CONGRATULATIONS TO DAVID FELGAR FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO JANITRESS MILES FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: ONE-STAR DIRECTOR RENELDA VICTOR
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Laplace, LA (25 miles west of New Orleans, LA). I am a mother of one amazingly smart daughter by the name of Rani who keeps me motivated to strive hard each day. I am newly engaged to my heaven sent soulmate. When you have been through the storm, the sun shines again one day! I love traveling and creating new memories that will last a lifetime, listening to music, and giving thanks back to God - He is the reason for my success! In my past life I worked in sales, banking, and the oil and gas industry.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet has helped me identify my true passion; it’s the only company in which I have ever desired to build a team. However, I don't look at it as building a team - I have grown to look at it as helping someone become financially free, or helping them gain time freedom as well as personal freedom! I've grown so much since I started my road to freedom; I wouldn't change it for the world!!
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My daughter drives and motivates me daily! My goal is for her college tuition to be paid in full so she doesn't have to worry about obtaining a loan to fund her way through.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would consider my parents to be my role models! My mother and father never showed us the real struggle as kids; they worked hard to make sure our needs were met. I greatly appreciate everything they did to raise me to be the woman I am today.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Motivated, Independent
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't give up on yourself - hard work and dedication will pay off in the end!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be a six-pushing-seven-figure income earner…traveling the world, helping one family at a time!

CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER LOUISE GATLAND!
MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ROSALIND CHEADLE!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Rosalind Cheadle to the 20/20 Club! Rosalind is originally from Arcadia, Oklahoma, born and raised. She tells us, “I am a wife to my very supportive husband, Dale Cheadle, and mother of four beautiful daughters! I also have four wonderful grandchildren - Malloree, Charlie, Maxwell, and Halaya!! (they are absolutely my Why) whom I truly adore. I've owned several traditional businesses, but I've always had a passion for travel. When I was introduced to PlanNet Marketing, it just made sense to me. I was already booking travel for my family and for others, and I knew other people who needed an additional stream of income. One thing that I would tell people that helped me get to the next level was to plug in. Being plugged into the calls and remaining coachable is key in this business. The next thing I would share is following up with prospects and having a huge list. Also, never forget your Why and keep it written down where you can see it every day.
“We've always been a family that loves to travel. My husband and I wanted to give the gift of experience to our children. One very special memory for me was the cruises I planned for our 23rd wedding anniversary. One daughter (Cynphony) was graduating from high school, one daughter (Harmonniey) was graduating from law school! And my other daughter (Meladee) was graduating from pastry school! Last but not least, my baby girl (Lyric) was graduating from 8th grade!! We went to Jamaica and took our entire family! I’ve always wanted to show my children the world! With this opportunity, I will be able to show them and others.
“My goal is to help as many families as I can to have the same opportunity to not just experience travel as a merchant but to leave a legacy for their families. I'm so grateful to Mr. Donald Bradley for his vision and to my sponsor, Sharonda Johnson, and my Director, Dexter Grier, for all of their coaching and support. And last but definitely not least, my thanks to my loving husband, my rock, for everything he does to support our dreams!!”
MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS CRYSTAL AND CEDRIC OWENS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Crystal and Cedric Owens to the 20/20 Club! Crystal shares, “Cedric and I met while attending FAMU obtaining our Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees. Cedric was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and I am from Louisville, KY - we’re a match made in heaven! After graduating we relocated to Louisville, where we both work as healthcare executives, raise five-year-old twins, and spend a lot of time with various youth mentoring organizations. We truly believe in growing the next generation of leaders. We both enjoy spending time with family and friends, we LOVE traveling, and building a secure financial future for generations to come. Over the years we’ve had the pleasure of traveling to St. Lucia, Italy, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Greece, Aruba, Jamaica, Bahamas, as well as several places within the U.S. We have since realized that nothing beats traveling as a travel business owner! Success with this business doesn’t come without work.
“We believe the following has led to our success so far:
Being fearless, believing in ourselves, and being willing to learn as we grow (you won’t know everything on day one).
Staying connected to our mentors, coaches, and plugging in to the plethora of trainings offered by the best company on the PlanNet.
Working together as a team and leveraging our individual strengths. (I’m a GREEN/YELLOW blend, and he is a RED!!!)
Leading our team by example and having frequent communication to help them achieve their goals.
“One fun fact about us is that starting this business has been a new adventure; we have grown closer by using our “free time” to work our business. We have a goal of visiting all 50 states, as well as over 100 countries during our lifetime. We look forward to planning more travel adventures for clients as well as our young family.”
COMPLIANCE CORNER
Here’s more "Scary Truths from PlanNet Marketing." The truth about following the Policies and Procedures and remaining legal and ethical in your business dealings can be very scary, but with a few tips and a healthy dose of knowledge, your PlanNet Marketing business won’t elicit fear in the hearts of you or your business partners.
