1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. I am the mother of two little boys, Landon and Kaden. My hobbies are spending time with kids, traveling, and shopping. Some past business highlights include achieving 20/20 Club, Gold Plus, as well as becoming a One-Star Director.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've grown so much over the last two years. I'm a naturally quiet person; however, PlanNet has not only helped build my business confidence, but professionally, I've developed into so much more than I could have ever imagined. They always say the person in the front of the room makes the most money, so I've continued to perfect my skills at presenting so that I will continue to grow and blossom.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children motivate me. Since joining this business, I've had to explain to my little kids what mommy is working on and how this business, the late night calls, the presentations, and even the 3-way phone calls will take us places we could only imagine. They understand and they motivate me; they ask me almost daily what my numbers are and how much it will take to get to the next level. The push from them reminds me that I can't ever give up.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
This is a tough question. I've been inspired by so many people in this amazing project. First, my sponsor, Arien Ragster, being from the same city, showed me that success is possible. Lynn Hendricks pushed me to levels sometimes I didn't know were even reachable. Mr. Gregory Scott and Orlanda Moore are role models to me and my team because they continue to show us that success is our birthright. And Mr. Bradley models true leadership and continues to show us what the above average lifestyle looks like, and for that I'm forever grateful.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Coachable, Dedicated, and Loyal.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Run Your Race!!! Often times we compare ourselves to our friends or others who may have started when we did, but run your race. There's a season for planting and there's a season for reaping; they aren't at the same time. Keep planting your seeds – they will yield a harvest. Stay plugged in. You can work your business part time or full time, but you can't work your business some times. Be Committed To Your Commitment!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, life will be much more rewarding because of all the families that have been impacted by then. My goal is to be debt-free and truly enjoy personal, financial, and time freedom by spending more time with my two boys.
