1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Savannah, GA, but have lived in other states, including California and Massachusetts. I currently reside in Austell, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. I am a divorced mom with two adult children and six grandchildren. Both my daughter and son have families of their own with three children each. Needless to say, I love spending time with the grandchildren, but my passion is traveling. I am excited about the day I have the time and financial freedom required to be able to show them the world. Travel has always been in my blood, which is why in my early career I was a flight attendant for a major airline carrier. I was in that role for 13 years and after 9/11, accepted an early retirement. I transitioned to the business world as a corporate recruiter; then in 2014, I opened a consulting firm in the recruiting space.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My personal development has soared since joining PlanNet! Everything about me has been tested. I have had to be resilient and courageous. I have had to practice patience and have fortitude, but most importantly, I have had to raise my leadership lid in order to lead this amazing team. I have some strong leaders on the team and it was important for me to make sure I would be able to take them where I promised they could go in this opportunity, so I have had to lead by example.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am motivated by the three freedoms that this opportunity offers. I LOVE to travel and I have become accustomed to traveling well. In order to be able to travel in the style that I like, I need financial, personal, and time freedom. I am motivated by being able to provide myself with the retirement that most dream of. I am also motivated to be the first person in my family who leaves a financial legacy for generations to come.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have several role models for different reasons. My mom is a role model for me because of her love of family and her kindness to everyone she meets. I have role models that I would consider life coaches, like my mentor, Gloria Mayfield Banks, who is a giant in the networking marketing industry; and my friend, Nancy Pettaway, who has also maintained a very nice life for the past 30 years in network marketing. I also consider Mr. Bradley a role model, because of his heart for the people, his relentlessness, and his willingness to give us all everything that he has to give so that we can see the same kind of success he has seen.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Confident, Ambitious and Resilient.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My best advice is to treat this business like a business, not a hobby, if you want to see long-term success. When my mindset shifted from hobby to business, I started to attract the smart business-minded leaders to my team, who account for most of the team's growth.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself as a top income earner with PlanNet Marketing and will be helping teams to create generational wealth for their families. I will be giving more philanthropically and experiencing more globally, traveling the world with my friends and family, and enjoying the fruits of my labor.
