From One-Star Director Warren Gentles:

The Greatest Super Saturday that I have ever been a part of 🔥🔥🔥
The Training was Another Level!!
The Energy was 🔥🔥🔥
Good vibes all around!!

Thank you to everyone who attended, we all made it possible. Everyone’s business just went to another level and lives have been changed. ❤️🙌🏽

From One-Star Director Matt Gatland:

Some say 'if you love what you do you will never work another day in your life.’
Just some of the Photos taken from our event on Saturday.... in London.
Working in an exciting industry working alongside incredible people.... Events like these bring us all together in one room.
Such a powerful event.... 🔥
The best training throughout the day. 👌
The social side is not too bad either! 😉🥂
We had just the best time....Counting down the days to the next event... 🔥🔥

From Four-Star Director Louise Gatland:

Yesterday was amazing for so many reasons.
I witnessed people truly taking themselves out of their comfort zone and realising that they have overcome fears with the support and encouragement of hundreds of people.
Spent time with those I work with online which was just magical.
Even had a surprise when an amazing team member turned up who truly inspired me in so many ways.
Now the countdown is on until we pull out our ballgowns and get together for our Diamond Gala training awards 3 course meal and celebrating.
Loved everything about it.

From Three-Star Director Sam Church:

Life changing…
What an amazing day we had on Saturday at our company event with hundreds of ambitious, open minded individuals.
We networked, trained, recognised achievements, launched events and celebrated the next phase of business.
My stand out moment was announcing Nikki Nash as the newest director in our company, then standing next to her and watching her smash her speech. So proud of you Nikki, you and your team are going all the way to the top. 🌟🌟🌟
Also, I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with some of the best speakers in the company.
It was an amazing feeling being up on the stage, sharing my top tips on how the room can unlock the next level of their business.
It was a moment that I’ll never forget.
The reason this was such a big moment is standing in front of a room full of people and talking was once my biggest fear.
Public speaking used to make me break down, get brain freeze and go bright red.
I can now say after over 5 years of practice, I’ve nailed it and I can honestly say, I’m proud of myself. 🙏🏽❤️
I say this to inspire. As if you’ve got a fear or insecurity, work on it. Do the work, and the changes will occur!
Focus on progressing and improving. Then one day, after you’ve done the work, you’ll look your greatest fear in the face, and nail it too!
I believe in you to go out and make a huge impact in the world. 🌎
P.S. Thank you for the kind words and posts off the back of Saturday’s event, nothing but love to the company and my people.

CONGRATULATIONS TO SIMONE MOSLEY FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Simone Mosley for achieving One-Star Director! Simone tells us, “I am from Union Springs, Alabama, and I currently live in Mobile, Alabama with my husband and three children.  I am also a full time mathematics Instructor. My interests include traveling (of course), anything tech related, collecting books, watching Impossible Engineering and helping people (dominant yellow personality).

“My travel experiences include many places within the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. My favorite place that I have traveled to was definitely Punta Cana.  It was a great trip and we were treated like rock stars. My favorite memory is seeing my daughter get her first passport stamp before the age of one.

“To achieve success at PlanNet Marketing, you have to stay plugged in and be consistent. You really have to be about your business. You cannot treat this business as a hobby if you truly desire to win. Stay close to your success coach and trust that they have your best interest at heart. After leaving convention, I asked my coach, Director Amanda Owens, what I should do. She said, ‘you know what to do, now execute.’ My team and I went to work and got it done!

“DO NOT GIVE UP!! I think about people who are selling things in the middle of the mall. No matter how many people walk past them or say no, they keep going until they make their sale. So use that same energy and GO FOR THE NO’S. Help others understand that we are building a legacy business that will take care of our future generations. We are truly learning how to build generational wealth. Also, do not treat your people as numbers. Coach, train and develop your people. Make sure you are truly leading from the front. When they see you succeed, they know it is possible for them to do the same.

“My fun fact is that I never wanted to be a teacher. My dream job was to work for Microsoft or the CIA.  I actually turned down my current job when it was first offered to me. I am glad to be an educator, helping students overcome their fear of math.”

