1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently reside there. Married for 18 years, I have two amazing adult daughters, Dar and Sharell, as well as a beautiful and brilliant granddaughter, Elise.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My growth personally and professionally has confidently built me to travel solo, to go after my goals while removing any and all things that may stand in the way. It has allowed me to step outside of my introverted personality when others need me. I have been able to organize and mobilize teams and meetings outside my market, and most importantly, it has allowed me to trust the process when being led by genuine leadership with a proven track record.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is knowing that all my life I've been on a mission to empower ordinary individuals, people like you and me, to find their voice, own it, and make it heard in extraordinary ways. When PlanNet found me, I knew immediately that it gave others the permission necessary to dream again, to know that there is a space for them, and if they believe and work hard, they will be victorious! Knowing that PlanNet is a vehicle that builds, develops, empowers, embraces, and teaches while connecting individuals to a viable financial system that is withstanding, awakens my soul! What motivates me is being a part of a grassroots, collaborative, economic effort and watching those who once stated there is no way you will get people in Milwaukee to work together toward a common goal, let alone globally, now sit in awe and stand in applause, ready to lock arms because of the vision and hope Mr. and Mrs. Bradley have allowed us to transfer into our communities and worldwide.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Mom, Grandmother, and Grandfather for planting the seeds of entrepreneurship, independence, and mustard seed faith. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley for their tenacity, steadfastness, unwavering public display of belief, and care and concern for so many. Also my team, because through their efforts, trust, talents, and gifts, we are able to respond with one voice and move forward collectively, but proudly independent.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Faithful, and Committed.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Even though you stand at the helm, God is ultimately the captain of your ship and your life. Since your captain's resolve will determine whether the ship reaches its destination or turns back to the harbor, you have nothing to worry about. "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope". Jer. 29:11, AMP. So get rid of your fear and make preparations for the storms that are sure to come as you are on your journey with PlanNet; God will show you what emotional cargo should be thrown overboard to preserve your life as a successful entrepreneur and individual positioned to change many lives!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Debt, care, and fancy free!!
