Phyllis tells us she was born and raised in Orangeburg, SC, where she grew up the second of five children in their middle class family. “I am the mother of four: LaToya, Steven, Robert, and Maia, and have five beautiful grandchildren. Four of my children are also in the business. 

“I am a licensed civil engineer and realtor. However, I love music! Any kind of music! And line dancing is one of my favorite hobbies. Traveling is my absolute passion. I love the beach more than anything! I plan to visit a beach on all seven continents. I have traveled to Austria, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and parts of the Caribbean. I am planning to visit Cameroon, London, and France in the near future. 

“I love my life and I live every day to the fullest! I wholeheartedly believe in a quote penned by Dr. Maya Angelou. She said, ‘We make a living by what we get. PlanNet Marketing has changed my life beyond my wildest dreams!!! I’m a Southern belle born and raised in Greenville, SC by an amazing woman who is my number one supporter!!! I’m married with a phenomenal 11-year-old son and a bonus daughter!! My son was part of the reason I decided to find something I could do from home part-time, because five years ago our lives were all over the place and he demanded more time from me! I was able to retire at the age of 25 and literally two years later, PlanNet crossed my path!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining this company, I’ve faced a lot of fears doing things I never knew I could do! I’ve been able to develop into the leader I’ve run from for years! This company has helped me help families all over the world make an additional income and travel abundantly! I’ve grown to take life in the palm of my hands and run with it while enjoying life to the fullest!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family motivates me and the need to never go back to the lifestyle we used to live helps drive me to wake up each day and work my business...no matter the goals I’ve already accomplished.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Donald Bradley inspires me every day! Hearing him talk about the goals he has for this company, his family and our families, just put a fire in my belly like no other!

Nurturing, fun, inspiring.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t let someone tell you what you can and can’t do! You are powerful, you are amazing, and whatever you set your mind to you can accomplish!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my life is going to continue to grow and upgrade, and I will help every individual accomplish generational wealth, residual income, and travel more.

Who Can Be A Rep?

Being a Rep with PlanNet Marketing is an exciting and potentially lucrative opportunity. I know you want to tell ANYONE and EVERYONE about this special business position. You should, too! Share the PlanNet Marketing business with all. But, keep in mind that there are a few rules about who can be a Rep. 

1) Legal Age. You have to be at least 18 years old to enroll as a PlanNet Marketing Rep. Please don't enroll anyone underage. 

2) Country of Residence. To be a Rep, you have to reside in a country where PlanNet is open for business (and be legally allowed to work there). This doesn't mean you can be a legal citizen of a country where we do business and live in another country. You must live in a country where PlanNet is legally allowed to operate. We're open for business in so many countries already, and we are always on the lookout for new markets!

3) Provide Tax Info. US residents are required to provide their Social Security number to verify their identity and pay any taxes associated with PlanNet Marketing earnings. Foreign Reps may submit a waiver stating they aren't required to pay US Federal taxes.

4) Agree to Follow the Rules. As a new Rep, you'll be required to agree to PlanNet's rules and policies – Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy – these are all collectively referred to as the Independent Rep Agreement or IR Agreement. Each person must agree to these before becoming a Rep.

As you can see, it's super easy to qualify to be a Rep. Just please make sure that you are following these guidelines when enrolling Reps. Knowingly allowing someone to enroll as a Rep who doesn't meet these qualifications puts PlanNet Marketing at risk legally. Let's protect the PlanNet and our future!

Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Shenila Hill Rodriguez! Shenila tells us, “I come from humble beginnings. Before I became of age to attend school, I lived in a small town called Shallotte, NC. After my father passed, my mother moved me and my three sisters to Wilmington, NC. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years in Wilmington. I watched my mother work hard as a single parent to provide for us. I was determined to go to college so I could let her know her hard work was not in vain. After graduating high school, I attended college at Johnson C. Smith University. Upon graduating from college, I worked for a large telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC. My job ultimately transferred me to Atlanta, GA in 1992. I have been living in Atlanta for 28 years. 