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Nigeria. I came to America at the age of six as a refugee in 1999, and I've lived in Dallas, TX ever since with my family, which consists of my mom, who is a single parent, and my younger sister and two younger brothers. For fun, I honestly enjoy working out and listening to music. I've just slowly grown the love for reading as I am working on my personal development and becoming an elite leader. I come from a background in insurance, working for companies like State Farm and Liberty Mutual, but took a risk to chase my own freedom by becoming a tax professional. Now, I'm fully locked in and committed to PlanNet Marketing and striving for greatness.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've been working in this business for almost six months now, and my focus on helping people has grown tremendously now that I know and understand the mission at hand. I strive each and every day to challenge myself to learn more because of the level of success my team has accomplished in a short period of time. I have never had to lead more than 10 people at one time and now I have over 100 people who are looking up to my leadership, and that drives me each day because not only do I want to be the proof, I want everyone following my leadership to be the proof as well.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My life and family drive me, knowing where we started and came from and how many people back home in Nigeria would go out of their way for the minor opportunities I was blessed to receive. Not only that, my family is the first generation to walk on American soil, so I feel it is my obligation to obtain as much knowledge and power as I can to go back and create a better world for those who aren't able because of the education, tools, and resources. I also want to retire with my whole family because my mother has been through so much in life to even be here today and her dream is to live back in Nigeria. She is only here for her children, and to know that lights a fire under me to do more each and every day.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Well, before this business, I would for sure say I admire Akon, who is from Senegal and came to America and used his talent to create a platform that allowed him to go back to his country and help build it, and is now creating his own city and currency. Now that I’m in this business, I’d have to say our CEO, Mr. Donald Bradley, because his drive and goals in some way are similar to mine and we happen to share similar visions. It’s like watching an advanced version of yourself and it doesn't help that we are about the same height and both of our names start with the letter D.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Humble, and Servant Leader.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Believe in yourself and challenge yourself each day.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself having time freedom, financial freedom, and personal freedom and being one of the top male leaders in this company.

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES NINE NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER GARCEAU ALEXANDER!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Garceau Alexander to the 20/20 Club! Garceau is originally from Columbus, GA and currently resides in Newport News, VA. She tells us, “My interests include travel, of course, lol. But I do love meeting friends for brunch, photography, and reading!

“The funny thing is, I'm retired military. So, people often wonder why I chose the travel business. Military travel and the way we travel (for recreation) is so different. Although I did 22 years in the military, I can say I've traveled more in the last two and a half years than I have in all of my military service. And I've my businesses to thank for it.

“I’m achieving success by staying close to the fire, staying plugged in, being coachable, keeping my head down, and blocking out anything negative. I watched my One-Star and Two-Stars rank recently. With that, I got a front row seat to witness what the work actually looks like. From there, I mimicked what they did to achieve 20/20 and will continue to reach Directorship.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER NATASHA CUMMINGS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Natasha Cummings to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “I am originally from the beautiful Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines; however, I currently live in Fairbanks, Alaska. I am a mom of three amazing young men ranging from 19 to 25, I am a wife to my amazing husband, Clinton Cummings, for almost 25 years. My whole career has been working for the Department of Defense (DOD). I am coming up on 18 years working with them. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Master’s in Human Services. I currently work as a Budget Analyst for the Air Force. I am also the Youth Director for my church.

“My interest is always in giving back. I love teaching others and sharing my passion to let others know that it can be done. Working for the government has allowed me to travel for work, but because of PlanNet Marketing, owning my own travel business has taken it to another level. I have travelled more since starting my business, and can’t wait to see all the other places I can check off my “To Do List.” We no longer have a bucket list. It’s now called a “To Do List” of destinations to visit. I’ve been to Jamaica, Honduras, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, and Mexico. I am planning on visiting Aruba for my husband's birthday.

“I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing honestly by following my coaches. There’s a lot of coaches to mention; however, Director Ima Wideman is very special. She has never given up on me, even when I wanted to give up. The tips or technique I would share is to follow the system that’s already in place and be coachable. Plugging in is the BIGGEST thing, if you don’t know something, don’t be afraid to ask a question. The way I have achieved success is by remaining coachable, and having the determination to never give up. I truly love teaching others about this business. I love learning new things, and the leadership at PlanNet Marketing has taken my learning to another level.

