MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MICHELLE ELLIS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Michelle Ellis to the 20/20 Club! Michelle tells us, “I am a first generation American of my Haitian household who was born and raised in Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York. I later moved to St. Albans where I met my husband, Julian. I became a military wife in 2013, relocated to Washington state where we started our family, and later permanently moved to Orlando, Florida, where we now reside with our three young children.

“I am currently completing my Master’s in Social Work and holding down the household as my husband works a demanding job that only allows him the weekends with his family. Because I genuinely have an interest in helping people, my future goal with my degree is to provide mental health services to mothers in low-income communities, providing daily life skills and mindset coaching. The goal for my family is to support our household, allowing my husband to have time to enjoy and see his children grow up.

“While battling some mental health challenges, my upline reached around to help me win! I started plugging in to every call, Zoom event, and meetings. After finally reading Your First Year in Network Marketing, I started building my business. I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by remaining coachable, applying the strategies learned, and living the 13 pillars. I have gained a strong posture that I was lacking, became more trusting, and consistently applied the PS3 system. The growth doesn’t stop there, because there’s always room for improvement. I am even more excited about the personal growth I have gained and am continuously gaining daily. I am currently working on mastering the art of reading daily and the power of duplication.

“During the pandemic, I took a leap of faith! I decided to go full force into introducing others to the business of travel. I faced many objections, but kept going and took those NO’s and became even more confident in my business. The tips and techniques I would recommend are to get a planner, work on time management, use your alarm, take notes, study the 13 pillars, block out the naysayers, make time to read, attend all the events you are qualified to attend, and ask for help when you need it. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

“A fun fact about me is that I am a certified automotive technician. I have rebuilt a transmission, built a power box, and I met my husband in automotive school. I love to ride my Can-Am (but fear motorcycles), and I am also afraid of heights, but I love planes.”
