1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Lakeland, FL; at the age of three my parents moved us to Atlanta, GA. I currently reside in Stone Mountain, GA with my husband Roland and our two teens, Grace and Joshua. Upon graduating from Hampton University, I obtained a job as a flight attendant with Delta Air Lines, my first foray into the travel biz! After spending five years with Delta, I entered the world of real estate, first as an agent, then later as a mortgage officer and investor. During the time that our children were infants and preschoolers, it was always my plan to be at home with them, and that's exactly what we did until they were both in school.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've gone from hesitating to introduce myself to speaking in front of the room. I've stretched as an entrepreneur. I've developed a stronger passion to help people, which drives bolder actions on my part. The experience with PlanNet Marketing has accelerated my leadership skills.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
One of the many sayings I appreciate from motivational speaker, Les Brown, is: "It's not over until I win!" This means things won't always go my way. I may miss some of my goals. But when those things happen I'm driven to hit "reset" and become better. It's just not over until I win!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would consider my parents to be my role models! My mother and father never showed us the real struggle as kids; they worked hard to make sure our needs were met. I greatly appreciate everything they did to raise me to be the woman I am today. Martha Stewart. Born into a middle class family, she is strong business woman. She's reinvented herself many times, overcome challenging obstacles, and is unapologetic about her relationships and her success.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Friendly, Focused, Joyful.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Allow yourself to be coached. Stick around long enough to win…there's no such thing as overnight success.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will have achieved the status of a seven-figure earner which will be the evidence that a sea of people have been blessed though our association. I will look forward to having two college students and a new zip code when they come home to visit. Since my husband and I will be empty nesters, I foresee lots of time for travel market research.
