THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: HAYLEY FRANCE

Hayley-France-Spotlight-Oct18.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I’m from Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom and I’m single mum to a three-year old and an 18-year-old. I have a love of travel and adventure!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I think the biggest thing about my journey with PlanNet Marketing is how I have changed within – my own personal growth and development. Rewind two years ago, and I was a totally different person. I lacked confidence and self-belief. How I perceive myself now has gone full circle. I feel strong and ready to take on the world. I know I’m responsible for my own destiny and I have the belief that I have what it takes to make my dreams come true. I feel I deserve that now and I’m ready. I was so caught up with my past but now I’m focused on the future and what will make me unstoppable are my children, Chloe and James, who are my absolute world. I wanted to leave that legacy for my children and secure their financial future; my little boy lost his dad when he was just one year old. I needed to make sure when it’s my turn to leave this beautiful world I leave my children a will, not a bill. This was my drive and focus from day one.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
PlanNet Marketing has changed me. I have had amazing support and mentorship from Taryn Cox and Lisa Michelle; these ladies believed in me when I didn’t even believe in myself. I’ve overcome more struggles personally in the last few years than I have in my whole life and the support and friendship from these two have meant more than words can say.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would consider Ed Sheeran a role model. I love his journey from being homeless on the streets to where he is today. I'm a big struggle advocate and I am certainly not ashamed to admit it. How are you supposed to know the difference between the highs and the lows if you don't go through the struggles? For me it's not always about the success, but the journey.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Focused, Passionate, Humble.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My top piece of advice is that there is no better time to be happy than now. Life will always be filled with obstacles and challenges; choose to be happy anyway. Treasure every moment you have; time waits for no one. Stop waiting for spring, summer, fall, winter, till you’re 20, 30, 40, or 50, till you marry, till you divorce, till you have kids, till your kids grow up and leave home, till you start work, till you retire, till Friday night, till Sunday morning, till you get a new car, till you buy that new home. There is no better time to be happy than now. Happiness is a journey, not the destination.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
What will my life be like in five years? Who knows? I don’t want to focus on the end goal but I want to enjoy what’s happening right now. Tomorrow is never certain and my life is happening right now.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER AMBER MCAULEY!

Amber-McAuley-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Amber McAuley to the 20/20 Club! Amber lives in Clitheroe, Lancashire, UK and is a single mum to two beautiful girls, ages one and 12. She shares, “I love travelling, meeting new people, and supporting my eldest daughter in her dreams to play for the England Netball team. My dad travelled a lot with his job when I was younger so I was fortunate enough to travel to Europe, the Caribbean, and the Seychelles. He was posted to Oman when I was 14, which really ignited my passion for travel and experiencing different cultures. I haven't travelled as much in recent years due to a lack of finances, but that is all changing now thanks to InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing.

“My journey to 20/20 has been slower than I'd have liked due to a bad relationship, which eventually led to him telling me to make a choice between him or my business. I chose PlanNet. I have believed in the company and our amazing leadership, both here in the UK and USA, from day one.  I was blessed to attend our Convention in Atlanta last year, where I learned so much and met the most lovely people.

“My top tip would be to stay plugged in to the IMV and Locker Room call, attend events, and talk to your upline and team every day. All these things have really helped me push through the bad days and show me the evidence that this business really works. Also, be persistent, keep following up, and know that you can't fail if you don't quit! This is only the start for me, and I'm excited for the future for me and my girls – next stop is my Directorship! Thank you PlanNet Marketing for giving me hope, and my sponsor, Three-Star Director Louise Gatland, for being my rock.

“A fun fact about me is that I worked in an aquarium when I was 16, and when I retire I want to volunteer in a marine conservation programme somewhere tropical!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER DENESHA BAILEY!

Denesha-Bailey-2020-headshot.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Denesha Bailey to the 20/20 Club! Denesha tells us, “I am a 28-year-old millenial and I am from Jamaica. I currently reside in the capital, Kingston. My interests include traveling, cooking, and doing volunteer work geared towards youth development.

“Regarding my travel experiences, after completing my undergraduate studies, I moved to Medellin, Colombia for a year to volunteer as an English language instructor. I have visited countries like Peru, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, United States, United Kingdom, Barbados, and Trinidad and Tobago for both business and pleasure. I love Latin America because of the people and their rich and vibrant culture.

“My success so far at PlanNet Marketing can be credited firstly to God, and secondly to what I call my 3Cs: Commitment, Consistency and Coachability.

  • Commitment: if you really desire success, you have to be completely dedicated to the process, no matter the challenges that arise. You have to give of yourself; your time, energy, you have to be all in.

  • Consistency: Not to sound cliché, but consistency is key. People are constantly watching and looking out for opportunities to improve their lives and financial circumstances. If you are inconsistent, then you could miss a lot of those opportunities.

  • Coachability: A lot of people tend to rely on their own knowledge and experiences to maneuver whichever environment they are in, which is quite natural. However, being coachable is about being open to guidance from those around you, especially those who have already attained a level of success in the business. A lot of us are too caught up in ourselves that we find it difficult to take action when we are guided to do so. This will hinder your success drastically because not everything will make sense to you, but when the evidence is there, then there is no need to question the ‘play.’

“My success was not a matter of chance; it was out of hard work and consistency. My encouragement to others is that if you want to get to the top, you have to be the hardest worker in the room. I’m up late at nights and early mornings working my business.

“Additionally, I try to capitalize on every seemingly ‘free’ minute I get in order to do something that will contribute in some way to the growth of my organisation. For example, during my lunch breaks at work, when I am stuck in traffic, if I’m in a queue at the bank; it doesn’t matter where…I no longer complain about the traffic jams in the mornings or evenings to get to work or to get home. I simply use that time to listen to an audiobook that we are reading, follow up with my BPs or prospects, or even do a quote for a client. I basically live and breathe my business!”
