As a Rep with PlanNet Marketing, you have a world of opportunity at your fingertips. I write each week about your responsibilities to remain compliant with PlanNet’s policies and procedures, but those aren’t the only rules you must follow. Each Rep must also be knowledgeable about and comply with any and all federal, state, regional or local laws for independent contractors and network marketers.
As we expand into more countries and markets, PlanNet Marketing continues to ensure that our company is fully compliant with all laws corporately for our business, but it’s your responsibility to follow laws for you and your personal business.
Licensing requirements and compliance are the responsibility of the local Rep in any country where PlanNet Marketing has announced and is approved for marketing. Please refer to your Statement of Policies and Procedures, section 5.8.
