THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: TIFFANY HARRIS

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I am New York born and raised, but now I proudly call Port Saint Lucie, Florida home. I am a single mom to an incredible 2.5 year old. I am a 20/20 Club member and One-Star Director.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet Marketing is the reason for my personal development over the past four years. I never understood the importance of daily reading and having not just a Vision Board but also a Visual Board, until I met Mr. Donald Bradley and the leaders in this company. I came in as a scared introvert who was afraid to speak to people and make eye contact. Today, I'm still an introvert, but I'm bold and courageous as I walk through each day ON PURPOSE and WITH PURPOSE to change more lives!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My circumstances motivate me. I abruptly became a single mom in the midst of 2020 and I've been determined to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. My son deserves the world and I won't stop until he gets it. PlanNet Marketing gives me the opportunity to SAVE MYSELF. I wake up every day with the hunger and understanding that things will get better, and it starts with ME!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Our Top Income Earners are my role models. Every week, I tune in to hear Shedrick White, Orlanda Moore and Eileen Ross pour into the PlanNet on Basic Training. Though they may not all know me personally, these leaders (along with many others) are setting the example of the behaviors to model in order to be successful here. I'm grateful for the blueprint.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Resilient, loyal, and a servant leader.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Be consistent!! We waste so much time trying to be perfect that we miss doing anything at all. Read consistently, plug in consistently, PS3 consistently, follow up consistently, and win consistently!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be a phenomenal leader. Our team will have no fewer than ten Directors. I will be living in a gorgeous home and driving a car – both of which are completely paid off. I will spend significant time serving the homeless and hungry of Florida and across the country. I will donate more money to charity than I ever made in previous years. I will be a Top Income Earner, Impact Player and an all-around champion in this company.
