PlanNet Marketing is proud to congratulate new One-Star Director, Devon Goins!  Devon is originally from Beltsville, Maryland and currently resides in College Park, Maryland.  She tells us, “I love to watch science fiction, thriller, and documentary movies. I am also a bit of a wanderer. I like to explore and research different places that are mysterious or have extensive history associated with them. I also love dancing. I danced professionally for the Washington Wizards dance team for five years and was also the captain of the team. I am the only dancer who has ever been honored with a retired uniform!

“I have done a lot of traveling, but not nearly as much as I would like to. I have visited most of the Caribbean islands and Mexico. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Mykonos and Santorini, Greece, but my favorite destination thus far has been Rome, Italy.

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by giving myself permission to turn up my light. I have found that life has a way of making you feel average or that you do not offer anything unique to the world, and that is far from the truth. I have decided to shine as brightly as I can. As a result, more people are noticing my success and are curious about how I have reached it. I attract new business partners simply by being an example of what is possible when you get out of your own way. 

“The advice that I would pass along to others who are growing their businesses is to not be afraid to lose your own shadow. Nothing great manifests itself in darkness.  The way you achieved success so quickly will help others do the same.

“A fun fact about me is that I love interior design and DIY projects! I am always working on new projects in my house, from building shelves to custom accent walls. I think that it is important to have hobbies that are separate from your business because you need to have a happy place that you can retreat to where your mind is always at ease.”

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born at Fort Gordon, Georgia (Augusta, Georgia), a proud Army brat! I was raised mostly in Augusta; however, due to military, we lived in Detroit, MI; Fort Hood; Texas; and Anchorage, Alaska. My hobbies are traveling, reading, and special quality time with family. I’m the mother of two young men, ages 27 and 20. My family is the rock of my existence.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, my personal development has been enhanced and strengthened. I am a stronger leader by reading books, attending major events, and listening and following this amazing leadership. This business has allowed me to build relationships that lead to even more SUCCESS because it is a “we” business and not a “me” opportunity.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family and my team motivate me to be and do better. My debt-free retirement goal in one-and-a-half years also motivates me to help more people with their goals.

4. The three words that describe you best are:
LOYAL, Driven, Persistent.

5. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never give up on your dreams, desires, and goals! It doesn’t matter how hard it is; it doesn’t matter who is not supporting you, and it doesn’t matter if it appears you’re hidden (unnoticed). Keep It Moving!! Everyone has a divine time to shine!

6. What does your life look like five years from now?
I WILL be retired, debt-free, and making six figures residually! I will continue to travel the world at a more frequent rate.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Shantonai Haskin to the 20/20 Club! Shantonai is from Lafayette, Louisiana and currently lives in Baton Rouge, LA. She says her many interests include traveling (cruising in particular), watching her favorite team, the Saints, play against their rivals, reading, and spending amazing time with her friends and loved ones. Shantonai says, “Thanks to my thriving business, I am given the opportunity to cruise at least once a year at a great price. I also have plans to travel to Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas, Houston, and take another cruise before the year is out.

“My greatest advice to any future or current Reps is to simply follow the lead of your upline. I cannot thank my upline (Felicia Miles and Ashley Scott Gibbs) and my team enough for the constant support and for believing in me! They are my motivation to keep pushing forward and being consistent! Consistency is the number one key to a successful business as well as your personal life.

Monique tells us, “I was born and raised in Washington, DC and currently reside in Riverview, FL.  I am a retired ATF special agent. I am a FOODIE who hates to cook, loves all things Redskins and Nats, loves to decorate, shop, and of course, TRAVEL!  I have traveled extensively, reaching five of the seven continents and visiting several wonders of the world as I continue to cross off places on my bucket list. I am a mother of two amazing sons and my boxer furbabies Mike Tyson and Laila Ali (now over the rainbow bridge), and will become the flyest G-Ma this coming fall!  

“The key to being successful is to NEVER QUIT! I have always been of service to others since childhood, as an altar server and youth gospel choir member at church to a 33-year career in public service. Having been an executive for 15+ years but having no prior network marketing experience, I had to learn a different skill set. I had to learn to relinquish the reins and submit to the knowledge, advice, and guidance of others who knew what I did not know, who had done what I had not done, and who are where I want to be. A humble servant makes a great leader and a leader is only as good as those that follow. Black Business Cards – stylish, sleek, professional and everybody wants them!

PlanNet Marketing has been getting lots of questions about how our Reps can maximize their Black Business Card, or “Black Card,” as it’s affectionately known. I thought I’d make it easy for everyone and give you a few tips and hints.

1) These cards are for your PlanNet Marketing Rep business ONLY. Make sure any and all information you put on these cards is PlanNet Marketing related. Please don’t put your InteleTravel website address or travel agency name on your PlanNet Marketing business card. (Visit your InteleTravel Virtual Office to order business cards for your travel agency).

2) These cards are created to be easy. We want you to have various materials you can use to promote your PlanNet business without having to worry about design or compliance. To order your Black Card, login to your Virtual Office, enter your name and contact details, and you’re done. No uploading pictures, no thinking of catchy slogans. Simple.

3) The cards are perfect, just as they are! It’s not that we don’t love your personal creativity, we do – believe me! But we’re asking you to reserve that creativity for other projects. The Black Card was created with you, your business, and PlanNet’s Policies and Procedures in mind. That means you can’t add anything to the back of your Black Card.

