MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER NATHAN WITHERSPOON!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Nathan Witherspoon to the 20/20 Club! He is from Greensboro, North Carolina and currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. Nathan says, “I have a passion for travel, sports, weightlifting, and hanging out with family and friends. I have traveled to 37 countries and have about 50 more to go.”

Nathan offers these tips: “Learn your weaknesses and make them your strengths. Conquering your weaknesses will make you a better all around person and help you develop into the leader that you are meant to be.

“If you know you lack motivation, set affirmation reminders on your phone. For example:

6 am - Change your mentality to change your lifestyle
10 am - FOCUS
2 pm - Sell the Dream
6 pm - Recruit with a Purpose.

“A fun fact: If you go to my hometown or places I've lived; hardly anyone knows me by my first name.”

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: DAVID FELGAR

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Findlay, OH and was raised for the majority of my life in a small town called McComb, OH. I currently reside in Findlay. I have four children: three girls (Ryleigh, Braelynn, and Jordyn) and one boy, Mason. I enjoy watching OSU Buckeyes football, playing a round of golf, and spending time with friends and family as much as possible. Before PlanNet, I had zero business experience. So becoming a Gold Builder in six weeks and a One-Star Director in 20 months have been my greatest accomplishments to date.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have gone from a regular factory worker, resigned to working my life away until I was ready to gamble if I had enough money to last my remaining days on earth, to becoming a professional and confident businessman, traveling regularly to places I never imagined I would go to, including internationally.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children. Knowing that I've missed enough of my children's lives with all of the hours I've put into a job that would replace me next week should I stop existing, motivates me to continue to build a legacy that will not only retire me by the time I'm 40, but will allow my children to live a life they've always deserved for generations to come.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents. They've each encountered their own personal battles throughout their lifetimes, and have come out on top, all the while instilling in me to be kind, loving, to help others, and to work hard for whatever it is that I desire.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loving, Generous, Determined.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't quit! Is it simple? Yes. Is it easy? Absolutely not. Is it worth it? More than anything in the world! Commit to yourself, commit to the process, and you will be successful. The time it takes to build your business is going to pass anyway, so just don't quit!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
God willing, I will be living in my dream home that I've built, nothing too fancy, but large enough to house my family comfortably. I will have been retired from my full-time job for at least a month at that point and be traveling as I please to help others grow their businesses as well. I will have zero debt and will be driving my vehicle of choice (more than likely a new, black Cadillac Escalade with chrome trim). The topping on the cake will be an 800+ credit score.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures include a lot of deadlines…30 days for this, four months for that, one year for the other thing. Make sure you’re paying attention to your business and you don’t let a little harmless procrastinating cost you.

Here are a few “deadlines” and “timelines” we ask you to follow:

Pay Your Monthly Fee of $19.95. If you aren’t actively paying that $19.95 each month, you could be missing out on commissions! Don’t let money slip through your fingers. Plus, if you don’t pay your monthly fee within 60 days of when it’s due, you will lose your position in the Matrix. Stay active to maximize your return on investment. (P&P Section 2.4)

Tell Us When You Have a Problem. You have 30 days to report an error in commissions, bonuses, downline activity reports, or charges. You must notify PlanNet Marketing in writing within 30 days of the date of the purported error or incident in question. After 30 days, PlanNet Marketing can’t be held responsible for the error. (P&P Section 8.2)

90 Day Refund Policy. I’m not sure WHY anyone would want to cancel and receive a refund, but it does occasionally happen. Please make sure you tell all new Reps when they join PlanNet that in order to get a refund, they must request it within the first 90 days of their enrollment. (P&P Section 8.5)

Following Rules After Cancellation. Let’s say you do decide to cancel your Rep position and move on to other business ventures. Please note that you are required to continue abiding by the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures for six months to a year post cancellation. Yes! That is correct. For six months after cancelling you agree not to sell any competing products or services (travel) and for one whole year following cancellation you agree not to directly contact any Rep you did not personally sponsor into PlanNet Marketing. Don’t tell them how much you miss them, don’t offer to babysit their kids and PLEASE do not tell them about any other business or marketing venture you are pursuing. (P&P Section 5.3.1 & 5.3.2)

Becoming a Rep Again. If you ever decide to leave, and then you want to come back – we LOVE that! But please keep in mind that you must reactivate with the same sponsor as before. If you choose not to reactivate with the same sponsor, then you must wait a minimum of four (4) calendar months before reactivating under any sponsor of your choosing. (P&P Section 5.13.B)

Don’t procrastinate with your business – make sure you’re always on time with the guidelines above.

-- Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).
