PlanNet Cares Is Coming To The DC/MD/VA Area On Saturday, March 3

With your help on March 3, we can raise awareness and work together to provide
needed supplies to homeless women and children living in shelters.

It’s simple! You, your family, business partners, and associates can assist by donating cleaning supplies. Individuals from around the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas who attend the Baltimore PlanNet Marketing Super Saturday on March 3 will drop off supplies prior to the Opportunity Meeting and Training. Donated items will be collected between 9 am -10 am and after the event has ended. Baltimore area Directors will store the items and deliver them early to the shelter on  Wednesday, April 4, before Convention setup begins.

The shelter requests and needs the following: Bleach wipes, bleach spray, bleach detergent, liquid detergent, powder detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, dish detergent, all-purpose cleaners, sponges, vinyl or latex protective gloves, window/glass cleaner, and air fresheners.

***Please make sure your items are bagged tightly to prevent spills and leakage.

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: THREE-STAR DIRECTOR LETORIA MAYBERRY

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I am a native of Athens, AL and a veritable force of creativity, drive and passion. The youngest of four siblings and a graduate of Oakwood College, I am a contracting officer by day with the United States Army Department of Defense/Counternarcotics Terrorism Program. I utilize all of my God-given gifts to make a profound difference in society. I wear many hats in the community, as well my personal life. I am a single mother of a 23-year-old daughter, co-owner of Signature Events by L’SKY, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated, co-founder of Models for Jesus Christ, and I serve as youth director at my church, New Beginnings MB Church. I am also CEO of “Winner In Me,” a ministry that helps fund a shelter for battered women and children, and I am a strong advocate for female empowerment. This shelter provides a temporary, safe and secure respite where women will be strengthened and empowered to start a new life.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much personally. I have learned what it truly means to be uncomfortable and push outside of my comfort zone. I have learned to continue to stand steadfast and continue to move despite what life throws my way.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me are my daughter, my parents, and the people I have partnered with.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role models are my parents, because they truly have defined what it means to beat the odds. Their love for people and willingness to help anyone they come in contact with is unmatched. They have instilled in me the power of prayer and keeping God first. Their walk with Christ made me hunger to know God for myself.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Bold, Determined, Persistent

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
It doesn't matter what your past is and where you have been..What truly matters is your vision for the future! Know that you can start late, look different, be uncertain, and still succeed‼ I’m just getting started!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Within the next five years, I will retire from the government and become full time in this industry. I will fulfill my God-given passion to serve, and open up a halfway house for battered women and children - to teach them the importance of self-love, entrepreneurship, financial stewardship, and to aid them to get back on their feet and into society, where they can give back to other. EACH one REACH one!!

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR ARIEN RAGSTER!

One of PlanNet Marketing’s newest Directors is Arien Ragster, who was born and raised and lives in Shreveport, LA. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, helping people, volunteering with her church, sorority, and in her community. While pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Southern University (studying the global complexities of foreign business trade agreements), Arien visited Beijing, Suzhou, and Shanghai, visited the Great Wall of China, and the Forbidden City. She also tried many Chinese delicacies!

Arien relates, “I know that the success I achieved was truly a team effort. I continued to remain coachable and allowed my personal sponsors and coaches, Directors Lynn and Marcus Hendricks, along with Directors Gregory Scott and Orlanda Moore and other phenomenal leaders, continue to coach, train, and develop me to better serve and help the team and our clients. I also networked and connected with accountability partners in an effort to remain accountable for achieving my goals. 

“I always keep my "Why" in front of me, especially when life throws curve balls my way - which is to leave a legacy for my two daughters. I also plug into the system and expose my business consistently to help more families in their quest for personal, time, and financial freedom. I also reach out to other business partners to leverage their time and talents to have market share across the PlanNet. We have an amazing organization and the culture, professionalism, and posture of the leaders in this organization were attributes that I wanted to emulate and then duplicate. Congratulations to new One-Star Director and new 60/60 Club member Korrey Alexander! Korrey is originally from Magnolia, AR but currently resides with his wife, Two-Star Director Latashia Alexander and their two teens. Korrey loves anything sports, more specifically hunting and football. He is an avid fan of motorcycles and fishing as well.  

Korrey tells us, “Travel is not a new thing for me. As former military, I had the privilege of being stationed overseas and experienced several different countries. The opportunity to join a business doing something we love (travel) has afforded us the opportunity to experience places that we have only dreamed of!