“A little fun fact about me: I had a Caribbean restaurant here in Fairbanks for eight years, where I took people’s taste buds to the Caribbean by cooking some amazing authentic Caribbean food. Now when I travel and return, I try to recreate the meals from my vacation and put a Caribbean spin to them.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KEISHA EVANS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Keisha Evans to the 20/20 Club! Keisha tells us, “I am a wife, mother, student, and entrepreneur. I love spending time with my family and working my business. Most importantly, my main passion is traveling with my family.

“During the year 2020, I had to come home to be with my children due to lack of childcare. Unsure of where my business would end up, I was determined to put my feet to the ground and work. To my astonishment, my organization grew, as well as my downline's teams. Travel would turn out to be successful for me and my team. While airlines were down, I noticed that rental car sales and hotel bookings were climbing. My family and I took three road trips during the year of 2020.

“A fun fact about me is that my family has been to Orlando, Florida every year since 2014.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ROBIN SHEPHERD!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Robin Shepherd to the 20/20 Club! Robin was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She tells us, “I am a wife, a mother of two grown sons, and I have five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. I currently wear several hats; as a member of a mobilization/implementation team in international critical infrastructure, I head up large construction projects across the globe; I am also the Director of Community Affairs and host of a local radio show. Now I have returned to one of my deepest passions – travel, and assisting others in doing the same!

“I have affectionately been known in the community and on radio as “Bubbling Brown Sugar” since 1985. I utilized my popularity to start a travel club because I learned of the escort package benefits, so I would always ask the booking agent, ‘What is my “magic number?’ For air/land it was normally 20 packages, for cruises it was 15 passengers – I knew that if I sold at least that amount, most of my cost would be covered. I JUST WANTED TO TRAVEL. I was selling so many groups, the owner of the agency offered me the opportunity to be an ‘outside agent’ for her company. I did that for a couple years – and as such, developed even larger groups to everywhere imaginable…my favorite being Jamaica!  I attended trade and travel shows, cultivated relationships with BDMs and tourist boards, etc. But back in the day, my first group cruise was aboard the Dolphin IV, which was 8,977 GT built in 1956 – CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!?? Ships today are closer to 300,000 GT!!  It was like being on a rowboat!! But you talk about fun!! That is when they had passenger talent shows and you actually sang with the band! I impersonated Tina Turner, some of my group were my Ikettes!! We were stopped everywhere we went to say how much they loved our performance of “Proud Mary!!!’ I am proud to say, I recently recruited one of the individuals from that very cruise and we are preparing a 30 year reunion cruise – she remained in contact with all the original cruisers!!!!

“Fast forward to April 28, 2020 – I started my business on a part-time basis (which is still my status today) and began making great strides. Our leadership is amazing and so encouraging.  Simply following the duplication of the PS3 allowed me to become a Gold Builder in record time, and I am just a few recruits away from DIT. I looked up one day and I was there!! I have One-Star Director in my sights and then the sky's the limit!!! My advice to those coming behind me is to carve out time for training and returning calls as if you were punching a clock at a traditional job.  It is mandatory. You must learn to earn and stay engaged with your team. Allocate responsibilities to team members – for instance, birthday announcements and signup anniversaries. Let them know you care. It sounds trivial, but it is morale-building.

“Lastly, this business is fabulous for my generation of ‘Baby Boomers.’ It is an easy and fun way to supplement our retirement. Retirement can be scary. But with this company, we can work smarter, not harder; we can work from our phones, in our homes; no gasoline required. I tell them not to set a goal for the amount they want to replace in retirement funds, because they might end up short-changing themselves!! Go for the gusto!!!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KEISHA TETER!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Keisha Teter to the 20/20 Club! Keisha is from Adamsville, Alabama, and currently lives in Dora, Alabama. She says, “Since starting this amazing journey, I’ve been able to create many first-time memories for myself and my family. Since February of this year, I’ve been able to travel to Biloxi, Gatlinburg, Orlando, Destin, Las Vegas, New Orleans twice, and Panama City Beach twice. I have 11 more trips planned for the year.

