MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR PAMELA WILLIAMS!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Pamela Williams for achieving One-Star Director! Pamela is a native of San Diego, CA and says she moved to Houston, TX in February 2015. She tells us, “I LOVE cooking and entertaining friends in our home. We host game nights, taco Tuesdays, and karaoke! We enjoy life! I and two other business partners also organize Babes who Brunch of Houston, where we try different restaurants that are not franchises. So you can see I love food!
“My travel experiences so far have only been limited to the states, Mexico, and the Caribbean. By 2022, I plan to travel abroad with my life partner. I am ready to explore so many more cultures! Being on vacation has exposed me to eating escargot and air fried crickets! I can't wait to see what else I am willing to eat from other cultures.
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing through CONSISTENCY! I have a grasp on what is attractive to the social eye. I push myself by remembering WHY I started in the first place. I am a people person, so if I hear anyone talking about entrepreneurship or travel, I am on it! I am no longer afraid of being told no. Usually, they come back around and change their mind. Nevertheless, I have received many praises on how consistent I am, regardless of how many followers like my status. Failure is not an option AT ALL! I push my team but am not pushy, so that helps them to be easily coachable.
“I pray that success builds in others’ homes as well as it is in mine. I can not stress the word consistency! People are watching, and if you fall off, they fall off. When you are back and forth, it gives people a sense that you are not serious about your business and that you only determine your success on how others react to what you post. I do not care if I get five likes on my business posts and 200 on my selfie; I will continue!
“A fun fact about me is that I have a sense of humor! That actually helps to bring people closer to me. It also makes them comfortable in this business, which makes it easier for me to coach them.”
