I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; I currently reside in Chandler, Arizona. My hobbies include traveling with family and friends and finding a good bookstore and enjoying a good book with coffee.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've enjoyed my journey as an international best-selling author, advocate against domestic violence, and a certified women’s issues and diversity coach. Entrepreneurship isn't new for me, but never have I experienced anything as comprehensive and exciting as PlanNet Marketing.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is continuing the legacy of my father, Pearlie Howard, Jr. My father transitioned a few years ago and all my life he believed deeply in entrepreneurship, and I'm determined to leave my children and grandchildren a will and not a bill.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents and my Coach, Shontina Gladney, are my role models as I navigate my way toward the top of the PlanNet Marketing compensation plan. I've experienced the power of unconditional love from my father, and that's exactly what I feel for my business partners. My mother demonstrated the power of resiliency and that's what fuels my determination. Shontina provides the tools, strategies, and support needed to move beyond my comfort zone with PlanNet Marketing.

Three words that best describe me are "A Cycle Breaker."
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice is to stop playing with this opportunity. Timing and positioning is important, and we have enough professional clappers in this world. You can do this, and there are so many people in this company willing to help us all.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will be living my dream of time freedom and financial freedom, living in Scottsdale, AZ in a beautiful condominium. I need three bedrooms, one for myself, one for visitors, and one for my home office. I'll be driving my dream car, a blue Jaguar, traveling the world and living my life like it's golden with my team.
