PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Melissa Taylor to the 20/20 Club! Melissa was born and raised in Chicago, IL and currently lives in southwest Tennessee. She tells us that she is the mother of three grown men, two additional stepsons, nine grandchildren and has a wonderful man that she has been blessed with for the past 12 years. She enjoys cooking, outdoor activities like hiking and boating, and volunteering for a variety of charities. Melissa says, “The beach is my favorite place to be and I LOVE to travel. My travels have taken me to Japan, Guam, Hawaii, St. Thomas, Bahamas, Mexico, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and several places in the US. I am not finished yet - my bucket list continues to grow day by day.
She continues, “I have worked in the corporate world for many years, which I gave up in 2013. I had started a mobile boutique for plus size women; I chose to close that business in 2016 - the overhead was killing me. I was introduced to PlanNet on November 24, 2016 and joined the family on November 25, 2016. I have never been in any type of network marketing company - I always wanted to be a successful entrepreneur and the opportunity fell into my lap! I grabbed it with both hands. I had the freedom to be able to pursue other dreams, such as putting myself through a nursing program/CNA to be able to care for my aging father (87) - from which I graduated with honors and passed the state boards in November 2018. He was diagnosed with cancer in January 2018 - since then, he has his own bucket list filled with travels, which I am determined to fulfill. The next six months, February-September, were spent giving 24/7 care to my significant other after he had fallen 10 feet from a ladder onto concrete…we are lucky he is still here to talk about it. I never gave up on my business - it was NOT an option for me! Life has storms but we have to keep our goals and dreams in our sights in order to wade through those storms! It hasn’t been easy - nothing in life is! Our challenges prepare us and make us stronger for the outcome ahead. I maintained a strong relationship with my business partners and stayed connected to the PlanNet family as much as possible.
“We all have hopes and dreams to be successful and live financially free, to be able to provide for our families in times of need, and to be able to take that dream vacation one day. I am sharing my story and my accomplishments since starting with the PlanNet and sharing the business plan with as many people that I can. The opportunities are unlimited! Our leadership is fantastic; they guide us every step of the way; they are available for each and every one of us when we have a question or when we just feel stuck. They want to see us succeed just as much as we want to succeed! We all have a dream and we all have a passion. I have have found my path in life - right here with PlanNet! There is a better way and we have it right here! We are being true to ourselves. We are following our passions and living the dream.
