Why do I need to build a team? I don’t want to recruit people!!! Well anything in life is harder when you do it alone!!! My $1000 drone was stuck in the tree👀 But because I was not alone and had a team EVERYTHING worked out. Some people started shaking the tree. Someone gave my brother John Da Costa a piggy back. My brother was able to shake the tree higher up to make the drone fall back down. Someone filmed it . Some people had a blanket ready to catch it. Some people stopped the traffic. I was able to catch the falling drone. Someone helped me pick up my sapphire ring that dropped when I caught the drone. So together the TEAM got it done…. This would have been impossible if we didn’t have a team!!

She tells us, “With so little to do and even less to see, it has always been my dream to leave and see the world without wiping out my bank account every time I wanted to travel somewhere. I currently work in healthcare traveling as a certified hemodialysis technician. This business has helped me go from 12-16 hours a day, six days a week, to 12 hours or less, 3-4 days a week.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tina Arobone to the 40/40 Club! She tells us, “I was born and raised in Norristown, PA in a large family. I spent a deal of my life trying to just make it to each paycheck. Travel was always something that I wanted to do but just couldn’t afford it. I spoke about being a travel agent for years but didn’t know how to get started. I am grateful to have found a post one day on Facebook talking about the opportunity. I still waited another three months to join because I was scared. In October of 2020, I took the leap but only purchased a travel agent business.  About two months into the business, I joined the rep business too and have never looked back!  Follow up is the key!

“My travel experiences were next to nothing before becoming a travel agent. We would travel once every two to three years. Jamaica (our honeymoon) was my very first trip besides Wildwood, NJ, because that’s what we could afford. My father used to tell us that Wildwood was Disneyland but the charters were on break. Our next big trip was the Disney cruise when our kids were two and five years old. Then three years later, we went to Disneyland. We were set to go to Disney World in May of 2020, but we all know how that went.  Since becoming a travel agent, we have been to Universal, Houston, TX, Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, and Disney World.

“My success with PlanNet Marketing happened because I listened to my upline.  I hop on trainings and calls when I can. I am always trying to learn something new. Posting when I am traveling or even doing something around town with the kids always brings new interest to my business. My tip for anyone starting out is consistency.  Work two to three hours or more a day, and post things about your business daily. Success can’t come if you don’t put in the work. 

“Fun Fact: I am a leader of two Girl Scout troops and help with my son's Cub Scouts. My Scouts are like my second family. I love these girls and often say that I am a mom of 15 because I would do anything for them.”
