PlanNet Marketing welcomes new One-Star Director Erica Ledet to the 20/20 Club! Erica was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. She is a single mom of two little boys - Landon, seven and Kaden, six, and she loves spending time with them - showing them new things and going to new places. And they keep her ever so busy!
Erica tells us, “This business has opened up so many avenues for me and my family. I am usually only traveling across the US for work and short distances for family vacations. Other than Canada, I have never left the country. Because of this business, I am now not only planning to take my first cruise, but also bringing my two boys, Landon and Kaden, and my mom and dad along with me. PlanNet has given us hope! It has allowed me to now ‘Build The Bridge’ to so many new experiences. I stay coachable and I get out of my own way. I had a horrible fear of public speaking, but because of great leaders, they have coached, trained, and developed me to push myself to the next level. I was told the people in the front of the room make the most money! I have learned the presentation and now with confidence I can stand in the front of the room. Stay in a student’s mindset. Always want more, take notes, and apply the information to your daily tasks. Follow the system.
“I achieved success by going back to the basics that I’m always reminded of! I would be told, ‘You know how to do it; you just have to do it!’ Following the PS3 is the system, and the system works if you work it. Being purposeful and intentional is key! Stay plugged in! Get on every call; go to convention and all big events! Never miss an event you’re qualified to attend!
“A fun fact: I am a violin player and have played since the age of 10 and I went to college on a violin scholarship!”
