Watch for your bio in future editions of PlanNetNow!

Recognition is very important and we hope this new format shows how much we value our 20/20 Club Members! Congratulations to everyone who has achieved this very important level in your PlanNet business!

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ALICIA BLACK!

Black031919.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Alicia Black to the 20/20 Club! Alicia is from Columbia, SC, moved to Florida in 2000 to attend college, and was transferred back to Georgia by a previous employer in 2009. She currently resides in Loganville, GA. Alicia shares, “My interests include spending time with my family, as they are the number one priority in my life. I also enjoy cooking, skating, reading books, writing poetry, watching movies, playing cards, walks in the park, and playing basketball and kickball. I love God and trap music!

“I have been to Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Jamaica; Grand Cayman Islands; the Bahamas; Havana, Cuba; Cancun, Mexico; Dominican Republic; Los Cabos, Mexico; San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have also traveled to Las Vegas, Orlando, Tennessee, Chicago, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Virginia, North Carolina, Miami, Texas, Mississippi, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida!

“I have achieved success in my business by eliminating the excuses and matching my words with action and effort. It is important that you set business goals and get uncomfortable to reach them. One of my mentors, Orlanda Moore, said it best, ‘There is no success without sacrifice.’ I work my business every day. My everyday struggles motivate me to go harder in my business. I also had to understand how important it is to have business patience…less me and more God. This opportunity allows me to live in my truth and empower the masses, and I owe it to my family and my business partners to continue to serve. My business partners, turned family, stretch me daily. It’s amazing to have people connected to you that desire to see you win. Continue to watch me as I work my way from the back of the room, on stage leading thousands. Always remember to envision it, speak it, write it, pray over it, and watch it manifest.

“To have success in this business you have to understand the value of your business. Travel, share your experiences, live out loud. Remain focused, driven, consistent, relentless, coachable, and constantly work on a better version of yourself. Get an accountability partner who pushes you and speak life over your business. I am forever grateful for One-Star Director Rakettia Mason and the relationships we've built through this business. I am under the leadership of Natalie Graham, who has a team of Directors who constantly give their best to the BIG team. Watching the growth of our team shows me daily anything is possible if you choose faith over fear.

“I'm in love with my family; I am the oldest of six kids, no children, and one niece. My only fear in life is letting my family down. I work extremely hard to ensure my siblings and niece will always have someone to be proud of in me.”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER PETHRAL DANIELS!

Daniels031819.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Pethral Daniels to the 20/20 Club! Pethral was born and raised in Savannah, GA, has lived in a few other states, including Massachusetts and California, and she currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to five.

From a very early age, Pethral has enjoyed travel, so much so, that she pursued a career as a flight attendant with a major U.S. carrier, working for that airline for over 13 years. After accepting an early retirement from the airline in 2003, she began working in human resources and eventually opened her own firm with a focus on talent acquisition.

Pethral has traveled extensively before joining PlanNet Marketing and is excited that she can continue exploring the world through this amazing opportunity as a merchant. Her love for travel, coupled with her passion for helping and connecting with people, has made her successful in PlanNet Marketing. She understands and approaches PlanNet Marketing like a business. She tells us, “It is all about the numbers…numbers never lie…the more people I talk to about this amazing business, the more lives can be changed. It is just that simple! I was told by a very successful multi-millionaire network marketer, who is my mentor, that if I worked very hard for two to three years, I could pay myself for the rest of myself. I have held that advice close and make sure I talk to everyone I know about my travel business.” She remains consistent and coachable and recognizes that the fortune is in the follow-up…making sure to follow up with all prospects.

Pethral also attributes reading as another key to her success. She loves to read and knows that reading is helping her to better understand the network marketing business and providing professional development for herself.

A fun-fact about Pethral that most people don’t know is that she is a comedian at heart. She loves to laugh and make others laugh.

