1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Port Chester, NY and I currently live in Space Coast, FL. I have been married for 14 years to Andrew Burke and we have an eight-year old son named Jace. My hobbies include traveling, swimming, cooking, shopping, listening to old school R&B music, playing pool, and I love spending time with family and friends. Prior to joining PlanNet Marketing, I worked for over 20 years on the administrative side of the healthcare industry. I have also done a few other network marketing businesses in the past selling products and my husband and I have run a successful DJ business for the last 13 years.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I have learned that my purpose is to help people live a better life. I truly didn’t know what my purpose in life was until I joined this business. My ability to connect and communicate with all types of people has grown more than I could have ever imagined. My ability to stretch myself and others has increased and my vision has been expanded. My leadership skills continue to grow every single day as I read more and surround myself with other leaders in the business.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family and the generations before me have always struggled financially and that cycle of lack ends with me. When I first joined the business I was motivated to retire myself early. I was able to achieve that in the first 20 months. After two years, I was able to help my best friend retire early. I want to continue to help those who have partnered with me achieve their goals. I am also motivated to retire my husband this year and to be able to financially support my mother.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have been blessed to have several role models over the years who have all made a deep impact on my life in one way or another. My mom has taught me how to stay spiritually grounded and my dad taught me entrepreneurship and was the one who first exposed me to traveling. There is no one person that I would say is my role model because I have learned from every single person who has been in my life, either for a season or for a reason. From some I’ve modeled what to do and from others I learned what not to do. All have helped me become the person I am today.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Inspirational, Helpful and Driven.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
I once heard my sister in success say, “Don’t make excuses, make adjustments.” That has stuck with me and I continue to share that with all of my new business partners. The success system is in place and all you have to do is plug into it. The amount of time that it will take you to experience success is going to be based on where you are with your own personal development. Some people don’t want to invest the time and energy to personally develop themselves because it can be a painful process. Feel the pain and do it anyway. You grow through what you go through. Don’t make excuses for why you can’t do something. Make the adjustments and execute. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. Success is just on the other side of the excuse (the lie) you keep telling yourself.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now my entire immediate family will be living in our estate home that is so big we’ll have to text each other to know who’s home and who’s not. My hubby and I will most likely be homeschooling our son so that we are free to travel the world at our leisure and share this opportunity with everyone we meet along the way. I also want to start a non-profit that educates and inspires a generation of children to become entrepreneurs. Five years from now my success will force Mr. Bradley to create some more stars in our Director Program!
