1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Born in Germany; we relocated to New York, and for the next couple years as a military family went to several other states, and finally planted our roots in Alabama in 1999.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
There has been a lot of growth and personal development since joining PlanNet and much is attributed to the fact that it is not about just ME or my family. WE are changing the lives of others, so there is an almost bigger sense of responsibility to "do better!” Honestly, I've always been a reader but I don't think I've ever read so much about bettering myself as a leader.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I'm very competitive! I'm motivated by LACK. You see I've been denied before. I've been doubted before. And most of all I've seen what LACK looks like. I'm motivated to make sure the generations that come behind me experience life better than I ever did because of the work I put in.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
First I would say my husband! That man puts up with me being an alpha-female and putting 110% into this business! I can't say he 100% loves the time shift from me being a stay-at-home mom to a FULL time entrepreneur, but I know he is proud of how far our business has come! My other role models would be my parents! I'm so honored GOD chose them as my parents because they taught me selflessness and so much more. My heart is super BIG because of them!

RELENTLESS, PASSIONATE, and TEAMNOSLEEP (yes…that’s a word)
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Always remember that WHATEVER you want to achieve, you can do it if you truly WANT to achieve it. The common denominator in that happening is YOU!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I will be a multi-millionaire, I will have purchased a house in Texas for my parents, my children will almost be done with college, and I will still be flying Spirit Airlines! LOL