THE PLANNET SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: ONE-STAR DIRECTOR LATRICE JONES

Latrice_Jones_LS.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Bessemer, AL, where I currently reside. I have been married for 15 years and have TWO beautiful children - Tierra Staten (23) and Kevin Jones, Jr. (13). My hobby is traveling, traveling, and more traveling! If I’m not traveling, I am helping others learn the ins and outs of this awesome travel industry!! Business highlights...I am a Gold Plus member, I am in the 20/20 Club, and I am a One-Star Director with PlanNet Marketing!!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have been in an MLM before, but never like this one!! I have learned sooo much since I became a part of PlanNet Marketing and I know it’s because of the AWESOME leaders in this company!! I now read books that I never paid attention to, like How to Retire your Husband, Go Pro by Eric Worre, and so many more!! My mindset is no longer programmed to go to a 9 to 5!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The fear of having to clock back in for a job is what helps drives me!! I never want to clock in for corporate America ever again!! The freedom and flexibility that I have now is so worth the investment and hard work that I put into my business! My family is what helps motivate me and they are my why!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider Natalie Graham as my role model! She's extremely humble, kind, and helps out everyone she can regardless of whose team she's on. She's balancing motherhood and being a wife while helping hundreds to thousands of individuals with their own businesses, including me! That's the type of person I see myself becoming in this industry!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Consistent, and Trustworthy.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice that I will tell anyone is to never give up or fold!! Start, roll up your sleeves, and go to work!! Never in a million years did I think I would be where I am in this business today! If you are not consistent, START! If you are not persistent, START!! You will never know where you'll be one year from today if you never tried!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I am a seven-figure income earner in this industry! I am living my best life traveling all the beaches of the world with my husband! PlanNet Marketing is the vehicle to get me there!

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

In a business where duplication is key and everyone is trying to be coachable – when should you listen to your upline and when should you branch out and find your own answers?!

It’s a tough question, but an important one!

Your sponsor and upline Reps are an invaluable source of information – they’ve been in this business longer than you have, they presumably know what they’re doing (they convinced you this was a worthwhile venture!) and they’re available and easy to reach. For some of you, your sponsor and/or upline Director is also making PlanNet Marketing headlines as a Top Income Earner, a 20/20 Club member (or 40/40, 60/60) and they might even be earning awards and accolades when you attend events.

Let me be clear – I’m not telling anyone to tell your sponsor to take a hike! I’m simply suggesting that “copying the right cat” can only go so far. At some point you, as a business owner, are going to have to sink your teeth in and go find some answers for yourself.

With technology all around us – you don’t have to go far to find answers. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips in your Virtual Office (VO) and in the PlanNet Marketing Corporate S-Team. If you have a question about your account – why you didn’t get charged, why you didn’t get paid, why you don’t see a new ITA sale in your VO – don’t ask your upline. You need to go dig that up yourself. Call or email the S-Team, or send a Support Ticket from your VO.

Dreambig-setgoals-takeaction.jpg

If you get an email from PlanNet Marketing Compliance, or you have a question about the rules of PlanNet Marketing – it might feel safe and easy to send your sponsor a text or private message your Director on social media – DON’T DO IT! Please send an email to Compliance@plannetmarketing.com or give us a call. Even better, download a copy of the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures from the Information Center in your VO – it’s your business and you should know the rules first hand!

The people we do business with are huge resources, but they shouldn’t be our only resource. You can’t expect another person to take responsibility for your business. They have your best interests at heart, but they have their own business to manage. If in doubt – give us a shout! We’re always happy to hear from you.

Contact Support by calling 470-443-9330 or emailing Support@plannetmarketing.com.

-- The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR JOY SIMPSON!

Joy-Simpson-1Star-Announce_mini.jpg

Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Joy Simpson! Joy tells us, “I was born and raised in East Central Illinois and I currently live in Tuscola, Illinois. My husband and I have been married for 36 years and we raised two wonderful children. My family is the best part of me and I am blessed that they support and involve themselves in my travel business. I’m a dog lover and have two older dogs that need some extra love and care. I am a cake artist and have designed and made hundreds of cakes. I love that something as basic as a personalized cake can make a person smile. I enjoy riding motorcycles with my family, cooking, camping, gardening, exploring, and of course, traveling. My travels thus far have included the Caribbean (love Jamaica!), three of the Hawaiian islands and several parts of Mexico. I’m looking forward to exploring other parts of the globe, including Europe.

“I have never used my story of our family’s tragedy to propel my business forward in any way (it’s too sacred).  But I do thank PlanNet Marketing, especially those who directly supported me from the beginning, and continue to lift me up and support me now. We lost our eldest son in a horrific car accident three months after I began working with PlanNet and InteleTravel. I credit my strong faith in God, my husband, my family, my friends, and my PlanNet and InteleTravel families for helping me face each day without disintegrating into ‘nothingness,’ but instead reaching high and hitting my goal of becoming a Director and helping other families along the way. THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart!

“My advice to others seeking Directorship is CONSISTENCY, focusing, getting out of your comfort zone, being coachable, and plugging in to your team and company. One of my favorite quotes is, “There are people less qualified than you, doing the things you want to do, simply because they decide to believe in themselves. Period.”

“I’ll end by telling you one trick that I know has gotten me here...NEVER TURN DOWN AN OPPORTUNITY THAT A LEADER GIVES YOU! (to speak, train others, lead, be a servant, learn etc.) even when you don’t feel ready or qualified.”
