1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Philadelphia, PA and my husband, Norman, is from Colbert, OK, just outside of Dallas. We currently reside in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and have five children combined - Jordan (21), Justin (18), twins Ethan and Victoria (13), and Brandon (16). Our hobbies include cooking, sports, theatre, jazz, and of course traveling. Together we run a real estate business in addition to our travel business.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Through personal development (reading, team training) we've learned how to invite and process individuals and their personal needs. MLM was new to us three years ago but we have a passion to educate and see others grow and succeed. This passion shows when we're speaking to individuals about our business.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Our family always motivates us. The ability to provide for the family is extremely important. We're motivated by being in business for ourselves. We've had plenty of jobs that we did not find fulfillment in and very little potential for growth and expansion. We're determined to continue to grow this business and produce at a much higher level. It is equally fulfilling to see others grow in this business with you.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Oprah Winfrey is one of our role models because of all that she has accomplished and the wide range audience of supporters she has. Tyler Perry is also a strong role model. He did not let his circumstances hold him back and kept working on his craft until his circumstances changed.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Hardworking, Honest, and Resilient.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Be on purpose and deliberate as it pertains to your business. Make sound decisions and be very selective with your audience as well as your business partners.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
We really enjoy what we do for a living, therefore we expect to be doing what we're doing now with a larger team and a larger infrastructure to handle and maintain growth.
