us a One-Star Director team, and I so adore them. Sometimes it would appear that my organization just was not growing. I know that normally it is said once you go 20/20, you would find your core three. But I found at that point I did not have my core three and I knew it was very important to have that in order to build a strong, stable organization. So I set my goal out to go 40/40, and that is where I found my core three. So be encouraged if you have to go 40/40, 60/60, 80/80, etc. Do what you have to do in order to find what and who you need.

“I always plug in. Whether you are unhappy with where you are, or you are having success, the training provided, our team training calls, the Morning Inspirational Vitamin Call, the Gold Builder and above calls, the Saturday Locker Room, Virtual Business Opportunity, and Super Saturdays are PRICELESS! I would hear a story that would encourage me to hold on, or a training that would help me to change my strategies. Staying plugged in is imperative for your success. The nuggets and training that you receive in this company are next level. So if you find that you’re saying you’re not getting what you need, it is probably because you’re not plugged in. Never miss a training or event that you are qualified to attend. I know that sounds like a cliché, but it’s real talk!

“I am so grateful for my personal Sponsor, Director J.P. Watkins; we came together under unusual circumstances, but she has always been there for me, she has always encouraged me, and during my Director run, she poured into me and educated me on what I need to do to finish! Stay close to your leaders, that is one thing I believe; if I had stuck closer to Coach Watkins, I would have been a Director long before now, and be well on my way to Two-Star. Remember to stay close to your leaders. I would like everyone to always remember it’s not about what your team is doing, it’s about what ‘you’ are doing. If it appears that things are moving slowly, it’s up to you to lead from the front and pick up the pace; your team will do what you do.Know what you don't know, believe in yourself, trust the process, follow the system, and PS3 your way to success.

“My success was not quick, let me be transparent. I started with PlanNet Marketing November 5, 2016. I became the first Gold Builder in the state of Indiana in three months. I thought I had arrived...wow, was I off! I remember speaking with Mr. Bradley at my first convention and telling him I was the first Gold Builder in Indiana! He was so kind and said ‘May I ask you something?’ I said ‘Sure,’ and he said ‘Would you like to be the first Gold Builder in the State of Indiana, or the first Director?’ That threw me off of my pedestal, humbled me and gave me a new fire and drive. Don't ever get comfortable at a rank, there is always another door! Put your blinders on and don't get distracted by opportunities that seem to have shining fruit hanging on the other side, stay focused. Always remember to keep God first! Be coachable, humble, teachable, passionate, and have compassion for others. Believe in yourself, believe in your business. Don’t be discouraged when you have attrition, it’s part of the business, it’s part of the process, and it’s part of your growth. Stay in phase 1, continue to build and encourage your team to do the same.

“I'm silly, a little goofy, love to have fun (as long as it does not interfere with my business and its growth), love people, never meet a stranger. I am optimistic, determined, goal oriented, very positive, and an encourager. I love fireworks!!!”
