PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Judy Harris Van-Dyke to the 20/20 Club! Judy was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana and moved to Indianapolis, IN after graduating from nursing school. She then moved to Atlanta, GA for four years, and now resides in a small town 20 miles outside of Indianapolis called Pittsboro.

She shares, “My interests are music, singing, movies, and bowling. I love God and am active at my church with the intercessors prayer team. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and I am still working full time. My business is very important to me, and I love helping people.

“I've been to the Bahamas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Texas, Arizona, New York, and Universal Studios. I have a desire to visit Paris, Tahiti, the Holy Lands, Greece, London, Hawaii, Switzerland, Australia, Africa, and so many other beautiful places. I guess you could say I want to travel the world.

“I have achieved success by listening to my success coach Ms. JP Watkins, staying plugged in to all the training calls, and attending company events; also helping my team through duplication of the PS3 system, promoting to them the importance of being on the training calls, and attending company events. I don't meet strangers; I am very open and passionate about my business, and the vision Mr. Bradley has. I do my best to share this awesome business model with everyone I come in contact with. Even though I work a full time job five days a week, I do something towards my business every day. My daily goal is 10 calls every day; this helps create a habit.

“To have success in this business you must be disciplined, consistent, relentless, coachable, and willing to learn and work on yourself nonstop. One of the most important tips I can offer is don't quit -  avoid distractions like the plague!!! Distractions will cause you to lose your focus and take you off the path to your success. Remember, there are even good distractions that you feel will help you by doing a lot of "BUSY WORK,” but if it’s not income producing, it should be avoided. Last but not least, don't make excuses - they will get you nowhere. You can make excuses or you can make money…it’s your choice.

“A fun fact about me? My age and my weight are mysteries, I always win at amusement parks when they try to guess my age or my weight. I don't look my age, and I don't look my weight. Probably the funniest thing you may chuckle at is I'll ride anything on the ground, but if it is going up...I am not getting on.”

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Angela Pierce to the 20/20 Club! Angela was born and raised in Uniontown, Alabama, and graduated from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. She later moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi to attend graduate school at the University of Southern Mississippi. During her Psychology internship, she lived in Roanoke, Virginia and worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs. For several years, she has been a resident of Hattiesburg, MS, and worked in church ministry for 12 years as a Director in Congregational Care, Assimilation, and Data Analysis. Angela has one son who is married, in the military, and a private pilot…and one adorable grandson.

Angela says, “My interests include learning new things, helping others discover their purpose, and traveling to adventurous places. I have traveled to many places including the Bahamas, Niagara Falls, Yellowstone National Park, Disney World, Las Vegas, and several other states. I look forward to experiencing even more because of this amazing opportunity.

“I am achieving success by remaining coachable, consistent, and passionate. I have a very supportive family and a team that is committed to helping others achieve success through opportunity meetings, travel parties, and other events. The leadership that I receive from my upline Directors and from following the system has been life-changing for me. I am achieving success because I am intrinsically motivated by my reasons why, which are to leave a legacy for my family, serve the needs of hurting families, and attain personal freedom for myself.

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in San Diego, CA and I am still here! I am a divorced mother of three, with five grandchildren. I love listening to music, spending time with my family, traveling, and empowering people. Sometimes helping people just enables them.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since I joined PlanNet over three years ago, I am more centered in my life and have found my purpose. After my divorce, I lost a lot and life punched me! I was living from paycheck to paycheck, visiting check cashing centers on a regular, just to keep afloat. I was too prideful to ask anyone for help. I have found "Robin" again! I have become the responsible person I was raised to be financially and personally. My credit went from 500 to 700+ since joining PlanNet! My personal development in dealing with others, through the amazing books such as Relentless, Building an Empire, and 10 Distinctions, has given me a posture within my business and in my personal life that is touching my family and friends. They see me and ask what I am doing. I gladly share.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My motivation is my family. I want to retire my mom, and show my children the better way to not just have life, but to LIVE LIFE to the fullest while helping others do the same. My Dad passed in 2008 and he was my biggest fan. I want to continue his legacy of helping as many people as I can. He was a LEADER.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I actually have two! My Mom is my role model because she is amazing, loves unconditionally, has never complained about working, and always taught us to do what we do with joy and to the best of our ability. My second role model is my mentor, Eileen Ross. She showed me how to take the seemingly bad events in your life and turn them into triumphant events through success by helping others get what they want…assuring you will get what you want without even trying. They both model integrity, dignity and respect every day.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Passionate, Competitive, Assertive.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice to anyone would be to never let your past or your current circumstances define your future. Everyone in this business has had "life" happen, so never think you are on this road alone. On this PlanNet, we reach out and down to make sure everyone makes it to the top. No man left behind…unless they QUIT. Stop getting distracted by the things that have nothing to do with your goals.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
God willing, five years from now I will be a top leader modeling all three freedoms and helping to create other top leaders to assist Mr. Bradley in eradicating poverty. I am going to enjoy this life that God has given me through PlanNet Marketing.

Amid the March Madness contest chaos and PlanNet growing like crazy – you might feel overwhelmed and maybe a little out of your league. Have you made that first sale? Did you feel excited about trying to make three sales and earn a March Madness baseball? Or did you feel defeated every time you heard the word “no?”

It’s easy to look at social media and the Reps surrounding you and feel as though everyone is winning but you – that just isn’t true! YOU ARE A WINNER. You can succeed. You can do this too.

Stop comparing yourself and your business to others and their business. You are unique. Your time and schedule are different from theirs. I’m not saying you should give yourself a pass and stop trying – quite the opposite. I’m saying stop watching and start doing. Just take one step forward. Don’t feel like you have to do it all. Just do something, do ONE THING. I promise you, it will make a difference.

Choose to ONLY sell ITAs, or ONLY recruit Reps. Choose to ONLY work your business for an hour a day or to ONLY attend meetings and events on the weekends (when you don’t have to get up early for work the next day).

Will you become a Director in six months? No, probably not. Will you become a millionaire in a year or even two years? Nope. But that doesn’t mean you won’t be growing and building and laying the foundation to do more as you’re able. You can still be selling and earning some money on the side without feeling the pressure to move mountains.

Our field leaders, Top Income Earners, Directors and Directors-in-Training will all be there pushing you to do the best you can – and they will expect a lot from you! But if you’re feeling discouraged and feel like you can’t do it all - don’t give up! Choose to take one small step at a time. You can do this! You CAN!