Know the Rules, TEACH the Rules
*BRRRING, BRRRING* The phone rings and it’s your new team member, the one who was so excited to get started and just sold their first ITA. They got an email from PlanNet Marketing Compliance because they broke a rule and they have until tomorrow at noon to reply. Even worse, the Rep is telling you that they did EXACTLY what you taught them to do, and it’s not compliant. What do you do now!? *Duh, duh, DUUUUUUUUUUH*
Here at PlanNet Marketing, we advocate a business that is compliant and duplicatable – follow the rules and teach others to do the same. Step one is to always KNOW the rules yourself. Step two is to TEACH your team!
How are your teaching skills? Are you uninformed about PlanNet’s Policies and Procedures and unknowingly teaching your bad habits to your team? What if you are teaching your team to BREAK THE RULES and you don’t even know it!?
Per our Policies and Procedures, every Rep is responsible for knowing and following our rules. But Reps are also responsible for training their team! Don’t duplicate your business until you’re confident that you understand and are following the rules.
If you or a member of your team gets an email from PlanNet Marketing Compliance, it can feel scary. Just be responsible and respectful in your response and we will be respectful and as helpful as we can. The PlanNet Marketing team is ON YOUR SIDE! We want you to succeed. If you got an email, it’s probably just asking for you to make a change to become compliant. Please make sure you respond to the email in a timely fashion. There’s no need to call your upline Director and have them call in and speak to me. You are responsible for your business and the best way to take responsibility is to own up to your mistake (whether you knew it was wrong or not) and then learn from it and move forward. In matters of compliance, it is important for the Company to have a written record of the matter. Yes, it can feel scary – but together we can take your business out of the spooky shadows and into the light of complete compliance.
-- The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: DEREK REYNOLDS
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in NYC, New York. I am currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. I enjoy amusement parks, playing cards, going to the gym, spending time with family, and I used to be a professional bowler.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I used to be a little bit of a wallflower and was not too sure about my abilities as a leader. After joining PlanNet Marketing, I knew I was born to lead. My confidence and posture has soared through the roof and my customer service skills are vastly greater than when I was in corporate America.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Wanting to be the best. I want to be a member of the 60/60 Club.I want to be a leader that my team can be proud of, as well as be able to say that I pushed them to their limits and beyond and they themselves broke through their own confidence barriers.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Alfred Ingram - his compassion for people is without bounds. He is always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it and his work ethic is one I am trying to emulate.
Natalie Graham - her hard work in such a short amount of time encourages me to know that I have a lot of work to do in my organization. Her kindness shows that just because you have a certain status and wealth does not stop you from being real and genuine, especially to people she doesn't know. Through their examples, I try to help as many people as possible and enjoy seeing others succeed.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Compassionate, Mentor
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and start being excited of what could go right!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
To be a Five-Star Director in PlanNet Marketing. I want to be in a position to open up a real homeless shelter, where we will have doctors on staff to help clean up our residents, then have teachers on staff to help those achieve their GED, high school diploma, or some type of trade certification. I want to have some employers on board to help employ the individuals who pass the program and then have a housing program for those who have completed at least 90 days of continuous work.
I want to really help those who are less fortunate. That is why I really love this opportunity; it has allowed me to dream harder and to realize that I can turn those dreams into REALITY!!
TOP 10 RACE TO THREE-STAR!
MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR ROSALIND GARRARD!
Welcome Rosalind Garrard, one of PlanNet Marketing’s newest One-Star Directors! Rosalind tells us that she lives in a little village called Beeston in Norfolk, UK. It's beautiful, very rural, and quiet. It is around two and half hours from London and only 30 minutes from the beautiful City of Norwich.
Rosalind says, “I obviously love traveling with my family and we are slightly addicted to Disney World and have been blessed to have been able to go a few times in Florida and also in Paris, France. I also am a volunteer for an amazing charity called SWAN (Syndromes Without a Name), as my youngest child has an undiagnosed genetic disorder which has left her severely disabled.
“We travel every year as a family across Europe from the Greek Islands through to mainland Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Germany, Poland, Menorca, (my goal is to visit every country) and we have been to Florida a few times. We also go to the International Christmas Markets which is so much fun to try new foods and buy unique presents. My kids love to travel which makes it all a little easier!”
When asked how she achieved success, she relates, “My success is not mine. I am blessed to have an amazing team who are in this with me and growing as well. With this business you already have the tools to grow your business, so use them. Like our getting started training, watch and re-watch the business presentation – this helps you talk about the business. Get people in front of the Directors of our industry. Let them talk for you. Don’t try and reinvent the wheel. My BIGGEST tip I can ever give you is always work on yourself. You are your biggest asset in this business, so ensure you’re in tip-top form. I have learned this last year that my mindset needed adjusting and my health needed my attention. Also make sure you are willing to grow in your trade.Be willing to be coachable and approachable. DO everything with a smile.
“I share this amazing business with everyone. It's okay if they say ‘No’ because at the end of the day, if they don’t join me, they can book travel through me!! I encourage everyone who joins me to get three, repeat and teach. My leaders are amazing and growing their own empires as well. We have fun along the way.
“A fun fact about me: I am currently learning British Sign Language and loving it. I am going to add another way to communicate, including with my daughter.”
MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER STEPHANIE CLOUTIER!