“I like sports, especially basketball and football. When I was growing up, my mom, sisters and I would gather around the television and watch ACC basketball. It was fun watching teams play all season long with the anticipation of seeing who would ultimately win the championship. I also like being involved in the community. I love giving back to others, so I dedicate a lot of time to helping non-profit organizations serve the community.

“I love to travel. Travel broadens your horizons and makes you a more well-rounded person. I like seeing the differences in how people from other parts of the world, and even the United States, live their lives. I also enjoy seeing the beauty of the world. My most memorable travel experience occurred when I traveled to Dubai a few years ago. It was amazing; Dubai is one of the most fascinating cities in the world. Beautiful real estate and tourism drive the robust economy. The city is literally miles and miles of innovative and over-the-top development. A fascinating experience was going to the top of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and looking at the incredible views stretching into the Persian Gulf.

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by using a combination of building a strong team, a heavy focus on coaching and developing new team members, staying focused during these times, and duplication deep into the matrix as keys to my success. Using a team-based approach to introduce people to this amazing opportunity works extremely well in compressing your timeframe to reach Directorship. I instill in my business partners how important it is to work as a team because you accomplish more as a team than you ever would working alone. A lot of our success has come from several business partners coming together and doing joint business showcases. This is particularly successful when several business partners in the same downline come together to host a business showcase because everyone’s matrix grows when new business partners join. Because we are consistent with using a team-based approach, we can expose a larger number of people to this opportunity in a short amount of time.

“I believe winning with people never stops. You must win with people BEFORE they come into your organization and you must win with people AFTER they join the organization. We place a lot of focus on coaching and developing our new business partners and showing them the value of what they purchased and how to use the tools and process to build their teams. I study my genealogy and I constantly ask questions about who has joined our organization. I take time to understand who they are and what goals they are trying to achieve in this business. We are very intentional about identifying team members who are serious about building a business, not just in their words but in their actions. We show them how to use our team-based approach to build their teams. Our team-based model, with a heavy focus on duplication, has a multiplying effect on growing our organization in a compressed time frame.

“We have continued to build fast even amid these times. We capitalized on the fact that many people are at home and have more time to join a Zoom call to hear about this amazing opportunity. We quickly found we were able to expose a large number of people to this information by doing multiple Zoom calls every single day. People may not be open to hearing about travel right now, but people are always open to hearing about how to create financial freedom for their families. Our messaging places a lot of emphasis on creating financial freedom and multiple streams of income. This message resonates with a lot of people, especially in this current environment where we are all particularly vulnerable to job loss. A message I constantly deliver to my team is if you want to get paid nine levels deep, you must build nine levels deep. To that end, I instill how important it is to duplicate what we do throughout all levels of the matrix. Without duplication, your organization will not grow, and neither will your paycheck.

“And finally, we treat this business like it is a business. Most of us have worked hard to help corporations build their businesses. We recognize we must work just as hard to build our own businesses. To that end, we subscribe to the principles of John Maxwell – we don’t just buy the dream; we also buy the journey. 1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
​I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. I lived in San Diego all my life, except for the four years I was in the Army right after I graduated from high school. I have been married to my husband, Sam, for nine years. I have two sons and two grandchildren. We love to travel and create family memories.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I retired three years ago from the San Diego Unified School District where I served as a school principal. The PlanNet opportunity has allowed me to grow and personally develop my leadership skill set. The training and mentorship received in the last three years have been phenomenal. I have never received such training in my 31 years in the school system.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am motivated by the opportunity to help others, as well as myself, to leave legacies for our families. I am grateful that we are able to create substantial financial security for our families long after we leave this earth.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Eileen Ross is my role model. I follow her leadership because I am confident Director Ross is following Mr. Bradley’s leadership. I admire her work ethic and I aspire to have the same level of motivation and to be as committed to excellence as Director Ross.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Committed, Focused, Optimistic.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Stay plugged in. Learn all you can, but know and understand that you will never know everything about the industry. Be a continuous learner and follow your Success Coach. He or she has experienced everything you are going through and can help you navigate and understand what you must do to be a successful leader.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be a multiple six-figure earner. I will support thousands of team members in achieving success. I will continue to grow personally as well as professionally. My grandchildren will be exposed to other cultures around the world.
