1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in St. Henry, Ohio, a small little Catholic town in the middle of the cornfields. I am the youngest of nine children. My parents will be celebrating 65 years of marriage in June. I lived in Mississippi for a year right after high school and then Virginia Beach for five years before moving back to my hometown. I now have five children and our first grandchild has just arrived. We love to spend time at Lake Erie, fishing, boating, tubing, and just being in the relaxing lake atmosphere with family and friends.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have become more confident and know that I’m worthy of success since joining PlanNet Marketing, because my leaders have seen my abilities and forced me out of my comfort zone to do trainings and presentations, when in the beginning I never felt capable.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me? Knowing that I am not where I want to be. It hasn’t been very long since a debt collector has called and I don’t want to go back to that. What motivates me? We have a house and property picked out at Lake Erie that we’re going to purchase this year and we’re going to build our dream home on that property one day. The image of that home and all the memories our family is going to create at the lake house is what keeps me motivated to do my action steps every single day.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Dad. He has been disabled since I was six months old from an injury. He has never complained about the daily pain he suffers. I never remember him just laying around. He’s always busy and active, even now at age 91. I have had six foot/ankle surgeries since I joined this business three years ago. He taught me to not let the ordeal affect my work, to push through, and do the best that I can do every day and to be grateful for what I have. I may not always be mobile, but I have my voice, my hands, my mind, and technology so I can still work my business during those times!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Humble, Giving and Self-Starter.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Be consistent DAILY doing action tasks to build your network.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, our youngest daughter will be off to college. I will be 50 and we will have a few grandchildren by then to enjoy. We will have our dream home built on our lake property that we’re buying next month and we’ll have a boat that our whole family will fit comfortably in. My husband will be resigned from his job and working this business with me. We will be traveling around the world visiting our team, helping and training them with events.