“As one of a dynamic duo, success has been a dual effort on the part of myself and my wife. She's the conductor and I'm the train that keeps it all together. When she first started this business, I wasn't a full believer until the Convention last year in September. Seeing the minority of business partner spouses chatting with Mr. Bradley and seeing my wife recognized for her hard work as the top recruiter made me realize I could do more. It means we are together. And I love when I see genuine unity demonstrated as it was during the last Women in Black event held in Atlanta, GA. A play was called and the women came together in unity and strength to pour into our PlanNet women. Each leading lady spoke from their experience to reach the single moms, the retired women, the young (millennial) ladies, and the women who are overwhelmed and out of balance. Genuine care and compassion were demonstrated. I am excited to see the women rise again in unity. Each one help one is how we win. There is and always will be strength in unity.

All I can say is this weekend was epic!!! 600 women from all over the PlanNet! They came with their cups empty so we could pour into them! It was an honor to serve the masses! History was made this weekend and I was humbled to be able to serve with the other top ladies in the industry! We are just getting started!!!

Can you say EPIC?? 600 Women touched down in Houston to change their lives! PlanNet Marketing making history! We said 2018 would be EPIC! Get right or get left! 

Reflecting on this weekend; epic, life changing, unforgettable…yes, when people say never underestimate the power of a woman - I would agree. HOWEVER, when you have beauty, brains, professionalism, compassion, and wealth, we women are unstoppable!! I love these women!! 

I went to a seminar on Saturday that was really priceless, and it has changed my views completely about my product and network marketing. There were some very powerful speakers and leaders. If you were there you will know what I mean and agree with me that we should not only come to the event, but implement what we have learned. I am in a learning and implementing mode! For it to work it has to duplicate!

About this weekend...the PlanNet Marketing Women in Black Event was EPIC! It was amazing to see 600 entrepreneurial women in one room with the same common goal.  I challenged each businesswoman to take her business to the next level in 2018. There were so many phenomenal women in one room.

600 strong beautiful Women in Black represented in H-town this weekend!!! The love and sisterly unity was beyond expectation!!! 

This was an amazing event - Women In Black. This was a life-changing event and I know that God has me in the right company. I have never been around so many professional, motivated, educated women ready and about their business. I am ready and motivated. 

I want to tip my hat to PlanNet Marketing's leading ladies. The Women in Black training was EXCEPTIONAL!!  “If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.”

Parallel and across the country while we celebrated Women in Black in Houston, our Men in Black Atlanta was held at the same exact time! I am so excited to be a partnership with such a phenomenal group of men who are focused on conversations to involve being fathers, husbands, loved ones…and how they will continue to successfully work together and most importantly build international empires throughout the PlanNet!

You own your own business – you are an Independent Marketing Representative for PlanNet Marketing. This means you make your own hours, do your own marketing, and pay your own taxes. There’s no “time clock” or “hourly wage with tax withholding” or “employee handbook.” The time freedom, financial freedom and personal freedom this arrangement affords is what draws so many of our Reps to start a business with PlanNet Marketing. But just because you’re in the business of you, doesn’t mean you’re all alone.
 
No business is an island!

Even when you own your own business, you are in partnership with others – other businesses and other people. Your behavior, your work ethic, your motivation or lack thereof, affects those others. To protect our Reps (you and your team as well as other Reps and their teams) and to protect PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel – there are some rules we’ve put into place. These rules are the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures.

Some of you have never been a business owner before. You may not think you should be required to follow the rules of other companies – PlanNet or InteleTravel. You may not be concerned with what others think of your social media posts or your website or your marketing materials. You may not even respond to requests for your attention to business matters. These are things that all business owners will learn eventually, but to help you out, I’m telling you today – those things are IMPORTANT to running a successful and prosperous business.

As a business owner with PlanNet Marketing, it is your responsibility to follow PlanNet’s rules and United States federal laws as well as any local laws for your country, region or city. Our rules begin by encouraging our Reps to always behave in a professional manner, putting forth their best effort to be positive, peaceful, and encouraging to those whom they meet while doing PlanNet business. This means if you’re speaking to someone about PlanNet or its owners or employees or other Reps – you say kind, positive, and professional things. Don’t cuss, don’t gossip, don’t air your negative feelings about a bad experience.

Are you ALLOWED to do and say anything you please? Of course! You ARE the owner of your business. However, if you choose to conduct your business in an unprofessional way, not following rules, not behaving in an ethical manner, or choosing not to respond to requests for your attention to your business – there are consequences. I won’t outline them all here today, but I would encourage you to view the “Disciplinary Sanctions” section of the Policies and Procedures. There you will find an extensive list of the consequences for not properly, professionally managing your business. CUSTOMER SUPPORT Q&A

Q:   How do I update information on my account?

A:  When updating information on your account, you must notify both parties separately. Once your account is created, the system will no longer replicate changes between the REP portion and the ITA portion.

For changes to the REP account, you can log into your Virtual Office for PlanNet and make those changes or contact support at 470-443-9330.

For changes to your ITA portion, you can log into your ITA account with InteleTravel and make those changes there or contact support at 800-873-5353.
