PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tarshia Franklin to the 40/40 Club! Tarshia was born and raised in Rochester, NY, where she currently resides. She says, “I love interior design, reading, and spending time with my family, including my two wonderful boys. I have traveled to over 20 countries to date and will be adding on six more this year. My children have traveled to seven countries thus far.
“I went from Bronze, to Silver, to Gold, to being a member of the 20/20 club in less than two months, and I am now a member of the 40/40 Club. Many asked, ‘how did I do it?’ My advice would be to remain transparent, be personable, and always be determined to win. Never stop learning and always remain coachable.
“I also have a masters degree in human capital development and hope to own a nonprofit for young women soon.”