“I have achieved success in PlanNet Marketing by being coachable, consistent, listening, going live often, following in the footsteps of my amazing directors, Kevin and Latrice Jones, and always remembering my reason WHY. Also remember to never give up, keep pushing and reaching for the stars.

“A fun fact about me is that I love an adrenaline rush. I absolutely love trying new rides and experiences. My dream is to visit every theme park in the world before I die.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER NISHA WHINERAY!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Nisha Whineray to the 20/20 Club! Nisha is from Southampton, UK. She tells us, “Before I became a mama 18 months ago, I used to travel so much. I love pole fitness and aerial hoop, as well as strength training in the gym. I have visited much of Europe, Florida, New York, Vegas, India, Singapore, Bali, Barbados, Maldives, Sri Lanka – the list goes on. However, this past year I’ve been exploring more of the UK, which has been incredible.

“My biggest tip is to BE CONSISTENT. Small action daily leads to long-term results – the compound effect will pay off. You can achieve success quickly by being coachable, leveraging off other’s successes and then being a great leader and duplicating down through your team. Focus on helping others and success will follow.

“A fun fact about me is that I used to be a biker chick and hold a full motorbike licence!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

As a PlanNet Marketing Rep, your main objective is to sell our exclusive product – the InteleTravel at-home Independent Travel Agency business, or ITA. You can also build a team of other Reps who will sell ITAs.

In our online world, many Reps are leveraging social media, funnels and other electronic media to get the word out about their business and sell the product. So let’s talk about the BEST ways to market your business online.

1)  Talk about Earning Money! That’s right, show me the money people. When you are selling ITAs, the very FIRST thing you should always mention is the income opportunity for the Agent – how a person can sell travel to earn travel commissions when they become an ITA. That can sound something like, “When you become an InteleTravel Agent, you can sell travel to anyone – friends, family, even yourself. You’ll earn a commission based on the travel you sell.” Don't talk about saving money by booking your own travel, just let the Agent know how they can EARN income.

2)  No Agent Rates or Perks. There are definitely some benefits to being a Travel Agent, often Agents do receive special rates or extras because travel vendors want Agents to come see what they have to offer and then recommend it to their customers. HOWEVER, these are not selling features! Reps should NEVER post Agent Rates or Agent Perks when trying to sell ITAs. Stick to how Agents will earn an income – that’s the way to sell.

3)  Keep Reps and Agents Separate. There are a growing number of individuals who are BOTH PlanNet Reps and InteleTravel Agents. The PlanNet Marketing Rep is selling ITAs and enrolling other Reps to earn residual income and supplement their lifestyle. The InteleTravel at-home Travel Agent is booking travel and earning commissions on those bookings. We are partners in business, but we are NOT one business. We are two separate businesses with independent and separate management, operating in two different industries. Together, we are hugely successful. It’s important for our Reps and Agents to understand this separation and clearly state who they are representing in their social media or online posting – all posts should clearly be from a PlanNet Rep or an InteleTravel Agent – but never both in the same post (as it is noncompliant and very confusing for others). Please don't say, "I'm a Travel Agent and I can show you how to be one, too!"

puzzle400.png

4)  Keep It Simple. You don’t have to provide every single piece of information or 15 examples of great rates to sell the ITA. In fact, keeping things simple will most likely attract more people to your posts/pages/stories. There are videos available in your Virtual Office as well as our corporate PowerPoint Presentation to share all of that information once someone is interested. When it comes to piquing interest – talk about Earning Money from home in the fabulous travel industry! That sounds pretty great to me, others will think so too!

At PlanNet Marketing, we work very hard to provide our Reps with the tools and information they need to be successful. In our world, information is literally at our fingertips and our online audience is huge! Please remember that every word and image you post and every syllable you speak, they all reflect back on the company you represent – PlanNet Marketing.

If you don’t know the answer – please ask us. Our Support Team is available by phone and email, as well as by Support Ticket. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to assist. As always, if you have any questions about this or any Policy, please email Compliance@plannetmarketing.com.

-- PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).
