Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Rosie Roberts! Rosie shares, “Hi, everyone! I’m so excited to be writing this and to have hit One-Star! I joined in January 2019; I got on a call about the business and I was sold as soon as I saw how we could travel more. I knew this would be perfect for me and help me travel more…but to be honest, I didn’t understand PlanNet Marketing and how it would change my life.
“It wasn’t until a few months after that I realised I needed PlanNet Marketing to help me become financially stable after I was told I was losing my job. That was a massive shock for me…what 24-year-old loses her job after studying four years at university for it?
“I’m born and raised in Leicester, England. Friends and family are honestly everything to me; I’m such a social person, so anything I can do with them I love – holidays, days out, movie nights, a good Sunday dinner. This is all such a driving factor for me to be successful too, because I want to give back to everyone who has ever helped me and been there for me.
“I had the best family holidays growing up! I have been so lucky to be able to go on multiple vacations every year, but I actually didn’t get on a plane until I was 17. After that first holiday abroad, it just showed me how much there is to see and how I wanted to continue experiencing the world with my loved ones. I travelled so much last year! One was a big bucket list trip to Dubai, Bangkok, Krabi, and Bali with my best friend, my brother, and his girlfriend. It was honestly insane and we made memories to last a lifetime.
“As for success – don’t expect it to work if you don’t work! One thing that took me a while to realise is sometimes I was confusing being BUSY with being PRODUCTIVE. And all I can say to people who think they are ‘busy’ every day is, ‘What do you have at the end of the day to show for your efforts?’ I find the best way to be productive is to write a to-do list at the end of the day, so the following morning I can wake up and know what I have to do to get close to my goals.
“I achieved success quickly because I showed up, even if I didn’t do everything I wanted to do that day. I did something to make sure I was consistent and taking some kind action every day. I also never give up – this is a very up and down journey that definitely isn’t over yet. But I know my WHY and I know what I want, so I won’t stop until I have it!”
