1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts, right outside Boston. At 18, my career took off in Boston, where I settled and resided. I have lived in Atlanta, GA for the past 18 years. I am married to an amazing man, Mr. Tommy Culbreath and together we have three sons and two grandchildren – three-year-old Mr. Karson Dudley and four-month-old Ms. Kali Dudley. I get joy as a hobby to decorate theme parties and view the happy smiles on the faces as they come dressed for the occasion. At age 18, I entered the stock market and grew to Operations Manager within the company I worked for. I loved that career, and it has groomed me professionally for business and a wealth of knowledge in finance. With a transfer move with the company, I was able to purchase my first home at age 31 in Atlanta!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown a great deal with PlanNet Marketing in so many areas of my life. Personal development, self development – working on myself first has been a remarkable journey. The things that would bother me do not bother me anymore, as I learned to perfect my craft with the mentoring and teaching given by Mr. Bradley and the area leaders. I found a better version of myself. This new version of me has allowed me to assist and help others around me. This journey has made me so humble and thankful to know there was more in me to GIVE and more space in me to LEARN.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My drive comes from watching my son, Edward Dudley, providing and caring for his children, my grandchildren. He pushes every day to ensure they are taken care of, regardless of what's happening around him. This is what drives me to push every day with NO EXCUSES for him and the grandchildren. My motivation comes from watching my husband run the sign business Monday through Sunday, early mornings and late nights, sometimes 11-12 hour days. Many times I would have to help him out of the truck, body wracking with pain, barely able to walk – he would lean on me as I walked him into the house. He is my motivation to free him from the sign business as he supported me, freeing me from corporate. His giving me the time freedom needed to free our family and others was such an unselfish act. To be in a position to help my team WIN and watch them WIN is a true motivator. To have the tools and skills to bring them from 0 to 100 is a GOAL I will accomplish.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Although I have come to look up to and respect many in PlanNet Marketing, as a coach to hold me accountable with tasks and performance, Mr. Bradley is a true role model as my Dad was. Once I lost my Dad, I thought it was over. The Bible says He will never leave you or forsake you. Growing up on the 12 Pillars of Success, I found this within Mr. Bradley. I knew I was in the right place with the right leader and visionary.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
INTEGRITY, ENERGETIC and INTELLIGENT.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Find someone you admire within the company who is winning and carrying the 12 Pillars of Success to learn from and be coached, then a mentor who will invest time into you for further growth in all areas of your life – who also carries those 12 Pillars of Success.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I see my life five years from now continuing to empower others and sharing the vision of Mr. Bradley, people over profit. I see my husband retired from the sign business and us having the financial freedom, time freedom, and personal freedom with our family. We will live and have the lifestyle we once only DREAMED OF.
