1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Born and raised in Birmingham, England, moved to Wales and never looked back! We have seven children between us, and my hobbies include traveling, my four cars, gardening and anything that involves getting hands on, really! I have previously been a taxi driver, worked in the retail sector, and just before PlanNet Marketing, had my own fabrication business. It was all very full-on.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Before I joined PlanNet Marketing, I always knew I wanted more, and to have a lifestyle that worked to my terms; I just didn't know how to achieve it. PlanNet Marketing has helped me build my confidence and brought out the leader in me. I'm still extremely down-to-earth. But I have the confidence and skills now to achieve my goals.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The desire to be more and do more, help others, and be able to earn from doing what I now love!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role models would be Three-Star Director Abi Jenkins – she's my fiancée (yes you're all invited) and business partner – her ethics and support are second to none. Chanelle and Terry Fry for showing me it can be done, and most importantly – my team. Those guys make me burst every single day, changing their lives and their families’ lives. It's amazing to watch others on their journey!
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Down to Earth, Honest.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Just keep going. Take your biggest dreams, make them into goals, and make your goals into achievements. If you think you can, or you think you can't, you’re right!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
A large dynamic team, homes in multiple countries, with a life filled with good friends, good food, oh...and a showroom garage!
