Meet new PlanNet Marketing Director Kat Simpson! Kat lives in Southside, Arkansas and tells us her interests are her grandchildren and their sports, traveling the world, and helping moms spend more time with their children.
Kat continues, “I married a military man and traveled the world with him. That started my love of travel. Since joining PlanNet, I have traveled at least twice a month for two years. I've enjoyed new places and finding favorites to return to multiple times, like Jamaica. I have indulged my love of cruising and introduced it to some of my grandchildren and many new-to-cruising clients.
“My success at PlanNet Marketing is due to my team. My upline, Lavonda Thornton-Bush, has been an inspiration and mentor all the way. My sponsor, Rhea Perry, has helped me develop and achieve my life vision. And my own team keeps me motivated to learn more so I can help them more. My tip for others is to keep the focus off of you and put it on your team. Work hard to help them achieve their version of success, and you will inevitably achieve your own.
“I did not achieve success quickly. It was a long two-year journey to One-Star Director and I struggled along the way at times. I would say to others whose journey is taking longer than they thought it would, 'Stay strong and keep going – it is SO worth it!'
“A fun fact about me is that my entrepreneurial career started by selling things on eBay, and I have sold everything! Two of my most outrageous sales were a vintage Mercedes convertible and a box of live roaches!”
