We all make mistakes; in fact, it’s really easy to do! I’ve made a few already this morning (but don’t tell anyone, please!)
Did you know that if you believe PlanNet Marketing has made an error, it’s your responsibility as a Rep to let us know? It IS! We need your help, every day, to keep this company running smoothly. We strive for excellence, and often we do a darn good job of it. But we’re all human and we all make mistakes. Don’t IGNORE something you think is an error. Tell us about it, please!
All errors or omissions in commissions, bonuses, reports or charges to your account should be brought to our attention as soon as possible. We request that you let us know about any such errors in writing within 30 days of the date of the purported error or incident. You can absolutely call our Support Team with your question or error (470-443-9330) – but be prepared to send us details in writing if we request it. Or you can send your questions or errors by email to Support@plannetmarketing.com. We take every request seriously and we’ll thoroughly research any matter you bring to our attention.