4) Order them ASAP! Whether networking or just sharing them with your friends and neighbors – you want to get your Black Card sooner rather than later! PLUS, if you’re planning to attend PlanNet Marketing’s International Convention in Orlando next week, you’d better bring them with you!

PlanNet Marketing congratulates Summer Lee for achieving One-Star Director!  Summer tells us, “I grew up in Easley, a small town in South Carolina. Currently, I am living between Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC. Growing up in a small town ignited a strong desire to get out and see the world, and I started traveling in high school. While my friends were buying clothes and electronics, I was using my extra money to venture into the world. My interests, school and jobs kept me from traveling more than twice a year for most of my life. 

“With the knowledge and access provided by this PlanNet Marketing opportunity, I now travel twice a month. I have visited so many different countries and experienced so many cultures. I use the architecture from these destinations to influence my design business. My flavor profile has changed so much from trying food from all around the world. My son and I love to cook, and I am infusing many of these flavors into my food preparation. As I am traveling, I always seek out art markets and local artists. Growing up in an artistic household has made me well-rounded and very open-minded.

“My parents gave me the support and encouragement to go after anything in life that I wanted. I am not sure that they knew just how far I would stretch their ideas. My mom once told me that had she known I would be playing two sports throughout school, dancing, playing instruments with the band and keeping up with all of my artwork…she would have rephrased her words. I believe I wore them out! My son claims I wear him down too. 

“I say all of this to paint the image of just how much of an overachiever I am with a strong competitive spirit. Even through the adversity of having a child in high school and losing my support system, I still graduated at the top of my class, kept up with my sports and extracurricular activities, and graduated college. My degree was not paying the income that I felt I was worth. PlanNet Marketing is the vehicle that I have plugged into because I know that my efforts and income will finally be aligned! I believe my success comes from leadership, consistency, and a relentless drive to win!! 

Building trust and relationships with my team members is key! Everything that we listen to on all the calls from leadership may sound cliché, but there is absolute truth in each and every word. So instead of hearing those words, we need to listen, digest and implement them! FOCUS, FOCUS and COMMIT! 

A fun fact about me…well Mr. Bradley kind of put it out there already, but I am the first female wrestler in the state of SC!

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; I currently reside in Chandler, Arizona. My hobbies include traveling with family and friends and finding a good bookstore and enjoying a good book with coffee.​

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've enjoyed my journey as an international best-selling author, advocate against domestic violence, and a certified women’s issues and diversity coach. Entrepreneurship isn't new for me, but never have I experienced anything as comprehensive and exciting as PlanNet Marketing.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is continuing the legacy of my father, Pearlie Howard, Jr. My father transitioned a few years ago and all my life he believed deeply in entrepreneurship, and I'm determined to leave my children and grandchildren a will and not a bill.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents and my Coach, Shontina Gladney, are my role models as I navigate my way toward the top of the PlanNet Marketing compensation plan. I've experienced the power of unconditional love from my father, and that's exactly what I feel for my business partners. My mother demonstrated the power of resiliency and that's what fuels my determination. Shontina provides the tools, strategies, and support needed to move beyond my comfort zone with PlanNet Marketing.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Three words that best describe me are "A Cycle Breaker."

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice is to stop playing with this opportunity. Timing and positioning is important, and we have enough professional clappers in this world. You can do this, and there are so many people in this company willing to help us all.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will be living my dream of time freedom and financial freedom, living in Scottsdale, AZ in a beautiful condominium. I need three bedrooms, one for myself, one for visitors, and one for my home office. I'll be driving my dream car, a blue Jaguar, traveling the world and living my life like it's golden with my team.

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Tisha DeShields to the 60/60 Club! Tisha DeShields portrays the image of the successful new millennium mother and businesswoman with her creativity, grace, business savvy, and ingenuity. This accomplished mother of four conceived her idea, Original Belly Works, for her unique business when she was pregnant with her fourth child. She realized that no gift could be more poignant than providing the expectant mother a way to preserve the splendor of pregnancy. While designing the sculpture, she realized that she wanted to immortalize the same memory for each of her children. She began to research the possibility of producing a copy of her pregnant form. In so doing, the idea to offer this creation to all mothers was born. Along with offering a belly casting kit, OBW offers a prefabricated fiberglass sculpture to mothers by surrogacy and adoption. Tisha is delighted to see that her creativity and business background has birthed such a unique business. Tisha currently has five patents and Original Belly Works is the only business of its kind offering the fiberglass sculpture.

Tisha is good at making linear income, however she knew there was a better way out there. In her quest to be the best 'MOMpreneur", she knew she had to position her family in such a way that they could benefit from residual income. In so doing, she decided to give network marketing a try. Tisha is what some may call a “new face” in the industry. With just over four years experience in the travel industry, she has earned the honor of becoming a Two-Star Director in PlanNet Marketing while reaching One-Star Director in the first 40 days of PlanNet Marketing’s launch, indicating she is one of the founding members. She has totally embraced this "new way" of thinking on how to earn income. She is the evidence that you can wear all the hats, be "SuperMom" and wear the "S" on your chest and still incorporate this business into your everyday life.

Tisha is eager to educate others on the power of leverage in this incredible industry of travel.