PlanNet Marketing welcomes Stephanie Cloutier to the 20/20 Club! Stephanie is originally from Waltham, MA, but has lived in Windham, Maine since 2003. She has a passion for travel and the outdoors and loves camping, boating, cooking and vacationing in the Caribbean islands. She says, “I have always enjoyed researching vacations and reviews of all inclusive resorts in warm tropical places. I have kind of always been the "go to" person when my family wants to know where to book their next cruise or all inclusive vacation. My husband and I are obsessed with the Caribbean. We have been everywhere from St.Thomas to Belize to Cozumel to the Dominican Republic. Jamaica is our favorite! We have been to the island five times with many more visits to come. It wasn't a surprise to anyone that I specialized in Jamaica travel first! Negril is hands down our "One Love." We were married in Ocho Rios in 2014 right before my husband, Master Sergeant Jason Bowen, was deployed to Afghanistan. Fortunately, he returned home six months later and we then booked another trip to Jamaica!
“I have been with PlanNet Marketing since February 2018. I attribute my success to always having had a desire to be an entrepreneur, mixed with the perfect opportunity. I had been in network marketing for just over two years, dabbling in other companies, before I found PlanNet Marketing and the travel agent opportunity. I could not believe it! It was like a dream come true! I immediately stopped promoting the other product I was selling and starting spreading the word to all my friends and family on Facebook about this incredible opportunity! I went LIVE on Facebook almost immediately!
“I believe my success comes from the passion and the excitement that I have for this business that shows in my social media news feed. I'm super consistent with giving value to my Facebook page as I spread the word of travel and opportunity on my wall and in social media groups. In June, I offered a private training for other agents on Facebook for a 30-day blitz (intense business push). I had almost 150 travel agents follow my June training as they began to implement some of the social media marketing strategies I had learned over the past two years. Others found it helpful as I taught a few really important tips for being successful - be consistent - you can't grow a successful business if you’re ALWAYS starting and stopping. Always be adding and talking to new people! This is network marketing! You need to always be growing your network. Be authentic and genuine and engage with others; don't always just be out for a sale! Get to know others, find out why they may need or want this financial and time freedom opportunity in their lives. Lastly, follow up! If you don't follow up with potentials who are open to your opportunity, you will never grow your team! The fortune is in the follow-up.
“One of the BIGGEST reasons that I have achieved rapid success in this business is that I'm a firm believer in personal development. I listen to audiobooks in my car daily, which is a very valuable thing for those with little time! Your success will never surpass your personal development! I'm also part of social media coaching groups, which I think really helps me plug into the best ways to use these types of platforms to attract others to your business. Ray Higdon is one of my favorite social media gurus and I follow him frequently. Personal development is absolutely part of my success and I'm pretty sure no one can be successful without it.
“A fun fact about me: I'm currently a full time nurse. When I started network marketing in 2016, I was given the nickname "NurseStephy" on Instagram. It stuck with me to this day, and most people know me as NurseStephy!
MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER IRIS MCKOY!
PlanNet Marketing welcomes Iris McKoy to the 20/20 Club! Iris is from Snow Hill, a small town located in Eastern North Carolina. She has lived in the Raleigh-Durham area for 30 years but within the past two years has relocated to Goldsboro, NC. Iris tells us, “I love spending that quiet time with God, my son, and family. I love music and I play the flute in the Ensemble Music Ministry at my church. I love to travel and I love helping others.
“I have traveled to various states throughout the United States and I love to experience different cultures. One of my fondest memories is when I traveled with my son when he was chosen to study abroad for two weeks in Europe. We toured London, Paris, and Rome. It was an amazing experience to explore the different cultures and allowed for us to appreciate life even more.”
Iris shares her path to success: “There are three things that have allowed for me to be successful so far. The first is to follow the process. There is an AWESOME process that is already put in place for us - all we have to do is follow it. This is stressed to us from the very beginning. We have all heard the phrase, “If it’s not broke, don’t try and fix it!” Well, PlanNet Marketing isn’t broken, so why try and fix it. They have the documented evidence that their system works. Secondly is self-development. It is imperative to take a ‘GUT CHECK’ (in my Director Orlando Moore’s voice) inventory of yourself. I know there are things I can improve upon, and the only way I can improve is to be transparent with myself and allow those who are trying to help me get to the next level be transparent with me as well. These things may not always make you or me feel good and they aren’t supposed to! But in order to get to where we want to be in life, being transparent is one of the most important things necessary to becoming successful. Thirdly, always keep your WHY in front of you - the reason that you got started in this business in the first place. This is and should be the reason that makes you cry and the reason that will never make you quit!!
“The things that helped me most are being coachable, teachable, trainable, and staying plugged in to my sponsors and upline Directors. I allowed for them to stretch me even when I felt uncomfortable with being stretched. I realized that since I was new to network marketing, I needed to trust my upline to help me achieve where I wanted to be.
“A fun fact about me: I played the flute in high school. I hadn’t played in over 25 years but when asked to be the leader of our Ensemble Music Ministry at my church about two years ago, I taught myself how to play again in two weeks!”
