Welcome to the PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club, Shauntaye Mayo! Shauntaye shares, “I am the mother of four beautiful children (ages 14, 8, 5 and 3). I was born and raised in Nashville, TN and currently reside in my hometown after spending 13 years in Huntsville, AL. I attended Alabama A&M University on a full scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 with a B.S. in Biology/Pre-Med, Minor in Chemistry. I continued my post-graduate education, and four years later obtained my Master’s Degree in Biology/Microbiology (2012) and also a Secondary Education Biology degree. My interests are singing, dancing, spending time with my four babies, as well as my family; going on trips to different states and countries; helping others be successful in this travel industry, and telling the world about this opportunity.
“My travel experiences include going to Cancun, Mexico on the PlanNet Escape trip (2016), which was my first time traveling outside of the U.S., as well as attending the PlanNet convention in London (2017), where I had the chance to experience their culture and stay at several four-star hotels. Both of these trips educated me on how to expand my business globally. Since partnering with PlanNet Marketing, I have been able to take my children to so many places. We have traveled to Orlando, FL; Myrtle Beach, SC, and to Gatlinburg, TN - where they had the chance to experience a three-level cabin on top of the highest mountain. They have had a chance to experience some of the nicest hotels and resorts because of this opportunity. My business has allowed me to personally spend time in Vegas, Miami, San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Kitts, St. Lucia and Barbados, to name a few.
“My first cruise experience was on Royal Caribbean (8 day-7 night) this March, 2018. Ironically, I just so happened to be cruising the world on one of the most beautiful cruise ships when I hit 20/20! I could not even enjoy my dinner because I was so excited and reflected on how hard and badly I wanted to achieve this goal. I had been craving this achievement for a long time and it finally happened at this particular moment!
“My success with PlanNet Marketing comes from my drive and my leadership team. I must continue to stay plugged in! “My advice/tips would be to share this opportunity with everyone you meet; don’t prejudge on whom you speak to, and don’t be afraid of someone telling you NO. To date, I have personally helped over 44 individuals become ITAs, however 20 have now maintained an active business status. This accomplishment taught me so much and has made me go harder and drive myself to be a leader and not let any obstacles stand in my way.
