MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARIA HARDIN!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Maria Hardin to the 20/20 Club! Maria was born and  raised in Mobile, AL and currently resides in Sandy Springs, GA. She tells us, “I work full time as an IT leader for a top automotive company, but my true love lies in travel and helping others. I genuinely enjoy showing others that what they deem impossible is definitely possible if they put their minds, energy and efforts into it. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, helping the next generation see the unlimited opportunities in STEM fields and HBCUs, I love live music of many kinds, and I love eating my way through a destination and later recreating my culinary adventures from my travels.

“At 17, I traveled to Europe with a leadership group from Mobile, AL. That experience opened my young eyes to the fact that travel has unlimited opportunities and I deserve to explore and learn more. Since being in this business, my two favorite destinations checked off my bucket list include Bali and Capetown, South Africa.

“When I started in this business, I lived in Gilbert, AZ. I was literally on a desert island, or so I felt, but my leaders on the East Coast – Five-Star Director Letoria Mayberry and Three-Star Director Rasheba McGowan – made sure their teams truly had the opportunity to learn while we earned.

“Make a goal to truly understand your business from those who have clearly been successful; plug in, learn their stories, and leverage them. Continue to expose others to this opportunity and be patient with people. Be consistent, be confident, don’t limit yourself, and work on duplicating our leaders. When your prospective business partners see you on social media, who do they see? Would you want to partner with you? And last nugget - get a CALENDAR!! Successful people plan their days. They don’t wake up and wing it; if you start with a game plan, success will follow.

“I thank the 20 individuals who decided to partner with me because we are just getting started!! God has so much more in store for us and this business. So I plan to get out and get what’s due to me and continue to help others who want to do the same.”
